Shelby/Mansfield KOA is our most favorite campground! The grounds are always so well maintained and the activities are top notch! The staff and owners are always helpful and ready to assist. Whenever we leave, we can't wait to come back the next time!

enjoyed it very much liked that there was alot of things for kids and adults the only thing that i felt was a problem was the amount of kids unsupervised in the pool at one time there were 8 kids sitting with there feet in the hot tub and would not let the adults in and they was not old enough

Every worker there puts their heart into their job. They treat everyone as nice as can be. The grounds are always kept orderly and clean. The owners couldnt be any nicer!

One of our favorites, staff is always so friendly. The manager Amy was so nice she made sure our group was able to camp together, even upgraded our spot at no cost to make it happen.

We stayed M-Th and had a great time. It was very quiet during the week but still plenty of activities for everyone. Love that pedal cars, mini golf, and paddle boat rental are all included with the wrist band. No need to send the kids to the store with money every time they wanted to do something. Clean campground and friendly staff. Wish it wasn’t so far from our house, we’d definitely go yea

Was disappointed with a few things. 1st - I could only reserve for four nights although I was only staying for two nights. 2. wifi reception and phone connection to the front desk. 3. I called, late, to ask for sheets for one of the beds. Three beds, sleeper couch, and only one bed made up for sleeping. Two people in cabin, didn't think it required an explanation, but it did.

Really enjoyed our stay. Only issue we had was other campers cutting across through our site with no regard to our site privacy. This was relayed to management and a camp text was sent out to all guests and that pretty much took care of the issue.

We come to this location every year at this time. Garry and Vicki along with Amy are so accommodating to all of us, and the staff is so helpful and friendly. We have already put our deposit down for next year as have many of our other exhibitors that come.

Rented the Log deluxe cabin for approx. $1800 for the week minus the KOA Rewards discount. The cabin was showing it’s age. Only enough hot water for 1/2 a shower. It was a hot weekend and the air conditioning could only keep the cabin about 10 degrees cooler than the outside temp and no shade on the patio so we couldn’t entertain friends also staying at the campground. Very disappointed.

We lived our stay. The staff were great - very attentive throughout our stay. We enjoyed the broad range of structured activities available. Our 3 kids had an awesome free-range couple of days and are already asking to go back.

There were so many activities to do and they were all included. The grounds were taken care of so well and the workers were all so happy and helpful. The owners were there and they were so nice as well. It was an awesome experience and definitely worth the money.

The grounds, restrooms and bathhouses were clean and well cared for. Each employee we encountered (desk / cafe / maintenance crew) were available and friendly.

This is one of our favorite campgrounds! The staff are all super friendly and some of the best designed sites you’ll find these days. A little out of the way but that’s half the fun.

Great stay. Only one thing I didn’t like. The WiFi was very spotty. In our camper at site 81 it useless and somehow didn’t reach the camp office/store. Normally wouldn’t care much but I couldn’t get cell service at the campsite either. Trying to reach anyone, even my wife at the playground with our son, was hard. We’ll definitely be back though. Love the place.

Been camping at Shelby / Mansfield KOA for years and always have a great time. Tons of amenities/activities and a very well kept campground!!

My family and I absolutely love this campground! We have been coming for almost 2 yrs now and it gets better each time. We hate leaving and we always start planning our next trip back. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
