A great location. The staff was friendly and the bathrooms were clean. It was a hot day and we were hoping for a quick swim, but found there was not a pool. We enjoyed our stay as it cooled down nicely in the evening.

Got F1 an end of the row deluxe site and loved it! patio furniture was comfy & grill was great. Park is clean & restrooms were updated & very clean as well. The one and only drawback was the brick patio was overrun with ants. I know we're in nature, but the ants literally swarmed whenever we sat out there.We moved the table and the ants followed! We kept our feet up but still found an ant in rig.

Great location. Friendly staff . Really enjoyed the deluxe patio . Was able to order Santa Fe Mexican food and delivered by grub hub.

The bathrooms were clean but the septic lagoon was having trouble and the oder was horrendous. Also zero shade we are tent campers and with the heat shade is a important factor

This was a great park!! Tucked away in the side of the mountain with level sites and lots to do!! The staff was super friendly and helpful!! Trees near almost all sites for shade. We will definitely stay here again!!

Very nice place. Lots of room between neighbors, trees for shade. Felt like we were camping in a forest. Very friendly and nice staff. Owner was super nice and genuinely appreciated our business

We really enjoyed it! It’s quiet and has great amenities for everyone. It was a little hot out, okay a lot hot out…and our site faced in such a way that there was little shade during day light hours, but that’s just the way it goes sometimes. It’s not a reflection of the park in anyway. We found the hosts to be extraordinarily kind and generous. We will be heading back!

Store was closed when we got there. It stunk like sewer. The spot was uneven..couldn't level it with 5 blocks under the wheel. It's nowhere near anything. 10 mile ride to food. Won't be back.

Despite a horrible smell from the sewer system and bathrooms being very hot because the air conditioning was out, Jerry and staff were beyond helpful and nice. They were upfront about the conditions before checking in. Very clean and nice park. Would stay here again.

the last two stays have not been great do to lack of staff care do to smell or covid.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Due to extreme heat and lack of rain, our lagoon turned itself over, causing a bad smell. We care deeply and have worked very hard to correct this issue. Things are improving and we will be back to normal very soon. Covid???? None of our staff has covid.

I arrived after hours but found my campsite easily. There was an overwhelming odor of sewer permeating the campground, that I discovered was from a sewer plant next to the campground. I couldn't sleep nor could I get any relief from the inexorable fetor of excrement that permeated the tent campsites. I finally just packed up all my gear and leaving with a headache and nauseated.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

I apologize for the smell. We have had extreme heat, which caused our lagoon to turn over. Your stay was fully refunded. We have worked very hard to correct the issue with the lagoon. We seem to be on the right track. Hope you will give us another try. We normally do not have this problem.

This is a great campsite with amenities and friendly staff with the exception of the water treatment plant next door, which created foul odors throughout our stay and many visitors were sharing complaints and concerns about the odor. I'm not sure I could stay here again due to feeling ill during our stay.

I do apologize for the smell. Due to extreme heat and lack of rain, our lagoon turned over causing it to smell. We have worked very to correct this issue and seem to be on the right track. We normally do not have this problem. Please give up another chance. Call for a refund.

By FAR one our FAVORITE KOA’s!! Very NICE, very CLEAN, & the hosts are the BEST!! While we may not have been real fans of the city- we’ve decided we’ll come back to see our new friends at the Santa Fe KOA as much as we can!! Game room is AWESOME! Great place to stay. Space was a little small but fit our van; just couldn’t move table very easily to allow for more space. Spigot dripped a bit at the post. No pool. Would stay again though. We enjoyed the community and location.

Fantastic, definitely the best KOA we've ever stayed at! Just lovely, really pleasant with lots of nice amenities, everything is in good condition, and there's even a little fenced-in area you can play with your dog off leash.

The owner and all of the staff at this KOA are wonderful. There was a challenge, but the owner was transparent, responsive, and kind about both explaining what was going on and offering compensation. It’s nice to feel safe, heard, and well taken care of. This KOA goes above and beyond in service and care. Highly recommend!

This place was awesome!! We booked the dog site and it was absolutely amazing. Our dogs were able to be off leash in our on private fenced in area. The man( I don't remember his name) who took us to our site was kind, helpful and super nice!

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. This was our first time using a KOA and we will use Santa Fe if our needs bring us back into this area.

Our first family trip in a RV and words cannot express how top notch this KOA is! The service was above and beyond! The site itself was very clean and easy to navigate. We would definitely recommend this KOA!!

Unfortunately we showed up a bit late but everything was in order for a quick set up pf camp and an evening under the stars. The camp ground was very clean and neat and each spot had woods around them allowing significant privacy. Bathrooms were really clean. Would stay there again.
