Sites were clean. Staff were professional and helpful. Location was beautiful. Lots were large, lots of space between rigs. Lots of things to do for the kids. Highly recommend. More like a RV resort than a stereotypical KOA.

This place is the absolute best place we go. We travel all over to lots of high end places. No one offers more activities than this place. First class. The new sites will be awesome once complete. The new pool and water park will make this place one of a kind. They should win the campground of the year, every year. They don’t stop improving. Great job to everyone. All the staff members were excellent. They were very accommodating. The park was clean, as were the restrooms. The Mother’s Day activities were enjoyable. The young folks that work there are very polite and enthusiastic. Thanks Vicki and Garry for a great time. We’ll be back.

Had to argue about what we had paid for when we arrived. We had booked a spot with a patio and a grill but they tried putting us in a plain old spot. We had to argue with them for about ten minutes before they finally decided to pull up the confirmation and booking email and discovered that we were right and moved us to the spot we were supposed to have. A I’m sorry would have been nice.

The only issue was we had limited cell service and the internet would come on and go off for us. Loved the campground and workers.

As always, KOA Shelby, Mansfield is an amazing place to stay. The staff greets you with a smile, and a hello soon as you walk in the door the place is absolutely amazing there’s not enough good things I can say. The facility was well-maintained. The bathrooms are clean. A lot of activities for the kids. We will definitely be back.

Always very clean—from bathrooms to the grounds. Owners are friendly. Lots to do. I love the adult crafts. My grandchildren really enjoy camping at Shelby/Mansfield KOA.

S/M KOA is probably the best campground in Ohio, maybe the nation! Plenty of activities, great Kafe & store, friendly & helpful staff, they have it all!

They need more dog stations with bags and cans, other than that, it’s one of the best campgrounds I’ve stayed at.

Everyone from the moment we got there was happy, helpful and a joy to be around! Even though we were there the last weekend of the season, and some of the amenities were unavailable, they had tons of activities! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and can't wait to return! Thank you!!

Very fun weekend for our last trip for the year. Still so many activities! Only recommendation is to put lights at the dark park. Love that there is an area where the dogs can get out energy but can’t once it gets dark out.

Beautiful campground with a lot to do, especially for the kids. We left on a Friday morning mid-October and it looked like they were getting ready to have a really fun halloween weekend with a lot of activities. Sorry we missed it.

My family and I absolutely love this campground! We have been coming for almost 2 yrs now and it gets better each time. We hate leaving and we always start planning our next trip back. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
