Definitely older facilities and not as well maintained as other KOAs I’ve been to. The inside light, rattling ceiling fan and outdoor light were all on the same switch so couldn’t run any of them on their own. When I asked staff about it I was told to pull the chain. Of course I had tried that and several other things before asking. I was also surrounded by tent campers w many people per site.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Clean restrooms and grounds. Stayed in early July lots of mosquitos!!!

The grounds were very clean and staff courteous , the bike trail was wonderful, the population of masquetos was intolerable....but if we ever return to Sheridan we will stay again

Too much bright lights around camp at night. A lot of mosquitoes

Place was nice but we couldn’t enjoy it because the mosquitoes were so bad we couldn’t even be outside. The park needs to spray and get rid of standing water, there were several large puddles in the park, we were next to one.

Staff helped us with a site when our truck broke down and needed to be repaced. Found room for us with a smile and concern. They helped turn a very stressful situation into a stay that we'll remember with gratitude. We will be back!

Our stay was great and everything was clean and employees were nice and friendly. The only down fall was the mosquitoes were terrible at the time we were there!

This KOA was by far the best we’ve stayed at in our trip from Michigan to California. The bathrooms we not only clean but beautiful and it felt like home. The only downfall is the laundry room closed at 8:00. When we checked in prior to that time we were told the time for the last load had past. That time was 6:30.

Great location! We loved the amazing network of bike paths to all the way downtown. That was a wonderful added bonus and great selling point for your campsite.

Love the campground, very green, lots to do for kids, nightly ice cream social and Saturday pancakes great addition. The staff and Stacy the manager are very friendly. We'll be back in the future.

The cabin had AC and lights, and the mattress was better than some other campground cabins we've been in.

This is an excellent place to stay! Staff was friendly, facilities were clean and well maintained. Took the drive to the Battlefield Little Bighorn it was amazing.

We stayed in the black tooth deluxe cabin and it was awesome! Smelled clean and was roomy enough for three of us. The kitchen had everything we needed, the staff is so friendly and helpful! We will definitely come back to stay - thanks Sheridan KOA �

This was our second stay at your KOA. The personnel were very friendly, professional and very helpful. Since we stayed just one night, we didn't enjoy all the features your parked to offer. Even though the interstate was close, we were able to enjoy a restful night. We will definitely use your facilities should we stop in Sheridan. Thank you.

Winter time self check in was perfect. Allowed us to check out a little later. Great location with an amazing path system that goes for miles.

Was a great experience! Spent almost 6 weeks while at KOA while buying our new house in Wyoming and getting it set up. Stacy was amazing helping us with monthly rental and finding right spot. She also was a great local guide ensuring we knew all the places to check out. The park is very clean, washers and dryers clean and work well, and playground was great for kids. The location was near highway but pretty quiet with the exception of the occasional Jake brake from a semi. Nearby truck stop has pretty cheap gas and diesel as well as cheapest adult beverages in town.

Stacy was extremely helpful and accommodating. She was so friendly and went above and beyond to help us, and we felt as if she treated us as more than just a customer. We would definitely stay here again if given the chance.
