Campground was very open, but yet you put people right next to each other instead of spacing them out and giving people their space. Bathrooms were very clean however, a wheelchair (not motorized) can't make it over the door threshold, its too high. communication was great!

We were with a semi-large group for granddaughters 1st birthday party. Wonderful grounds, friendly staff and lots of play area for the kids. Wish the grass in the dog pen was more grass and less weeds and dirt. Maybe some quality artificial turf? Also, we asked to rent the "Shack" for birthday party, told they don't do that anymore, but when we arrived they said yes they do, but it was taken.

Had a great time all services worked perfectly. Friendly staff and very clean campgrounds. The only ask would be for washing machines to also accept debit or have a ATM available. My family enjoyed our stay very much.

The rental Airstream campers have been neglected and need to be washed (lots of accumulated dirt and moss is starting to grow on them). It's a shame to see these wonderful trailers in such poor condition.

Thank you for your feedback. Yes the airstreams are in need of attention. When you return this fall you will see that we are replacing the airstreams with new units and sending those beautiful trailers off for some much needed love.

All was great, I just didn't like the fact that the person in site 25 was a jerk, his dog a Rottweiler was off leash and came into our campsite at night and scared the crap out of us!!.Then he would just sit outside his rig and smoke "pot" and the last straw was his Rottweiler took a S*** in campsite #24, we saw it and he saw us saw it, and never once did he get up to clean it up So sad!!!

The property is simply perfect for a family to enjoy camping and family time. The pool was heated along with the hot tub. Everything was clean and easily accessible. Thank you for such a wonderful location.

Nice place. Staff was very friendly and patient with my questions. We will definitely stay here again. I will also be purchasing a KOA membership after this visit.

Very nice, well kept grounds. 3 dog parks for our furry friends, fenced in areas for your rv, playground, year-round pool/hot tub, big store with lots of selections. The staff is friendly and we’ll definitely be back.

Great stay. Friendly staff, clean park, and nice facilities. Even with the rain, we had a great time. Staff member Jim went above and beyond to help us with a 30 amp adapter problem. Thank you Jim!

We paid for a paw pen site, but it had flooding issues (which we brought up as a concern when checking in since my brother was there). When we first set up there was a big puddle and staff handed us a push broom to deal with it ourselves. The 2nd morning the puddle was back (sprinklers had ran) and again we were given a broom. So when it rained the entire site was underwater. Not great experience.

I loved it , but the bike rentals should have had longer hours. There were so many kids and not enough bikes and time for the kids to go.

The staff is very friendly and they have tons of activities for families and kids. We stayed over Christmas and they made it feel like home. Facilities are very clean. The campground has lots of beautiful trees and landscaping that make the grounds very pretty.

We stayed in site 106. The view from the deck was very beautiful with all the Christmas lights! We do have an important recommendation: Add another layer of larger rocks over the small gravel pebbles. It took us an extra hour to clear out all the gravel from our trailer before we could check out. The gravel can get caught under the slides and damage the floor we the slides are retracted!

We had a great first time there in Santa Cruz/Monterey Bay Koa. Great place to meet up with family, so many activities for the children and right by the beach! The staff was so kind and informed, the store on site is stocked very well and delicious ice cream. We will definitely be back again!

We really enjoyed our stay, the first night the little Santa Train was a bit busy. The constant bell ringing on it was a little much. The second day they weren’t ringing the bell as often, which was nice. We will come back again.

We LOVE staying at KOA Watsonville! The amenities such as year round pool/hot tub and rec program set it apart from other campgrounds. The staff are all very friendly. Heather in the general store was super kind! Courtney was so sweet with the kids during the tree palm climb and Cody made the fun train ride a blast! The only bad part was our son’s $1300 bike getting stolen from our campsite :(

The best team works here!! The staff really know how to make it magical for the kids. Loved all the Christmas lights and decorations and the many events provided by staff dressed up in amazing costumes! We will be back.

Weve visited a bunch & stayed in rustic cabins. This time we thought we would get a "nicer " cabin with a bathroom. The cabin seemed very nice, except it had a strange faint smell. The television & the bathroom, even the mattresses were good. However a SKUNK under the cabin, returning to home at 3sprayed. Waking us up with a hideous smell!!! thankfully emergency lineat 4am gave US A NEW CABIN.

Overall the facilities were nice, the floor on the cabin did turn all our socks grey. The laundromat also stained or possibly burned a large portion of my clothes. We did however meet a gem at the front desk, K’lora. She treated us well and definitely made us feel welcomed.

My kids loved riding the Christmas train to eat s’mores at the Christmas village. They had wine and cheese for the adults. The grinch was there and a couple other Christmas characters that made it memorable. We ate breakfast both days of our stay and it was convenient and affordable. The showers are the best showers I’ve ever used at a KOA. The water pressure was amazing!

Greeted by very friendly and helpful staff. Nice spacious slips with paver patio area. No road noise could hear wildlife going asleep (coyotes and Owls). Only advise is to bring cash if your doing laundry no atm nearby. Stayed a week and plan on returning soon.

It was beautiful. The weather was great! The campground had a few other campers and was very clean and well maintained! Staff was very friendly and helpful! Enjoyed our stay!! Additionally, it was fantastic that the county fixed the road at the railroad tracks! �

I stayed at this campground on 4/6/24, that was my second time there, we loved the cabin. The site has great accommodations, very family oriented, however, there's also Glamping cabins like the one we stayed that are very cozy and makes for a great couples getaway, super close to the beach 3-5min drive. Awesome place 10 out 10.

We just arrived home after a fantastic weekend here. We stayed in our camper, so cannot attest to the cabins, but it was so lovely to have full hookups (including a dog pen for our fluffy family member). The whole site was amazing and there was always something for the kids to do and our kids were so happy. The playground and jumping bag was such a huge hit, as was the heated pool. Just be warned - there is a “make your own pixie stick” machine in the store. Thankfully my kids didn't realize what it was haha All of the staff that we came across were so lovely and kind. Can't wait to come back!
