We had an absolute blast!! It had been awhile since we'd stayed here. But we will definitely be back! Maybe you could an extended hour if swimming. With it being adult swim, like in the morning. Thank you KOA for a pleasant stay�

Love all the activities. So convenient to just ask your child to play putt putt, go get a bite to eat or one of many available activities, put on your flip flops and walk there. Want to get seasonal cost info. However, of all the KOAs I've stayed at, I have to say that the wood furnishings we're very poorly maintained and result in getting splinters.

Absolutely the best place we have stayed at so far. The Wife and I bought our 1st RV in 2020 and the facility and employees at this resort are the best..! We already have booked 2 more stays this year.

We stayed 4 weekday nights with 2 grandsons, ages 12 and 14, and 2 dogs ages 3 months and 7 years, at a Patio site. It was clean and well-kept. The mini golf was especially nice. Dog bark was nice, too. All staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you

We take our Grandchildren camping every year and normally went to Thompson Grand River KOA. Last year they had new management (KOA bought the facility) & did not maintain facility-we actually left early because of disappointing conditions. We picked Shelby/Mansfield and the Grandchildren loved it! We will definitely schedule for next year due to great/clean well maintained facility & activities!

The whole trip was EXCELLENT!! The deluxe patio site was absolutely amazing! The campground was very well kept! All kinds of activities for the entire family! The owners and staff are wonderful! Can't wait for our fall trip!

Everyone is so nice and accommodating. Very clean! Activities and times are for everyone are easy to find . We just loved our stay. Can’t wait to come back!!

Gas grill didn’t work are party had two cabins so we made do with one grill other than that it was great and we all had a great time

Have been having our annual family camp at your campground for a lot of years. Nice to have a location with cabins available for us all. We appreciate all you do to keep it going.

this was our 2nd year staying, we have booked for next year! absolutely love this camp ground. So much for the kids to do and adult activities too:) The staff was awesome! very helpful and nice! can’t wait for next year

Best KOA I've seen around and a long time everybody was very friendly and very helpful. Very clean week just completely enjoyed our stay Thank you for having us we booked again and we look forward to coming there with our granddaughters

This is our go-to campground. You won't find a more friendly staff, not to mention beautiful and clean grounds!! Our grandchildren are always ready to "go to Shelby KOA" because there is so much for them to do. Why only 4 stars? One word WIFI, or lack of. We like to Skype when we're away, and that can't happen here. :-( See you soon.

Amazing!! From the activities to the awesome staff. Plenty to do to stay busy. It's our favorite place to stay. The pool is clean. The camp store is great. The food/drinks/desserts are delicious!! Cannot say enough about it.

Wonderful place to stay. My only complaint is if you arrive before check in time (4pm) they charge you a per hour fee for being early. Our site was available and we just needed a place to drop the trailer until we would be back later after proceeding to our destination for the day. This is the only KOA that has ever charged an early arrival fee for a few hours.

Informed staff about my grill not working twice. The first time a young man came down and managed to get it lit after awhile but almost burned himself badly. We were still unable to get it lit so I mentioned it to the front office and was told a new grill will be sent down. Had to end up cooking inside all weekend. Not what I want to do when camping. Also 4pm is a late checkin time for so much $

Very clean. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Everything from putt putt, swimming, jump pads, pedal boats and fishing all included in price. We will definitely be returning customers.

4 year coming July 4th weekend . It’s 3 hour drive but worth. Only 2 issues . Site 81 electric panel kept going off. Second year has happened. Second need more chocolate on slip n slide. Seems like every year less gets put on. They didn’t even stake it down this year . Which caused it bunch up and made tripping hazard. Everything else was perfect. Adult crafts great this year

Staff is very friendly and helpful. There were lots of activities - bingo, swimming pool, kid’s crafts and games, even some for adults!! Very fun place to spend the Fourth of July ��. The fireworks were outstanding � �

We had a wonderful stay over Fourth of July weekend in our RV on the deluxe patio site The campground has so much to do and they keep everything so clean and you can get anything you need from the store or Kafe ! Everyone we talked to was friendly and helpful The Fireworks were awesome! See you iin 2023

We came in for the 4th of July week, and our stay was amazing. The grandkids love coming here because there is so much for them to do. The fireworks were breathtaking, and we were in a great cabin to see them from. We could not ask for a better place to spend a week and have all the activities and fun things to do with the family. Thank you to the entire staff for being so wonderful

We really enjoyed our stay over the 4th of July weekend. Especially liked the fireworks display.This was our 2nd time camping at Shelby Mansfield KOA and I am sure we will be back.. We like to take the grandkids to a KOA at least once a season as they really enjoy all the stuff for them to enjoy. The grandkids as well as us adults enjoyed the crafts also. Thank you for a really enjoyable weekend.

Our site had trash on it when we arrived. The outdoor table was disgusting and we had to clean it. The grill on the fire pit is broken and the whole thing should be replaced . When we checked in the lady put yellow bracelets on us but never said what they were for. Everything else was decent.

Ok place to stay lots of stuff to do but lots of people they are a very busy campground. So not much peace and quiet.

My family and I absolutely love this campground! We have been coming for almost 2 yrs now and it gets better each time. We hate leaving and we always start planning our next trip back. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
