This was our second stay at your KOA. The personnel were very friendly, professional and very helpful. Since we stayed just one night, we didn't enjoy all the features your parked to offer. Even though the interstate was close, we were able to enjoy a restful night. We will definitely use your facilities should we stop in Sheridan. Thank you.

The campground staff was very friendly and accommodating. Just a quick overnight stop, but would love to stay longer in the future.

The staff was very friendly and the bathrooms were very clean and comfortable. We booked our reservation in March and ended up with what I would consider the least habitable site. We asked to be moved and thankfully we did get moved to A2. Although much more comfortable, it was one of the dustiest sites in the park with nearly all i”RV’s and many of the departing RV’s passing by us.

Sheridan KOA is an amazing place to stay. Stayed for week and. Was treated like part of the family. As Arnold says “l’ll be back”!

Beautiful park. Very nice staff and facilities. Needs to fix mud holes on roads and sites. A load of crushed gravel is an easy solution to get rid of the mud.

The koa was good. The issue was the amount of mosquitoes. They carried you away. I know that is hard for you to deal with but we had to stay inside the whole time for fear of being eaten alive.

Good hot water with pressure in showers. Nice wide sites. Super friendly and helpful staff. Great dog park with lush grass. Need to regrade interior roads(potholes and standing water). Liked the paved entryway. Our fourth visit. Good overnight stay.

We enjoy this campground and all of the welcoming and always helpful staff. With nearby Goose Creek and direct access to the Sheridan Trails system, this is a great place to be when visiting the Big Horns.

I realize you’ve had excessive rains but our spot was a muddy quagmire. I stepped out of my pickup to a 2-3 inch pool of water. There was no other option. I’m a farmer and know about moving some dirt to fill in the low spot. It’s not cost prohibitive because the pond isn’t large. Joseph Stokes [email protected]

Stayed 4 nights in June 2023. Location was good. Park staff were very helpful. We thought we had reserved a pull through spot with full hookups. When we arrived they had a pull through site but with no sewer. It rained a lot and by the time we left we had standing water all around our site. We had to pull through muddy grass with 4 wheel drive to leave. Improvements could be made.

The folks at the Sheridan KOA are awesome, Koran and Jim got us checked in informed and set quickly and friendly. Stacey kept us informed about ice cream :) and the weather. We really appreciated that!

Would give it 4 stars but I was placed in a mud hole, it was raining a lot so that's not any one's fault but my particular location had excessive mud and large pools of water, it made for a very unpleasant stay. There were definitely other locations that had less water and mud. In my opinion the location i was placed in (35) should have been closed. Otherwise, nice park, sketchy wifi.

We stayed here one night enroute to Mount Rushmore from Yellowstone. This was just a lucky guess for me when selecting a place to stay. It seems like it would be a fun place for families . . . the covered wagon option looked fun! As a former tent camper from waaaaay back, I was impressed that you had shelters with picnic tables at tent sites.

The surroundings at this KOA were beautiful. However, the lack of gravel or some other hardscape in some of the pull thrus leads to a whole lot of mud!

Great Campground!! Great staff!! One of the best places we stayed on this trip. Site was level and everything was in good shape. Plenty of room for the dog to roam on led and dog park was clean and well kept. Walking trail nearby added to variety of places to walk. Good place to stay short or long term.

The only complaint is traffic noise from the interstate. Nothing you can do about it.

Winter time self check in was perfect. Allowed us to check out a little later. Great location with an amazing path system that goes for miles.

Was a great experience! Spent almost 6 weeks while at KOA while buying our new house in Wyoming and getting it set up. Stacy was amazing helping us with monthly rental and finding right spot. She also was a great local guide ensuring we knew all the places to check out. The park is very clean, washers and dryers clean and work well, and playground was great for kids. The location was near highway but pretty quiet with the exception of the occasional Jake brake from a semi. Nearby truck stop has pretty cheap gas and diesel as well as cheapest adult beverages in town.

Stacy was extremely helpful and accommodating. She was so friendly and went above and beyond to help us, and we felt as if she treated us as more than just a customer. We would definitely stay here again if given the chance.
