Wonderful stay at the Catfish cabin! Staff made this visit the absolute best! What a wonderful kid focused experience! The cabin and lakes made it unforgettable!

Absolutely beautiful campground, perfectly maintained. Lots of green grass and gorgeous trees. Kind of crummy in the laundry room department, but that’s a minor detail for such a beautiful place. And Deb in the office was super sweet and helpful. One other thought - maybe ease up on the pesticides? Especially in close proximity to occupied camp sites.

we all had a good time. The park is nice. The pull thru campsites were very spacious. way better than some of the koa's we have been to where you are packed in like sardines. the bathrooms were very clean. the staff were very professional.

Always enjoy our stays at Shelby KOA. The best by far that we have visited in the KOA system. Booked again for next year.

The campground is awesome and the people are very nice and helpful. I only gave 4 stars because it's a little pricey, especially if you have more than two people. Also, there is almost no cell service and very slow wifi.

I love this campground however it’s getting more and more expensive every time we book. Within 2 years, it has gone up at least $30/night. Plus, the fact that we’re charged extra for each kid is ridiculous. You should include 2 kids under 18 in the price per night. Not sure if we’ll come back in the future.

We had another great long weekend, a little rainy one day but still good. Campground was clean” like normal and staff is always helpful and polite. My only complaint is the cost per night is getting pretty high compared to other KOA’s that we frequent. We still love the campground and will continue coming for now.

It was a beautiful camp ground. Lots of things to do. There were only two things that upset us. The first being that the reservation for our tent site said that it was mulch/woodchip tent pad. However when we arrived, you were given gravel… which ripped holes in the bottom of our tent. :( The bathrooms were not super clean nearest to our tent as well. But the workers there are very friendly!

It’s always a great time at this KOA. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay a wonderful experience. We camp there at least twice a season.

The gulf cart rental is a rip off it needs to be a 24 hour rental. Other Koa have it

BEAUTIFUL cabins with all the amenities of staying at a luxury resort. Loved the themed weekends and all the activities provided. Very well kept campground, very clean, very efficient if we had any issues (one minor), very friendly staff. Loved the well stocked camp store and the wine slushies were AWESOME!!!

Constant activities for kids and adults. Well kept grounds. Well kept facilities. Lots of extras available, and many of them at no extra charge. This was our second visit, and my wife booked our third before we left. Mother-in-law declared that weekend one of the best family vacations we had ever taken. Family from 5-75yrs. all enjoyed it!

My family and I absolutely love this campground! We have been coming for almost 2 yrs now and it gets better each time. We hate leaving and we always start planning our next trip back. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
