Great service, clean, there’s a pool, mini putt and ride on trikes. However, disappointing to see there were no celebrations for Canada Day. I’ve been to other KOAs and there were extra activities, BBQS and fireworks. Nothing.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Fireworks are not permitted in our campground at any time because of our location in the forest. Additionally, there is a fire ban all across Northern Ontario, so there would not have been fireworks in any northern campground this Canada Day.

Very impressed with washroom and shower facilities as cleanest I’ve ever seen. Loved the pool and other amenities. Site ver nice and quiet. Very friendly owners and other staff! Will definitely stay again when passing through on road trips.

Check in was efficient, site was nicely laid out. Only issue was that they don’t allow parking cars on grass so they arranged a spot near by. Don’t blame them as grass this year is hard to maintain. Washrooms where one of the best I have seen, campgrounds where in above average condition.

Exceptional! Very clean and organized! There are lots of things to do for kids and adults, swimming, hiking, games etc. and is close enough to city shopping.

Clean, convenient and friendly. Always a safe, quiet stopover while passing through west or east. Easy access, easy hook ups. Very pet friendly which makes this park special.

Great staff, clean facilities, plenty of pull thrust’s. A shame about the Fire Ban but that is not on the KOA. Have you thought about a Pickel Ball court? Since you have horse shoes, ladder golf, mini-putt, bikes, a pool and corn hole. Really like the Kamping Kitchen as well. Great place to bring your dog, we did leave ours at home for this trip.

Very nice well kept park. We were in a water/electric site behind the office and it was reminiscent of a provincial park. Very friendly staff, we would definitely stay again.

Very pleased, quite despite being quite full. Super clean and well organized. I have been on the road from New Brunswick for 1 month, best campground and best showers and washrooms I have seen. Well located

This was a fantastic stay and the staff were very friendly. The only suggestion I have is for management to consider applying calcium or equivalent on the very dusty roadway as you enter the campground. I would definitely say this was the nicest KOA we have ever stayed at and will no doubt return in the future.

Our family enjoyed our stay so much. All the staff was super friendly and helpful. Everything was kept very clean and safe. Lots of amenities for the kids and big areas for dogs as well. We would love to stay here again soon.

Lovely treed/shaded campground. Spots a bit tight but beautiful. Great clean pool and restrooms/showers. Lots of amenities for everyone and respectful campers.

Our first stay here, we were in town for convention. We were very impressed at how clean the facilities were, excellent and helpful staff. There was lots of things for the kids to do. Will definitely be coming back.

Everything was great, lots to do. One of the best KOAs we’ve visited. We enjoyed the miniature golf- but it could use a bit of maintenance.

Employees were very nice and welcoming. Site wasn't as nice when they cut the grass they should move the picnic table grass was almost a foot high.

Immaculate laundry room. We were concerned about low voltage at our site and manager moved us to another site. Ordered delivery from a local restaurant (Giovanni’s) and the food was delicious. Free wi-fi was strong. Well managed KOA.

We were visiting family. We also attended our grandson’s grade 8 graduation. We didn’t get to use all of the parks facilities, but the park was very clean and seem to meet everybody’s needs.

This is a great place to stay the personal who run and look after this facility are extremely helpful and are happy to see you. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely return.

We loved the place, but our site was next to the Rover‘s Run and we had dogs barking at us after 10pm. So you please make sure at checkin, dog owners know how to behave ���.

Nice decent sized campsites but the showers are fabulous. Lots of pressure and hot water. The washroom and shower area were spotless. This is the best we have seen at KOA campgrounds in the USA and in Canada including Provincial Campgrounds. The other nicety is this campground is far away from the highway and very quiet, not like a Provincial Campground about an hour away.

Terrific RV and tent campground. Owners and staff are very friendly and professional. The campground is well maintained and has lots to offer for adults and children. The washrooms and showers are clean and are closed for an hour daily to allow for major cleaning by the staff. They accommodated our ´big rig' (with advanced booking) and (as always) were most helpful during our latest stay. We make this an annual stop. This year we went specifically to enjoy the colours of the fall and were rewarded with spectacular displays. We stayed for 10 nights. The campground parameters and schedules are well laid out and following them makes for a most enjoyable stay. This park is dog friendly and we appreciate the folks that follow the pet guidelines. We highly recommend this campground - it's in a terrific location close to town amenities (10 minute drive). There is some faint highway noise and a few trains - far less than most of the campgrounds that we have stayed in - certainly didn't disturb our sleeping.
