This was just a one night stay for us on our way back home from florida. Nice place, site was big enough to stay connected to my 30' TT. Full hookups. Very easy access, easy pull through. Big plus is the lake is beautiful and the sun sets right over the lake. There are palm trees here which was exciting when we stopped here on the way down to florida, they were the first palm trees we spotted!

The folks that work here are very nice . As for the place it should not be a KOA. Bathrooms from the seventies. The bathroom closest to the lake has been “going under renovations “ for years. As for the bathroom closest to the office no hot water at all ?

Only stayed one night on our way to the keys. Really enjoyed our pizza that was delivered from Hunts pizza at the front office. Great service and yummy pizza.

Our first time staying here. Employees were helpful and friendly. Cleanest bath house, even for a KOA. Planning on staying here a couple of days on our way home from the Keys!

Very unimpressive campground. Certainly not worth the $70+ spent for a back in 30 amp site.

We stopped on our way North on 95. Quick drive off 95 to campground. There are a number right in the same location. Easy check in and a quick guided drive to the campsite. Guide changes our site once looking at our coach. Provided a great site in a quite campground. Great nights stay.

Nice quiet campground right on beautiful Lake Monroe. Office staff very helpful. Excellent restaurant The Lake House is just a hop, skip & a jump from campground - beautiful sunsets.

The staff are great. The reservation process is suspect. I called both the campsite and KOA and neither could tell me why the website raised the price by $10 from one page where I selected the site to the payment page. No explanation given…really lousy. The site we were at (G9) needs work…the sewer is higher than the RV and therefore won’t drain. The beach area was full of trash.

When checking in I had a special request due to our travel plans. The team went above and beyond to help accommodate our last minute request. I even saw one of the team members at 6:30AM (while walking our dog the next morning) and they wanted to make sure everything was ok. Great customer service at this one!!!. .

The staff here are very helpful and go out of their way to make sure that you are happy with your stay. Good size pull though sites ,walking distance to the lake. And they have pizza and wings at the store!

I have stayed at Santee KOA a few times. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We were alerted that the one bathroom was being updated, so we could choose a lot closer to the one that was open. I will stay here again.

This was just an over nighter for us on our way to Florida so we didn't really get a chance to explore. We were welcomed by palm trees and spanish moss so that was great. We did take a walk down to the lake and caught a beautiful sunset.

We really appreciated the escort to our site and the friendliness of the staff. Everything was very nice and we had a good stay. We wouldn't hesitate to choose this KOA again.

Always love staying at this KOA on our way to Fl. So convenient to RT 95. Very friendly KOA, clean and accommodating. The owners and staff are the best. We plan to stay again and highly recommend this KOA to our friends and family.

This KOA spot is so beautiful, right on the water. Our sunset the night we stayed was picturesque. Staff was incredibly friendly! The bathrooms are a little outdated.
