Overall a good stay. However I must say my site was at least 6” out of level from side to side. There in no excuse for that given the cost for staying at this site.

We loved this park, everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The park is clean, the grounds are well taken care of and everything worked perfectly. The only thing I personally would change would be moving the dog park away from the creek. It’s a walk to get there (hard when you are disabled) and the mosquitoes were bad at the dog park which is no reflection on the park.

My wife and I really enjoyed our recent stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the facilities were top notch. The weather was hot during our stay and the swimming pool was great, as well as the ice cream social put on by the staff! Nice campground and the Sheridan area is beautiful.

Awesome place to stay. I wish we had more time here…may try and stay otw back from Montana. Staff was very friendly and game room is a plus!!!

Surprised there was no escort not that I needed it. Has a sprinkler system but most of the grass was brown. Typical KOA no space between sites at least where I was.

Very nice KOA. Have stayed here many times, we really like it. easy access, clean, level sites, large gas station nearby. Staff is great.

Our sewer connection backed up into our camping space prior to us dumping and made a huge mess in our yard. We had to attempt to clean our hoses, power connection and other gear in a sandlot next door. The only compensation management offered us was to move to an empty space to dump our tanks. We’re very unhappy with the way management handled this. They could have at least helped with cleanup

Was given a campsite that had no grass, no trees, no shade. The hosts were just friendly, nothing more. The store has virtually nothing in it. It was 92 degrees out and the store didn' t even have water to purchase. Not going back there.

We had a great time and enjoyed the ice cream social and gem mining. The covered wagons look like fun and would be a great experience if we didn’t have a camper.

Very clean and the staff was friendly. With their new wi-fi, it made it real easy for us to take care of some work issues while being on vacation. In this world we now live in, it is very appreciating that KOA's are addressing those needs. I would for sure recommend the KOA in Sheridan!

This was a nice KOA directly off the interstate. Our tent site had a picnic table and a little shelter. The spaces are very tight, and not every space has a grill for cooking. I knew there probably wouldn't be a fire ring, but we were prepared to cook on a grill. I think all the tent sites need to have grills. Staff was friendly. Campground is showing wear, but has been maintained.

Stayed in a deluxe cabin, space was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Everything was great! Wish the bathrooms were a little more central to the tent campsites, but it really wasn't a problem. One of the nicest KOAs we've stayed at for sure! Thanks!

The only issue is the mosquitoes. WHile we recognize its been a horribly wet year and there is a river close by, perhaps you could spray so we can enjoy being outside

Our site was packed in like a sardine between other large rigs. We did have nice neighbors and that was a bonus. The shower was well used but clean. It could have been updated. The staff and the delivery host people were very nice. It was just very crowded there. I would not stay there again. There were long rows of squeezed in Riggs, and no pads to adjacent rows so folks walked through our site

We stayed in one of the covered wagons. Extremely clean accommodations including a private bathroom. Roomy wagon with comfy beds and plush towels. Highly recommend!

Winter time self check in was perfect. Allowed us to check out a little later. Great location with an amazing path system that goes for miles.

Was a great experience! Spent almost 6 weeks while at KOA while buying our new house in Wyoming and getting it set up. Stacy was amazing helping us with monthly rental and finding right spot. She also was a great local guide ensuring we knew all the places to check out. The park is very clean, washers and dryers clean and work well, and playground was great for kids. The location was near highway but pretty quiet with the exception of the occasional Jake brake from a semi. Nearby truck stop has pretty cheap gas and diesel as well as cheapest adult beverages in town.

Stacy was extremely helpful and accommodating. She was so friendly and went above and beyond to help us, and we felt as if she treated us as more than just a customer. We would definitely stay here again if given the chance.
