Arrived early and was charged a $10.00 fee even though we had requested early check in because our air conditioner was not working with elec. However when we arrived at a less than 50% occupancy and no air needed was charged $10.00 fee and then of course during a storm we had no electric for over 4 hours that evening.

Very nice staff; knows customer service. Kind, says please and thank-you. Leaves you alone and happy you keep their place clean. Stayed in another Koa and the stay was deplorable. Person running the camp was a miserable old man who was sarcastic and mean to the bone. We kept the cabin clean, were quiet and cleaned up after ourselves. Should have read reviews about him first.

A seven day stay. Grounds, bath rooms and pool were clean. You eventually get used to the trains going by.

Trains ran ALL night long. Thorns in the tent pads - luckily didn’t tear our equipment. Generally feltt extremely run down. The ladies toilets were, however, very nice.

Our stay was very nice, quiet, peaceful. I was a little disappointed that we couldn't put out our awning because the tree was too close. Also the ground cover did not look as though it had been cut recently and the picnic table had lots of pealing paint.

My stay was rainy this year with Monsoons lol. Had a ground full of bugs one day that I had never seen but Mikes crew handled it quickly while they too shook their head not ever having seen these! Mike seems to always be making improvements around—compared to years ago! I will miss my chats w/Tracie in the office!

There is train noise, but after a night, it didn’t bother us. Lots of rain during monsoon, and the drives flood some. We could still get through, but may get wet feet if you’re walking. Would be nice if pool was open a little longer during the extra hot days. Most of staff, friendly and helpful. Store has good selection of rv items you may need.

Clean facilities and friendly staff. Great overnight stay on way to California. Some train and road noise, but not bothersome to us in a travel trailer.

We only were there for 1 night, but easy check-in, easy to get to our site. Very clean and well-kept grounds.

The property, restrooms, and showers were very clean and well-kept. The pool was sparkling and the customer service was friendly. The only thing that would have made this stay better would have been a way to get cash (ATM or cash back) at the on-location store so we could use the coin-operated laundry facility. Unless you have cash on you there is now way to get quarters.

This KOA was a good choice. There were no rest areas & I was desperate for a place to spend the night. Luckily, this KOA had vacancies. The stay was great, but I could do without the train noise!

The campground is older but clean. Staff are great! Our space was level, and the rest seemed to be also. There are train tracks about 100 yards away, and trains run every 10-15 minutes day and night, so if you love trains, this is your place. But bring your earplugs.

Nice campground only problem was the grounds needed to be scraped and leveled. Due to desert storms there is alot of rain and some sites the entire thing was a puddle.

I needed a break for a couple of days before getting back on the road and I certainly did choose the right place. Such a peacful and calm place.

Great facilities! Very clean. I didn’t stay for very long, but found the cabin comfortable and the grounds peaceful and quiet. The office team was helpful and clear. An extra perk was the ease of access to the highway, yet far enough still far enough away to feel secluded.

This is our favorite place to stay in the area. We have been there several times, and will always go back. Mike the owner is a top notch host, and the work campers are awesome. Laundry, bathrooms , and showers are very clean. We have stayed weeks and months. Seligman is a fun town to tour.

Staff was friendly and decent layout for an overnight. Level site, low water pressure, couldn't get a wifi signal but tmobile worked fine. Loved the dog park. Entry and interior roads need grading, our motorhome got covered in mud and road is full of big holes.

Un camping pour une nuit. Situé au milieu de nulle part, ce camping est relativement calme. Il y a beaucoup de train qui passent la nuit mais cela fait le travail. Le service cependant n'est pas à la hauteur de la réputation de Koa.

Loved this great campground. Clean restrooms and showers. Clean warm camp cabin. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

This place is adorable 😍 very nice staff. We stayed in a camp cabin and we had plenty of room for the two of us plus 2 unused bunks for kidlets perhaps. It has a pool, dog park, hot showers and clean bathrooms. I loved it, we will be back.
