We Love This KOA. We have stayed at many and this is by far one of our favorites. It is super clean. There is so much to do. The staff goes beyond. I will tell you our story. We had a small mishap on the drive and lost our trailer lights. The owners & spouse offered to pick up the part in town for us so we didn't have to lose our entire day of camping so we could have lights to travel safely home.

This KOA top notch! Just about everything you want in a campground with a 3 and 4 year old! They did not wanna leave. Fun activity for adults also. We will be back often!

What a great facility! Restroom was extra clean with latest technology for showers, paper distributor, etc… In addition, the Internet was super-fast. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Everything was great, we loved our stay. The pool area was tired looking and needs some slides but I saw that it’s all getting redone for 2024 so we definitely want to come back! Please keep the cabins fresh and awesome. The two bedroom was important for our family of 5. We met Garry and he was really nice.

Once the projects get finish it will be fine we stay in what looked like added on section so no trees for wind block or shade grass wasn't fully grown but plenty to do really nice store and Cafe was pretty relaxed and peaceful to stay

We have a great time every year! The facility is very well kept up. The flowers are always beautiful. The staff is always friendly. We had an issue with a neighbor playing loud music late at night and the staff took care of it. Would highly recommend!

You’re too expensive. I understand you’re expensive because of the activities you have for the children however we’re 60 years old and don’t do any of the activities so the price should be different for the ones that don’t use them. If the price was lower, we would be there all the time and we had great service. We are staying somewhere July 4th week and it will be cheaper for the whole

We changed spots this time and moved to the top portion of campground. Site was a lot bigger and we liked it better then the other one. Weather was beautiful and we had a great weekend. Price went up again when we reserved for next yr, but with all the upgrades they are making I kinda understand. Can’t wait until next trip. As always the whole staff is great and always willing to help.

Live Bee’s nest in the roof of the bunk house. With bees inside the bunk house. Had to be moved to another unit. Two visits and has to be moved both times to different units. Between bees and lots of mouse poop.

The campground is nice but for the nickel and diming I feel like my money could be better spent elsewhere..my total at checkin was almost $100 more than what was quoted (ie $8/day to have each of my 2 kids there, a $4 charge to have my car there, and $9/day to bring my own personal golf cart). The activities- I’ve seen better and the pool and amenities are not growing with the park- too crowded.

Price way to high on everything compared to other campgrounds. No internet. Very little grass on our campsite was like a dust bowl. Mini golf area very run down. Other campgrounds that is your competition includes paddle boats, wifi, and wibit plus better adult activities besides wine for no extra cost. What if a person doesn't drink i guess you are out of luck. Koa needs to do better

The staff is absolutely amazing! They will do whatever is necessary to ensure that you have an enjoyable visit. The grounds are beautiful. We look forward to our next visit!

It is a very nice campground. The new lots are huge! I was disappointed when the wet hay ride happened they didn’t go down our row. The second trip I was headin to end drive to soak riders and driver went faster. Maybe if y’all do this again let campers know route. Can be done in texts. Thanks.

Great sites. Lots of activities for everyone or quiet time by the fire at your campsite. Well maintained! I hate to rate it so well because everyone knowing will make it more difficult for me to book but so be it. Lol

Would be nice to have picnic tables added to new section patio sites. Dogs love the dog park but it was always very busy. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice big sites and very clean. Love staying at this KOA.

Amazing! From pulling in til pulling out our weekend was great. Staff goes above and beyond to help you, acknowledge you. Many activities for all ages. Loved staying in the new section. We are looking forward to coming back.

This was my first time at Shelby Mansfield KOA. The newly added sites were amazing. The entire park was immaculate and the staff was very friendly. Before the weekend was finished, I booked sites for next year.

Dust/dirt campsite with potholes everyone was hurting themselves. No shade at all. Wind tunnel so even the awning couldn't be used. Pitiful!

Everyone and everything was great!!! I only gave 4 instead of 5 stars because the timed shower in my cabin was absolutely horrible. Everything else was perfect!!!! We will be back next month.

Was our first camping trip at a KOA and with a camper. Big family campers but this was our first time this way. Was very very impressed with how smooth everything functioned and how well organized everyone is and the cleanliness of the camp grounds. We loved being able to have our fury children with us as well and how nice it was to see so many other dogs there as well! See KOA again very soon!

My family and I absolutely love this campground! We have been coming for almost 2 yrs now and it gets better each time. We hate leaving and we always start planning our next trip back. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
