Would be nice to have picnic tables added to new section patio sites. Dogs love the dog park but it was always very busy. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice big sites and very clean. Love staying at this KOA.

Only downsides were that cable hookup did not seem to work, and very poor WiFi, unable to get signal and or connection most times.

Amazing! From pulling in til pulling out our weekend was great. Staff goes above and beyond to help you, acknowledge you. Many activities for all ages. Loved staying in the new section. We are looking forward to coming back.

This was my first time at Shelby Mansfield KOA. The newly added sites were amazing. The entire park was immaculate and the staff was very friendly. Before the weekend was finished, I booked sites for next year.

Dust/dirt campsite with potholes everyone was hurting themselves. No shade at all. Wind tunnel so even the awning couldn't be used. Pitiful!

Everyone and everything was great!!! I only gave 4 instead of 5 stars because the timed shower in my cabin was absolutely horrible. Everything else was perfect!!!! We will be back next month.

Was our first camping trip at a KOA and with a camper. Big family campers but this was our first time this way. Was very very impressed with how smooth everything functioned and how well organized everyone is and the cleanliness of the camp grounds. We loved being able to have our fury children with us as well and how nice it was to see so many other dogs there as well! See KOA again very soon!

Everyone and I mean everyone was pleasant and friendly. If you had a problem they would help resolve it for you. Lots of fun for everyone young and old and in-between. It is well worth the time spent here.

I love this campground!!!!!! Stay all the time in our tent! My son just goes and plays and fish! The staff is amazing! Very clean!!!!

We stayed in the western cabin and it was excellent!! Very clean and very comfortable!! So many activities for the family. As always the staff was top notch. It was a great weekend!! Can’t wait to go back!!

I took my Granddaughters for the weekend. The theme was Trolls. They absolutely loved it they were so busy with the craft in the morning and all the other activities throughout the day, they never stopped until it was time for dinner. Then they played mini golf, and we all went to the Kafe for Ice Cream. We all love everything about this Koa, and can't wait to come back on June 30th .

Absolutely spotless facilities. Restrooms and other areas are always immaculate. Very friendly and helpful staff. Dogs are welcome but being responsible for fur babies is enforced. I have had bad experiences with other campgrounds where unruly pets made for a bad experience but this place keeps everyone safe.

We love staying at the Shelby/Mansfield KOA. It has become our Mother’s Day weekend tradition. Everyone is so friendly and helpful from check in to check out. The Buckeye cabin is our home for the weekend and the only thing we would change is having a fire ring we could cook on. Most of the other cabins have one but we make it work because we prefer the location and amenities of Buckeye.

My family and I absolutely love this campground! We have been coming for almost 2 yrs now and it gets better each time. We hate leaving and we always start planning our next trip back. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
