Staff friendly and helpful. Got third night free. On a special that they called me about and refunded 3rd night after checking in. They didn't have to do that it was very nice.of them. Facilities clean. And pack well kept.

Manager and staff are excellent! We spent several days due to a vehicle breakdown and received overwhelming support throughout our ordeal. Kudos to the folks in Sheridan, WY. Everyone we met was welcoming and friendly and went above and beyond to help us! KOA staff, State Police, Jim’s Towing, and Hi Tech automotive we’re all very caring and dedicated and worked to help us through a difficult

Impossible to find in the dark. Both Garmin gps and google maps have exit 20 another 1.3 miles further south on I 90. You need a huge billboard sigh on the street leading to the campground frontage road corner.

This was our first time ever using a full-service facility--we were really looking forward to enjoying the amenities...we were disappointed--pool closed, no fires allowed, and tho the KOA was only 1/3 full we were assigned a space in the only was treeless. Also we didn't have nice grass like the other areas. We felt second-class for sure. We've learned that all spaces are not created equal. Bumme

Nice campsite with covered table! The trains woke us a few times but we got our sleep with a few chuckles. The trains reminded us of the movie, "My Cousin Vinnie". Restrooms were clean.

This KOA rates very highly in my KOA experiences as the staff and facilities are absolutely fantastic. I will definitely come back and I recommend this campground to any traveler.

Nice campground with trees, dog area, easy return to the Hwy the staff were very pleasant. I would recommend this this KOA to family and friends.

Campground was neat and clean. Mostly a transient campground. Situated near the interstate Highway, so very convenient for travelers, but lots of highway noise.

It was an overnight stop on the way to Red Lodge Montana. Easy access right off I 90. From what we observed the campground is well maintained & the restrooms and showers were very clean. The only odd thing is my 30 amp hook up did not have a breaker the outlet was hot as soon as you plugged in. Other than that, we would stay again if we were in the area.

Very noisy location, near a freeway exit, a lot of trucks using loud engine brakes. Tight campground roads, and tree branch’s need to be trimmed for big rigs. Friendly staff.

Only stayed one night this time around. Our spot had no area for our small dogs, just a tiny patio the size of the picnic table right next to the exit road.

Quick stayover but check in was seamless, hookups were easy and it was clean and nicely laid out. Beautiful area with lots to see.

Wife calls this her "Little Oasis". We love this place. Third visit here on our cross country journies. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nicely shaded. Just off I90. Site was plenty big for our 60 foot rig and level. Very nice store.

Having a good AC was wonderful . Having sheets d pillows provided was a real treat! The showers were some of the best on my trip. I also like the key card system.

Well managed by friendly professional people. Check in was a breeze. Greg met us at the entrance with his golf cart, and guided us to our site. He was very helpful and accommodating.

Sewer connection was too high and could not connect my trailer to it. Maintenance guy came and tried with same result. Have a Forest River and there are thousands of them out there. I was charged for full hookup even though this was unavailable. Camp was clean and folks very friendly. Site was fine except for hookup for sewer

Well the weather was pretty hot. I have stayed at a quite a few KOA campgrounds in the small camper cabins. An air conditioner would be nice during the extreme heat season. I waited until midnight before the cabin cooled down enough to get to sleep

Winter time self check in was perfect. Allowed us to check out a little later. Great location with an amazing path system that goes for miles.

Was a great experience! Spent almost 6 weeks while at KOA while buying our new house in Wyoming and getting it set up. Stacy was amazing helping us with monthly rental and finding right spot. She also was a great local guide ensuring we knew all the places to check out. The park is very clean, washers and dryers clean and work well, and playground was great for kids. The location was near highway but pretty quiet with the exception of the occasional Jake brake from a semi. Nearby truck stop has pretty cheap gas and diesel as well as cheapest adult beverages in town.

Stacy was extremely helpful and accommodating. She was so friendly and went above and beyond to help us, and we felt as if she treated us as more than just a customer. We would definitely stay here again if given the chance.
