Muddy, dirty, not KOA standards.Pricing obscene for value of spaces in park. Dog park muddy and small. Entire campground needs huge facelift. I will never stay there again even for overnight. Asked for full refund and received it after complaint about short rainfall creating 5” deep muddy water puddle in my entire campsite under my RV. I gave this KOA top ratings for a number of reasons. I had an issue during my stay and found the staff open to my experience. They went above and beyond to resolve things, demonstrating the very best in customer relations, I recommend this KOA. Plus, always of importance, clean, comfortable bathrooms/showers and laundry room. If looking for a camping spot in Sheridan, check them out.

I enjoyed my stay, it was quiet and beautifully maintained. The people were very nice and helpful. Definitely a 5 star stay except the fact that they did offer wifi and it wasn’t available at all during my visit. One time I did connect in the office but as soon as I reached my site no luck. They did say they were upgrading but even when that was done no success . No big deal tho, very nice place

We stayed in a basic camping cabin but this was our 3rd stay here. We LOVE the convenience off the hwy & appreciate a clean place to stay & play. The gameroom, laundry, park etc are perfect for us when we are in a cross country roadtrip.

Enjoyed our stay and the staff was thee best. Stopped by often and checked to make sure we needed anything. Love the food truck idea! Easy in and out with motor home/towing. Office and gift shop had many items and we ended up buying our souvenirs shirts there, rather than in town! Hope to come back!!

Excellent KOA with very friendly staff. Our site was easy to get into, and it was level. Everything worked as expected. I will come to this KOA again when traveling through this area.

The best KOA ever! Stacy and her entire team all acted like they owned and we’re proud of their property. So clean and nice from the showers to the laundry to the grounds. Impeccable. Definitely not to miss and tons of activities for the whole family. Bravo. Paula and Tom DeMars

Was disappointed when the hours to clean the restrooms and showers was posted and you didn’t follow that had gotten up early to get a shower and had to wait as they where being cleaned

Nice, clean facility. The managers are friendly, if you get there during office hours they will guide you to your spot. There was a thunderstorm that caused a few tent sites to get flooded, and they were efficient in getting everyone moved to a dry spot.

Staff very friendly, helped me out getting propane. Bad rainstorm with hail and three inches of rain, and flooding of the office. They took it well. Sites for big rigs were good, but leaving was an issue with getting out of my site, turn was to tight to clear, but worked it out.

Very nice and well maintained facilities. In the process of upgrading from a journey to the next level and deservingly so—the upgrades being done in a manner not distracting to existing facilities. Enjoyed our visit.

We stay at KOAs while traveling to get cleaned up. This was one of the cleanest and well kept KOAs we have stayed at.

Very nice Campground. The staff was extremely nice and very helpful. Cleanest bathrooms ever!!! Very level lots. Easy access to highway and downtown area with shops and restaurants. Traveling in our 35’ MH and towing.

Beautiful spot. Lots of green, stream thru the park. Only downside is noise from the Interstate and nearby railroad. Spore are nice size, plenty long.

The bathroom and laundry facilities were very nice and clean, and the employees were all friendly and helpful. I felt disappointed by the site I was assigned to, though. It was literally right next to loud construction that was being done all week in the park and there were many empty sites most days further from the construction I could have been placed in. It was not a peaceful stay for me.

Love the new interchange for accessing the campground. Lot of digging and construction activity while we were there but the campground is beautiful and will be better than ever when finished. Friendly and helpful staff always checking that everything is okay. Love staying there.

Winter time self check in was perfect. Allowed us to check out a little later. Great location with an amazing path system that goes for miles.

Was a great experience! Spent almost 6 weeks while at KOA while buying our new house in Wyoming and getting it set up. Stacy was amazing helping us with monthly rental and finding right spot. She also was a great local guide ensuring we knew all the places to check out. The park is very clean, washers and dryers clean and work well, and playground was great for kids. The location was near highway but pretty quiet with the exception of the occasional Jake brake from a semi. Nearby truck stop has pretty cheap gas and diesel as well as cheapest adult beverages in town.

Stacy was extremely helpful and accommodating. She was so friendly and went above and beyond to help us, and we felt as if she treated us as more than just a customer. We would definitely stay here again if given the chance.
