Very helpful staff who tried to solve our big power problem with our rv cruise america.the sites are very pleasant with trees.The bathrooms are very clean and the shop has everything you would need.Very good stay in spite of our misfortune with cruise america

Sites are narrow, short (multiple vehicles sticking out), NOT level, overgrown with trees and majority did not have room to put awning out. Girl working the front desk is extremely rude. They nickel and dime for everything (including early/late check in). They do not allow animals in buildings, yet the owners cat was always in the store, laundry and bathrooms. NO cell service and WiFi calls a joke

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

The entire staff went above and beyond to accommodate your needs and request. I even talked to you personally the day you checked out and you said everything was great. Most guest love our trees. Please see other reviews. This just shows you can't please everyone. Good luck to you in the future

The grounds and facilities are well maintained, the wi-fi is exceptional, the staff is very friendly. Good stay!

Andrew was so helpful. This was a special time for my family. My sisters & I have not seen each other for a very long time. The stay at your cottages made it very special. We love your property. My only compliant is not allowing dogs in any of your cabins. Including your cottages. Many times I have decided not to come to your KOA & others due to a site not allowing my dog. Campers are dog people.

The staff went above any beyond to accommodate my upgrade request. The grounds & facilities are extremely clean and well kept. I highly recommend a stop here if you’re passing through or longer. I will definitely be back.

All the folks that run this place are detail oriented, and so kind. It is very neat and tidy in all aspects. There is a nice camp store, a cute dog park, and the landscaping is perfectly placed. We were in a patio site with table, bbq, chairs. If it hadn't been raining and cold, we would have loved to hang out and enjoy the beauty of the area. Only one minor negative, bring leveling blocks.

The campgroundxwas clean anc conveniently located to visit Santa Fe. The staff was helpful and friendly. Only drawback was site was very small.

Spent a week here. What a great campground, great spots, and great facilities. The staff is even better than the grounds. Can’t wait to make the long haul back from Florida. A+ KOA Santa Fe.

The cost for an Uber or such to get downtown is high. The campground is 14 miles away from the old town. That is the worst of it. Everything else was extremely nice. The staff were great...helpful, courteous and kept a very clean place. I give it 5 stars.

Very clean and well managed facility. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Clean bathrooms and good showers. Only problem is the men's toilets need to be better secured.

Our first family trip in a RV and words cannot express how top notch this KOA is! The service was above and beyond! The site itself was very clean and easy to navigate. We would definitely recommend this KOA!!

Unfortunately we showed up a bit late but everything was in order for a quick set up pf camp and an evening under the stars. The camp ground was very clean and neat and each spot had woods around them allowing significant privacy. Bathrooms were really clean. Would stay there again.
