Everyone was super friendly, and it's obvious that you're making a big effort to make it a great place. We especially enjoyed the dog runs. I'm sure we'll be back.

They should warn you about the 1000 trains all night long. It was a bit dirty and full of weeds. Not enough fire rings for sites. The people running the KOA are very nice. But what a horrible night with literally 1000 trains they even give you a key chain that says you survived.

As an overnight stay i would recommend. The site we had was large in comparison, it was clean and had a cook pit. Friendly staff and reasonable rates. Great restaurants and just a cool little town. Now, the trains. They run all the time and I do mean all the time. If you like trains and the associated noise that goes with, then go for it… If not, then you may want to reconsider.

Nice stuff - we had to check in late and which was not a problem. The lady left us an envelope with all we need at the reception. Very basic site. Perfect for short stays and road trip. The pool was empty.

Stayed 5 nights in February. The park was great all around. Train tracks are near but train noise never bothered us at all. The store looks brand new and has all the things you may have forgot to bring. I did not use the showers, but did look in men's restroom and it was spotless. I will definitely stay there again.

came in late from the cold( site seeing) and heaters were set up and running in the camping cabin ! Did not expect this. Wish I had reserved more days there. Will return, even if out of my way on next vacations.

Dog crap everywhere, long term tenants who feel that they need to run their vehicles all night so they can smoke. Not what we expect from a KOA. Very disappointed.

We have been staying at the Seligman KOA for the past 5 years in January and February and the hosts are always very flexible and accommodating. The first night, you have to get used to the trains, but after that, you don't even hear them.

Nice park. New power pedestal. Some lighting of roadways for post dark would be nice. Watch weather for freeze and warn arrivals about hoses. Sites nicely marked. Will keep park as future travel in BBC area is expected.

Second time staying at this location. Cabin floor was a little dusty, which is not a deal breaker for us. They had the cabin heated for us at arrival which was greatly appreciated since it was a cold day. It does look like there are improvements happening, so we’re excited to come stay again in the near future. Staff is always friendly and keep the campground clean.

Campground was ok. Really close to the train tracks. Trains run almost all nights. It is close to pizzeria and Bar. But just a bit noisy.

We had a great stay! It started to snow a LOT and there was room for us during the snow storm and the owners were very, very kind, especially after we accidentally ran into a picnic table and a BBQ in the snow storm! We'll be back in better weather! Super clean campground and very friendly people!

Staying at the Seligman Route 66 KOA was just right for us. We were on our way from New Mexico to California to visit family for the holidays. Met our needs perfectly. Thank you.

WHEN I MADE THE RESERVATION, I MENTIONED OUR LONG LENGTH AND THE FACT THAT WE'D BE COMING IN AFTER HOURS. WE WERE PUT IN THE MOST EASY IN-EASY OUT SITE!!! THAT WAS MUCH APPRECIATED. THE SITE WAS LONG, LEVEL, CLEAN JUST PERFECT!! THANK YOU!

Our family of 8 stayed in the 3 cabins for 3 days for Christmas the staff was very nice and had heaters on and cabins were warm when we arrived. My Grandbabies loved the playground. All staff was very polite and facilities were clean. Would definitely stay again.

The Trains! The train tracks are literally right next to the campground and the trains run every 15 minutes. The trains were soo close it rumbled the ground and they do run all night long which makes it hard to sleep. It rained while we were there and the ground was muddy- KOA needs to add some gravel to the campground to help fix the mud/puddle issue. Only plus is hookups. Would not recommend.

Upon arrival the office area was very clean and inviting. The staff and one of the owners we met were very friendly and professional! The cabin we rented was very clean! The restrooms and shower areas were exceptionally clean and well stocked! The laundry room was exceptionally clean as well! The new owners have really taken pride into improving this KOA compared to the previous owners! Great Job

We came in after hours and found our spot easily. Campground is well mapped and easy to get around. Since we were only there for the night we didn’t experience any of the amenities, however they all looked good.

Un camping pour une nuit. Situé au milieu de nulle part, ce camping est relativement calme. Il y a beaucoup de train qui passent la nuit mais cela fait le travail. Le service cependant n'est pas à la hauteur de la réputation de Koa.

This place is adorable 😍 very nice staff. We stayed in a camp cabin and we had plenty of room for the two of us plus 2 unused bunks for kidlets perhaps. It has a pool, dog park, hot showers and clean bathrooms. I loved it, we will be back.
