Staff always available. Site very clean I even was prepared to sweep under lawn chairs they were already done. Bath/shower rooms clean. Beautiful Stay!

Wonderful location. My only complaint is that despite daily text messages, that when the WiFi was down for over 8 hours, there was no communication about what was going on. When I went to the office to inquire, they didn't know and I was handed a card for an outside service provider. That service provider said that they had sent the camp an email saying it was down. AT&T service is minimal at best

Lots of activities for kids, staff was very friendly. Super clean campground. Close enough to Monterey and Santa Cruz and many beaches for a quick day trip. Bring your suit pool and hot tub are nice to jump in even on a rainy weekend.

The sites and campgrounds were clean, and everyone was very friendly. The kids loved having wifi, full hookups, and the pool/hot tub. The location was perfect for us to go to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk one day and into Monterey the next. Will definitely be staying again.

It’s very beautiful and the staff is very nice. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family and I will be there Fourth of July weekend. See you soon.

This was our first time staying, our particular site was cramped for our trailer. We stayed in site 27 and with a 30’ trailer with one slide. With the arrangement of the hedges, we could not setup chairs outside or deploy our awning without encroaching on the adjacent site. There was no site given at the time of booking either. Most other sites had more width and could have fit our trailer le

We were very disappointed with the inability to hook up to internet and get the tv channels, we had someone come to our Rv , he apparently did not know what to do. Each year we come and the same problem exists with your internet. Hope you get the problem fixed soon as we had work to do on. Also the campsite next to us broke the water line and our campsite was flooded #40. No compensated offered.

Our grandchildren had a wonderful time. The big balloon trampoline was a huge hit. The sites are nice and staff was very friendly.

Bouncing pillow was deflated the entire time. Pool was closed 1/2 of Saturday. We were only there from Friday-Sunday! Not much for the kids this time... Encanto was not set up straight, could hardly hear the movie.

Overall our stay was great. We had an issue when we arrived that someone was in our site. The front desk wasn't taking phone calls so we had to walk back to the office to get it resolved. The jump pad is a big issue. Too many big kids jumping too hard means the littles have to get off or risk being injured. This was evident in that the jump pad broke while we were there. A second pad is needed.

Top notch facility. Layout around giant playground makes it perfect for watching the kids while you relax. The jumping pillow and playground sphere are incredibly fun for the kids. They have activities like going to camp. Such as ceramic painting, tie dye tshirts, palm tree climb, and train rides. Our grandchildren were sad to leave. We already booked for next year.

We loved the extra optional activitie/crafts, Kona shaved ice, pool/hot tub. Our only complaint is a salt or at least partial salt pool/hot tub would be preferred. We’d like to see more sand in the volleyball court as well as a new net. We stayed in site 70 and loved having the open grass behind us but if it was cut shorter, that would have been great. Loved our stay and will definitely return!

We enjoyed our stay. Our back in site was plenty large enough for our 5th wheel. There were lots of activities for the kids as this location is very family friendly. Close to the beach.

We have stayed here a few times and have enjoyed our stay each time. This is a Family-Fun campground. The train rides are the best and the conductor made it wonderful for all. The husband and wife team who manage the activities are the best and have out-going personalities. We would definitely recommend for all families. The park is pet friendly. We will be going again soon.

Worst experience at a KOA. This camp ground was dirty and staff were not very friendly. We experienced many problems at this campground ground. Will not be returning or recommending this campground.

Very nice camp grounds. Never seen such clean bathrooms at a camp ground. Staff seemed to be picking up trash constantly. Great for families.

I stayed at this campground on 4/6/24, that was my second time there, we loved the cabin. The site has great accommodations, very family oriented, however, there's also Glamping cabins like the one we stayed that are very cozy and makes for a great couples getaway, super close to the beach 3-5min drive. Awesome place 10 out 10.

We just arrived home after a fantastic weekend here. We stayed in our camper, so cannot attest to the cabins, but it was so lovely to have full hookups (including a dog pen for our fluffy family member). The whole site was amazing and there was always something for the kids to do and our kids were so happy. The playground and jumping bag was such a huge hit, as was the heated pool. Just be warned - there is a “make your own pixie stick” machine in the store. Thankfully my kids didn't realize what it was haha All of the staff that we came across were so lovely and kind. Can't wait to come back!
