way to expensive, we have gone r there are five years in a row and the price is gotten just ridiculous especially for the family members. You don’t have Rv’s and book cabins have to stay for three night minimum cabins are way too expensive for what they offer.

This is a great KOA and we will definitely be back. The Deluxe Cabin were truly deluxe with linen, towels, bedding and basic kitchen amenities included. The staff and management were wonderful with the kids. They loved all of the activities including tye dye, movie night, pizza, and swimming. We also rented the little banana bikes and scooter for the kids. Overall, it was a great time!

Staff were very nice, bathrooms were clean, location was perfect, and the quiet hours were enforced. We will be back.

Our only complaint was the slippery mud by the pool! I am 80 years old and slipped and fell! I didn’t break anything but hit my knee pretty hard making the next few days very difficult to walk! The staff was very kind and came right over, helped my husband get me up, and asked if they could do anything for me. Several children slipped and fell before they finally cleaned it up.

Nice big park. Kid friendly but still quiet for us with no kids. Many activities all within 30 minutes. Close to the beach. Just beautiful.

My grand kids had an amazing time. We loved the deluxe cabin. My only suggestion is to have more trash bags available and maybe more instruction on how to properly start a fire. Other than that, loved it will definitely be back to KOA...

We had fantastic time, the staff was friendly and helpful especially during the coloring contest on Saturday, August 19, Courtney (I hope I got her name right) was amazing, she was great with our grandkids and made us all feel special. It’s people like her that will bring us back. Thank you so much.

staff is very friendly, helpful & courteous. Grounds kept clean and the Text message reminders were appreciated. One staff member really shined with our group working the Art contest and Ceramic event. Believe her name was Courtney, she is Awesome and made things so exciting and fun for our group. Lauderdales; Carrillo and Montoya's If only one thing the sofa matters was in poor shape 109

We were given a site that would accommodate our 34ft 5th wheel.However due to the bush in front of the site it made it impossible to swing our trailer in there.She told me we could move to site #58 but then changed her mind because it didn’t fit slide-outs.She then offered me other sites at a higher rate. Another great stay in the books. Our RV site was spacious and level. The pool was heated, and the store was stocked with plenty of goodies (and essentials).

The bathrooms were not clean, there were clogged toilets and sinks and toilet paper everywhere. I invited others who have not stayed at the campground before and I was embarrassed with the mess. KOA is typically on top of this. I don't know if it had anything to do with the huge group of people who went as I never seen the restrooms this bad before. I hope this was a one-time incident.

If you come with your RV or stay in accommodations with shower/restrooms, I would highly recommend. I will discourage all others as some on site restrooms with showers attached are all genders. Very inappropriate and uncomfortable for all genders!

I honestly love what you offer but I was very disappointed. Last year when we came with three groups of friendly we were split and if we wanted to be closer we had to to pay. This year I booked it all under my name so that we were all be. Heck in together and be closer. The person I book said great you will be at 154 and the other two cabin of four is closed by it. When we arrived we were informed

Park was clean and so much fun. You can tell they really take the Time to plane and organize things for family. And they are so organized! My only negative feedback was the registration staff and people in the main store were not friendly and they took forever to check people in.

It took me quite a while to actually find the location but once I did, I was highly impressed with the cleanliness of the campground and the exceptional professionalism of your staff. After hours check-in was a breeze. I definitely would stay there again.

So we love this campground and enjoy the area. This was are 2nd visit to this KOA (2019 + 2023). We had Electricity & Water in our tent site which made the stay much easier. Lots of activities for the kids. The playground is AWESOME! My only gripe, the bathroom by tent sites for woman is a little tricky to find. My wife said she had to walk though the public showers to get to her bathroom.

We had a great time at the Santa Cruz KOA. It was our first time there and it was wonderful! They had a lot of things for my kids to do and the campsite was clean and spacious! We will definitely be back!

I traveled with my grandkids for the weekend to the Santa Cruz/Monterey Bay KOA. The facility was nice, staff were friendly and helpful, and the kids had a great time with all of the activities. Definitely a family oriented park; more so than for adults traveling without kids.

Feels a bit cramped. We were in site #3 and had to endure constant smoke burning across the fence in the maintenance yard. After repeat requests to stop the burning we asked to move to a different site. Was a total pain, and was not compensated. Lungs still havent recovered a couple days out. Kids had fun.

We had an electrical problem with our two sites. Ray, an employee, worked efficiently to try to correct the problem. He worked with the office and got us moved to new sites. Ray was so kind, helpful, efficient. Getting your trailer all set up only to have to move it again is exhausting. Ray really took some of the stress out of that. We can’t thank him enough.

I stayed at this campground on 4/6/24, that was my second time there, we loved the cabin. The site has great accommodations, very family oriented, however, there's also Glamping cabins like the one we stayed that are very cozy and makes for a great couples getaway, super close to the beach 3-5min drive. Awesome place 10 out 10.

We just arrived home after a fantastic weekend here. We stayed in our camper, so cannot attest to the cabins, but it was so lovely to have full hookups (including a dog pen for our fluffy family member). The whole site was amazing and there was always something for the kids to do and our kids were so happy. The playground and jumping bag was such a huge hit, as was the heated pool. Just be warned - there is a “make your own pixie stick” machine in the store. Thankfully my kids didn't realize what it was haha All of the staff that we came across were so lovely and kind. Can't wait to come back!
