Members of Santa Fe KOA’s staff were extremely kind and helpful as they helped me to determine the best tent site for my needs, to check in, and to choose the strongest WIFI for my campsite!

REALLY need cell service at campsites! Wifi was great & had over 45 TV stations using the antenna.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

This is on Verizon. The complaint should be directed at them. Our WiFi calling works great. But I do agree Verizon needs to step up.

We have stayed at this park four times in the last several years. If we head to NM or AZ we stay here on the way. The staff is to be commended! they keep the park clean and presentable. Sites are level. They are installing new patios on this last stay, cement patios right outside your door. really nice. I would recommend this park to all who see this or ask me.

Office staff was extremely helpful and courteous. One of the staff suggested a restaurant called Harry's Roadhouse for dinner. It was awesome. Nice sites

We had length issue. Said their site was 67 ft. it was 50. Had extra vehicle and calculated spaced based on what was told. Would have fit at 67 ft. When suggested to update site info to correct footage, was told "no offense, but we usually don't have people traveling with so much extra." Excuse me? Offense at "no offense". Admit wrong and be done. Don't try to upsell spot to park for xtra $40.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

This was not a length issue. You arrived with an extra car and trailer. I allowed you to have one site as a courtesy. This is not the norm. Policy is one rig and vehicle per site. We were not wrong. You were just being cheap and wanted no charge for your extra car and trailer. Never again!

Hosts are accommodating and friendly. Campsite is quite far from Santa Fe but not a bad drive. Free shower facilities, laundry affordable. I highly recommend this property and would stay again in future!

Exceptional service from all of the employees and the facilities where outstanding. Whenever we are going to be staying at a KOA near Santa Fe this is where we'll be staying

One of the best campsites we have stayed in. Friendly staff. Great amenities. Super clean and well taken care of. The Santa Fe KOA should be the model for how to operate a camp ground.

Staff / owners were extremely friendly and accommodating. I was there for 5 days and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The facilities were well clean and maintained and the location is so convenient. I will absolutely stay here each and every time I visit the area. 5 STARS!!!!!

Awesome park. Best of the more than 40 KOAs we’ve stayed at. Jerry & his crew were awesome. We even got a ride to town since we had only our motorhome to travel in. We got upgraded to a space with a private patio with a brand new grill, fire pit & dog run with artificial grass & a fire hydrant for our fury guy. Great stay & will definitely recommend to our friends & those we meet in our travel

One of the best KOAs I’ve ever stayed at. The owners made numerous improvements during the past year. The bathrooms are very nice and clean.

Best KOA I have stayed at so far. They went out of their way to help me stay 2 extra days after I made my reservation wrong. The site was clean, you can tell they put in a lot of effort to maintain the campground. They take pride in their work. Vary friendly staff. Will stay at this KOA again. It's sites like this is why I renew my KOA.

We just did 7 weeks on the road. This KOA was our absolute favorite out of many excellent campgrounds. Great staff, beautiful park, excellent bathrooms.

Absolutely loved our stay. Very clean and well-kept campground. Nice campsites with new tables and chairs, nice fenced in dog run with toys. Gerry checked us in and was very friendly and helpful giving us directions to Santa Fe Plaza. Attended a free Memorial Day BBQ and it was really nice meeting other campers, all very friendly.

The toilet bowls rock and make a lot of noise and confusion. If making a better connection to the floor is impossible, try using simple plastic wedges designed to slide under the bowl to keep it from rocking.

The campground is extremely nice, well kept, clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The issue is the road noise from I25 is constant all night. And there are houses nearby with dogs that literally bark all night. And since they’re not in the campground, nothing can be done.

Very cool place. The playground is lots of fun but the best part is the paw pens. Big enough for the whole family to hang out in our own private enclosed space. Will come back.

This Kampground was super clean. The Pocket Park and Game Room were an awesome treat to spend with my family. This KOA was full all weekend, but the trees made the park feel like an oasis. The Hosts were very kind and I consistently watched them make every guest feel appreciated. The website gave my family a lot of activities to enjoy the area. Our next trip is already being planned to come back!

This a nice, clean campground. There are trees throughout the grounds that provide a little privacy and even some nice shade. The staff is absolutely wonderful. They are cheerful, helpful and have such great attitudes. We noticed they’re always out working and tending the grounds. Laundry room and bathrooms are clean and well kept. The store is really nice with great items. Very enjoyable!

Our first family trip in a RV and words cannot express how top notch this KOA is! The service was above and beyond! The site itself was very clean and easy to navigate. We would definitely recommend this KOA!!

Unfortunately we showed up a bit late but everything was in order for a quick set up pf camp and an evening under the stars. The camp ground was very clean and neat and each spot had woods around them allowing significant privacy. Bathrooms were really clean. Would stay there again.
