Very friendly staff. Sites were spacious. We had a drive through site. It was long enough to leave our Honda CRV hooked up to our 37 ft class A. We had one issue with the electrical hook up. The staff were right on it and fixed the problem promptly. We would stay here again. Lots of trees, close to 1-90, easy on off, truck stop easy to get diesel right over the interstate.

Was disappointed the staff did not tell us the pool was closed. At about 100 degrees we may have looked at another campground

Cabin was so hot, unable to sleep. 20 degrees cooler outside by morning. Cheap fan was inefective. Pool was closed. Had we been informed , We would have tent camped. Upon complaining next morning, no refund was possible. Cabin next to us left and went elseware at their own expense.

Nice place. Needs updating but is clean. Mosquitoes were really bad. Picnic tables needed sanding and paint.

The staff were very friendly but other than that there was so much wrong. Some out of their control. MOSQUITOS!! They ate us ALIVE!! My daughter got into the pool before I noticed you couldn't see the bottom. Turned out there was algae and it should have been closed as a safety issue. We lost our dive toys in the bottom because you couldn't see even with goggles on. Wouldn't stay here again.

We had booked our stay for a birthday party for my daughter. Pool was closed and we understand that it happens. We found other activities in town for them to play in the water on a hot 103 day. Presently surprised with the amount of trees in the area. Campsites could use a little tidying in between customers as we had used q-tips and small garbage around our site. We tried to leave it cleaner then

Stayed here before, loved it. This time the campground was dirty. Litter in campground, debris floating in pool. Pool closed due to cloudiness of water. 104 degrees is not the day to close a pool. They refunded our last night and we left to find a campground with an operating pool. I will stay here again, but if downward trend continues, we will not stay here again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We were under a tree our dogs loved the place. A staff member came and warned us of an approaching storm.

It was a very hot night. We had planned on staying in our vehicle but decided to ask if a cabin was available. One was and we were very thankful because this gave us more room to stretch out and be more comfortable. The receptionist was very helpful. We had a great stay. Thanks you.

Thank you for the close location to the restrooms. With my wife being handicapped it was a great change for her to be able to shower. everyone was so nice.

If you have a tent or a travel trailer you know what to expect on 95 degree days. Cabins have no ac here. The switch kills all lights inside and out and ceiling fan. Park was clean. Male restrooms,well

Easy off/on access with many shade trees. We had a great spot across from the river. A tight turn to get into our pull through spot with a 37 foot 5th wheel but doable. Plenty of room. Staff came out to greet us and led us to our site. Welcomed us with graham cracker treats for National Graham Cracker Day! Quiet at night. Mini-golf was simple but fun. Well kept park. We'll stay here again.

Sheridan KOA has been a favorite summer destination. The staff has always been very friendly and accommodating.

People and staff were awesome. We've stayed there twice. Once on the way to our destination and once on the return trip. On the way to everything was 100, on the return trip however we were put in a spot that was made for a small RV in length because it had a tree in the middle of it. It was also literally 7 feet from the trailers on both sides. Talk about packing them in like sardines.

Lot was small and muddy. Lots of other available sites that did not have muddy pad they could have assigned us to. Staff were very friendly and facilities were very clean. Oh! Lots of mosquitoes!! Please spray �

My reservation was not correct even though I had book f 2 months in advance and I spoke with the campground on several occasions before arriving. Internet access was not available, bathrooms and showers were not clean, mosquitoes and moths everywhere.

Winter time self check in was perfect. Allowed us to check out a little later. Great location with an amazing path system that goes for miles.

Was a great experience! Spent almost 6 weeks while at KOA while buying our new house in Wyoming and getting it set up. Stacy was amazing helping us with monthly rental and finding right spot. She also was a great local guide ensuring we knew all the places to check out. The park is very clean, washers and dryers clean and work well, and playground was great for kids. The location was near highway but pretty quiet with the exception of the occasional Jake brake from a semi. Nearby truck stop has pretty cheap gas and diesel as well as cheapest adult beverages in town.

Stacy was extremely helpful and accommodating. She was so friendly and went above and beyond to help us, and we felt as if she treated us as more than just a customer. We would definitely stay here again if given the chance.
