Closing the pool at 8:30 when it’s still hot, is a bit early. Also, the store closing at 6, is too early. We didn’t know it closed then, we barely made it in time. Nice shade at most spots. Everyone was very kind and friendly.

Great place! Very much western semi-arid scene, bugs not a problem. View of the Bighorn Mountain ms much appreciated, yet somewhat truncated by the interstate which rises like a low wall in between camp & mountains. Still, a completely glorious spot. Restrooms clean, etc. proximity to adventure day hikes first rate after drive to trailhead. For lengthier stay and shorter over nights the road

we enjoyed our stay. the only issue we had was in pulling out of the campground. it was confusing for my husband to find the exit

Secluded, but near shopping, restaurants and fuel stations. The park has trees, a creek for fishing and most importantly clean!

Nice campground and nice people running it! Enjoyed the location being so close to the Big Horn Mountains. Loved the Church Service on Sunday!

Nice, above average KOA. Lots of cottontail bunnies running around which we loved to see. Probably the best laundry facilities we’ve ever seen at a KOA, and fairly priced too. Easy to access the Sheridan trail system from the campground exit.

Check in was easy and the area we had for our camping spot was flat and made it easy for our tent to be put and taken down without any issues

The Staff was very Friendly and accommodating, The lady at the front Desk ( Stacy) gave us the option to change our site when we got there ( no shade) and then let us change again when the one next to it had more shade - bathrooms were spotless and had good water pressure for showers. very quite in the evenings. Would defiantly stay there again.

We made reservations and had to cancel last minute due to injury and was told no refund. We called within hours of making reservation because I was hurt in an accident and had no choice but to head back to Missouri. I understand policies but this is taking it to far. We have stayed at several koas over the years and never cancelled. We won’t ever recommend this one or stay here in future travels

We came in after hours. But someone checked on us when we arrived. It was a nice very clean campground. Since we arrived after dark. They let check out a little later so the kids could swim and play mini golf and ride their bikes. Thanks a bunch

Great campground. Staff very friendly and helpful. Grandkids loved pool and mini-gold. Shady sites were nice as temps hot.

This is a very good campground .The staff was very friendly ,the restrooms and showers were very clean and the pool was very welcome we will definitely stay there again .

All was clean, friendly, and well organized; the hosts were great! It was good; my only issue was that I needed earplugs for the highway noise in a tent.

Nice facility, nothing fancy. Water/power sites are nice, but they keep putting me in small sites (I pay for standard size site, should get one). VERY noisy on the outside sites due to interstate (KOA should work with cities to ban Jake brakes).

We had issues with our truck battery twice and the people there were extremely helpful. Everyone is very polite. Restroom was clean. The only drawback is the lack of shade at the sites. The temperature was very hot and more shade would have been nice.

as usual, the staff at KOA is friendly and helpful, and I am always grateful for that (especially with a dead car battery that needed a jump!) The only issue for me in a tent was the highway noise. The sites are lovely and especially the trees make the spot quite the idyll.

It's a great KOA but a lot of traffic noise as it is just below the freeway. Very friendly staff and campground itself was well kept and facilities very clean.

We were welcomed by a wonderful friendly staff. They went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. Camp was clean and organized. Pet area was satisfactory

Travelling in the area, called last min. and they were able to accommodate us in a drive threw spot. Very nice staff, grounds were clean. Lots were not huge but were bigger than some we have stayed in. Used the laundromat as well and it was great! Would recommend!

People at check in were not very nice. Made reservations in January. They put us in a spot long enough tree were in the way hard to get into. They had plenty of other spots. This is our 3rd year there. You can just tell the new owners don't care much. Looking for a different campground next year.

Winter time self check in was perfect. Allowed us to check out a little later. Great location with an amazing path system that goes for miles.

Was a great experience! Spent almost 6 weeks while at KOA while buying our new house in Wyoming and getting it set up. Stacy was amazing helping us with monthly rental and finding right spot. She also was a great local guide ensuring we knew all the places to check out. The park is very clean, washers and dryers clean and work well, and playground was great for kids. The location was near highway but pretty quiet with the exception of the occasional Jake brake from a semi. Nearby truck stop has pretty cheap gas and diesel as well as cheapest adult beverages in town.

Stacy was extremely helpful and accommodating. She was so friendly and went above and beyond to help us, and we felt as if she treated us as more than just a customer. We would definitely stay here again if given the chance.
