Beautiful campgroung/ great spots and staff. Bakehouse restaurant a short path walk away a big plus. Views of Lake Marion fabulous. Would definitely stay again. Tom

Just a short stay but we enjoyed it! Loved the grounds and pizza delivery was great after a long day of traveling! Would definitely stay at this campground again!

we are happy that you are in a good location. we also liked the Pizza and wings so we didn't have to worry about cooking for the evening. We also used the restroom showers they were very clean and had plenty of hot water. Certainly will be stopping by there again.

Loved this place! They treated us great and the facilities were nice. I don’t have much to compare it to yet but we all really enjoyed it. I’m not an experienced rv traveler but I really appreciate being able to decide on Sunday afternoon that we are going to make an unplanned stop and have the option to book last minute. The other places we considered in the area were closed. I recommend

The staff was excellent. We had no issues at all with them. Our issue was that the campground itself was pretty worn out. The women's bathroom/shower in the center of the campground was out of order, so my wife had to walk across the property to use the bathroom. That wasn't explained when we booked. There are a number of RVs on the site that haven't moved in years. It just looks trashy.

We were there overnight and it was beautiful. Spring is in the air, robins everywhere, the lake is wonderful and the staff was very friendly. We'll be back for sure.

A beautiful campground with great views of Lake Marion, a wonderful fishing pier and plenty of activities for children and young adults. Bass fishing was goof but caught mostly catfish this trip in early spring. Wonderful and very helpful staff who were extremely pleasant to work with. Highly recommend this KOA Journey at Santee/Cooper!

Staff was friendly. Site was not level unlike other KOAs. Some rows of sites, while unoccupied, appeared to have fallen into disrepair.

The campsite was nice and by the water but the tree roots in the ground can go away. I fell tripping over one of them . I am at another koa right now and it' has no tree roots coming out if ground. Please go cut the tree roots so people don't trip over them and fall .

The waterfront sites are nice but some of them are on such a slope, it’s impossible to be level. People should be made aware of this before booking

Campground staff was very accommodating and so friendly! Even with our whole gaggle of kids in the arcade they were patient and kind to us. We love it there!

Super! The staff was fantastic! We were there for a funeral and they prepared the meal and hosted our entire family. What a blessing! If you get a chance, spend subscribe there... getting to know everyone was a joy.

They accommodated us for the time period that we needed to be on site, staff was very friendly. Campground was quiet, and clean. Lots to do with out having to leave the park. They even sell pizza and deliver it to your RV. Kevin went above and beyond and gave me a hand with some maintenance issues on my rig.

We had a good spot, enjoyed our stay. Sunday we finished loading and I had to use the bathhouse, restroom. This is where my review went downhill! The closest bathhouse, closed for renovations. Our neighbors said it had been for 2 yrs! NOT ACCEPTABLE! I found another one, it seemed ok with until I flushed. I found myself standing in everything that was in the bowl! GROSS Is an understatement!!

This KOA spot is so beautiful, right on the water. Our sunset the night we stayed was picturesque. Staff was incredibly friendly! The bathrooms are a little outdated.
