Beautiful place, friendly people, dog friendly. Very nicely appointed KOA camping cabins. Just wish the washrooms were a little closer.

Signs along entry road are negative instead of welcoming. Recycling bins disappeared when they were needed; they were, probably, being emptied and cleaned at the time.

Deluxe cabin was very clean and contained everything we needed for our stay. Lots of amenities at the campground. A great place for families and pets although we were travelling without either kids or pets this time. Staff were all friendly and helpful. One suggestion: if possible it would be great if you could offer a recycling bin for plastics and paper.

Everyone was so kind and we enjoyed all the amenities and sparkling clean bathrooms! Our child loved the gem / mineral sluicing station especially.

Stay was very very good. Very nice well kept campground. Only drawback, $36 charge for a couple to join us for cocktails. Couldn't fill in rating questions as your survey wouldn't accept my input

We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed every minute. Our campsite was clean and level. We enjoyed the pool and had easy access to biking trails this is one of the nicest campground we’ve ever stayed at. The staff were courteous and friendly.

Lovely park, washroom/shower areas were very clean. We only stayed 1 night so didn't get to enjoy the pool or check out laundry & Rec center. Pleasant checkin ladies and guided to our site. We saw a young couple golfing who were enjoying themselves.

One night. Nice park. Good sites. Friendly a professional staff. Good proximity to the city, the crossing to the US and the Trans Canada Highway. Very thoughtful provision for our dog friends.

We love this KOA. This was our first stay at a KOA ever. We were doing a cross-Canada trip and stayed here while westbound and then again when eastbound. One very small suggestion for improvement, how about having real milk and cream on hand for the office Keurig coffee maker instead of Coffee Mate powder?

We overnighted. The park was clean very well maintained and staff was very friendly and helpful. The only reason I have it a 4 is the mosquitoes were really bad.

Excellent staff and facilities in Sault Ste. Marie. It was a bit pricier than other local RV options but generally worth the extra. We also utilized the RV Wash site and that was a great perk for us as we were nearing the end of a long trip out to Alberta and back to Ottawa. Very clean and dog friendly location - our Bichon approves and would recommend to other pet owners as well.

Stayed 3 nights in 30 ft fifth wheel with 2 dogs. Meticulous campground, quite large. Several areas to exercise and walk dogs. Very quiet but conveniently located close to many conveniences. Would definitely stay again

Nice decent sized campsites but the showers are fabulous. Lots of pressure and hot water. The washroom and shower area were spotless. This is the best we have seen at KOA campgrounds in the USA and in Canada including Provincial Campgrounds. The other nicety is this campground is far away from the highway and very quiet, not like a Provincial Campground about an hour away.

Terrific RV and tent campground. Owners and staff are very friendly and professional. The campground is well maintained and has lots to offer for adults and children. The washrooms and showers are clean and are closed for an hour daily to allow for major cleaning by the staff. They accommodated our ´big rig' (with advanced booking) and (as always) were most helpful during our latest stay. We make this an annual stop. This year we went specifically to enjoy the colours of the fall and were rewarded with spectacular displays. We stayed for 10 nights. The campground parameters and schedules are well laid out and following them makes for a most enjoyable stay. This park is dog friendly and we appreciate the folks that follow the pet guidelines. We highly recommend this campground - it's in a terrific location close to town amenities (10 minute drive). There is some faint highway noise and a few trains - far less than most of the campgrounds that we have stayed in - certainly didn't disturb our sleeping.
