We arrived after office hours (which we mentioned in our reservation communication), located the paperwork next to the door and found our site. So excited to take a shower but we weren't given the code!! Fortunately, another camper up late had to use the facilities and gave us the code. Frustrating.

Everyone was very friendly and upbeat. The facilities were clean and in excellent condition. The best part was the young guy who delivered my wood and reminded me of the restroom combination.

Very nice, pretty, clean. i found the roads around the camp sites confusing, I would think I was walking on a road and I would be walking into a camp site.

Lovely KOA. The staff and owner are very nice and are very helpful. They are always updating and improving everything. They are adding more patio’s to the sites, since we were there last.

Well cared for KOA. Nice laundry room. Weird policy if you arrive a little early----charge $15 even if your site is vacated and cleaned and ready.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Many parks charge for early check-ins. Two main reasons. Staff needs a break between checkout time and check in. Sometimes our only break of the day. The other is the cost of utilities. Your stay charges are based on check in and check out times. We take on all cost when not in those periods.

This was our second stay but this time we had our grandkids with us. The facilities were nice and clean. Our grandkids enjoyed playing on the playground equipment which was up to date and safer then other RV parks we have visited.

Friendly staff, clean site and restrooms. Appreciated the meet packet provided about the local area and restaurants. One down side during the stay a resident / associate of the KOA was constantly working on their car in the game room garage with a loud muffler.

The sites are too crowded for larger RVs. We were within four feet of the RV next to us. The staff are great and most likely we will stay again if In the area

We were escorted to our campsite and were given instructions on best placement for our RV. Clean, friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our 6 nights the peaceful surroundings. Will come back if in Santa Fe! Highly recommend this location.

Bad wifi, tent site in the middle of RV, no chance to pin the tent in the gravel, tiny spot, dirty spot, no privacy, unfriedly staff

Thank you for staying with us. You had a water and electric site with trees on both sides. Our Wi-Fi is fantastic. (please see other reviews). You were here one night and had little interaction with the staff. We pride ourselves on good Customer service. Wish you the best!

Nice spot, away from town just enough to make it close for day trips, but the evenings feel more "away" from the city. E5 is a back-in, one of the few there, and as such it felt a bit more secluded than the pull-throughs (trees lines both sides of the site). Even so, plenty of the pull-throughs also have some shade or trees as separators. Wish they had a pool/hot tub.

Niceest park we stayed in so far on our trip. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Andrew was exceptionally helpful, offering to give me a ride into town to find a part for my RV.

Came in after-hours and checked office for packet-we know routine- and it wasn't there-no worries it's in our cabin, hosts come to ask about our reservation. Absolutely grab my phone to pull up email and dang it..we reserved for Friday not Thur. They switched our reservation without a second thought. This is why we stay 2xs a year at this location before heading to Cabin in Colorado. Awesome!

Clean, bonus fridge in a simple small cabin! Very helpful folks. Shout out to Riley fir delivering firewood and getting the grill going. Wish I had more time to stay.

Sites are close together but the Pawpen more than made up for that!! Get Pawpen site! It was heaven for our dogs and us!!

Santa Fe KOA was a beautiful campground with a very warm and friendly staff. We were very pleased to meet Jasper, the resident puggle! We were traveling with our puggle, Daisy. The park was clean and the dog park was great!

I found the park easily and enjoyed my stay very much. The park is extremely well maintained and the staff were friendly and efficient. I loved the wings I ordered for the Pizza place and would have tried the pizza had I stayed longer. This was a great pit stop to rest. Thank you.

Our first family trip in a RV and words cannot express how top notch this KOA is! The service was above and beyond! The site itself was very clean and easy to navigate. We would definitely recommend this KOA!!

Unfortunately we showed up a bit late but everything was in order for a quick set up pf camp and an evening under the stars. The camp ground was very clean and neat and each spot had woods around them allowing significant privacy. Bathrooms were really clean. Would stay there again.
