the new management is AMAZING!!!! we live up the road in Santa Cruz and have been going for over a decade. This is the management yet! Lee Ann Oliver is THE BEST!!! excellent customer service and hospitality... and I love all the extras (happy hours, and also the food/menu at the snack shack!!) well done!

Excellent campground, very well maintained and equipped. Many activities of campers of all ages. Convenient access to the nearby beach. Will be returning this spring with my sister and her husband.

Great facility. Staff was professional. Kids had a blast at the parks. All sites and amenities were very clean. Can’t wait to book another trip.

We arrived to an envelope at the gate(4:30pm) Our cabin had an extremely worn down pull out couch with a disgusting mattress, so we did not use it and had to double up in a twin bunk both nights. I was expecting sleeping for 5-6. Our bathroom had a very bad odor that didn’t go away except for when water was running down the shower drain. Unimpressed but willing to try another cabin next time.

Very nice campground, the only problem we had was the walk to the bathroom is quite a way away from our site, they need more stairs down to it from the sites along the reserve. And we believe that when you go camping the sounds of nature should out way the sounds of peoples music and sports, all day regardless of quiet hours

Great family fun! I really enjoyed all the new activities and added features this year. The activity directors were very friendly and helpful especially Cody. I cant wait to come again.

One of our favorite campgrounds. The pool is well cared for, the wi-fi was recently upgraded and the location can't be beat.

Great location and a beautiful KOA. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is because the staff allows guest behavior that is clearly against the rules. Large dogs were allowed to run free unleashed causing problems with my own leashed dog. These dog owners were in cabin 81. The staff working in the building by the bounce mat clearly saw this and never did anything.

Thanks for another fun Halloween camping trip! My only complaint is that the prices are getting quite steep for an RV site, and now trying to push 3 night minimums too? Yikes!

Everything was fine, except for the absolute and complete price gauge. We all understand its a holiday event, but the increase over a normal KOA stay is EXTREMELY aggressive.

We had a great time. I really liked that so may extra guests were not allowed. I feel like it was less chaotic this year. I appreciated that KOA tried hard to make sure everyone there was known. I would like to also give a shout out to the two gentlemen, riding around in golf carts, picking up garbage and monitoring campsites. I appreciated their hard work.

This was the first time we stayed for the Halloween weekend. All I can say is "WOW"! We booked for next year. Great campground with a lot of activities. A really great staff, also.

We have gone for several years but this year our cabin needed so many repairs!!! For the amount of money that we come back every year, I would have hoped they would maintain their units. Not sure we we will return after going for several years annually. Still waiting for the manager to call me back.

Screaming music and yelling from the campsite across feom us until 1am Friday night. No toilet paper in the restroom behind us Sunday at 4am. Bathroom a mess at 8am as seat covers were being used for toilet paper. 1 out of 3 sinks clogged. I reported it to the person who was cleaning up trash bags set out at 9am. He said "house cleaning will be by soon" left at 10:30. No one came to clean.

We came for one of the Halloween weekends and had an absolute blast!! The staff is so friendly and the campground is so clean. The curbside pickup of trash cannot be beat:) It was a very lively weekend, but I really appreciated the enforcement of “quiet time.” The pool was also very clean and the gift shop can’t be beat. We’ll be returning next Halloween, if not sooner.

We enjoyed our stay very much! There are definitely some positive changes such as food service at the shack and tact message event updates! The check in is a little slow. I would recommend to have online check in as many other KOAs do, so you can just take your spot upon arrival.

We always have a good time here. The only issue was the neighbors who blasted rap music with bad language or hard rock music after hours. We could barely hear each other in our campsite. We asked nicely if they would turn it down and they became verbally aggressive. Wish security could have been more on top of the situation.

Beautiful facility and well maintained, friendly staff. My criticisms are 1) this Halloween extravaganza weekend turned the park into a rave scene… not what I was expecting 2) text messages were constant 28 messages over less than 48 hours 3) $200/night for camping is crazy

We take 3 generations camping here & other KOAs using multiple sites. The 3 dog parks are filled with gopher holes causing dogs and owners to trip. Staff did not to clean blood off jumpy pillow after child was hurt. Jumpy pillow remains inflated all night & unlit while kids jump on it. Staff unkind to disabled people. Accuse them of not being disabled if not in wheelchair. Will not return.

Staff was incredibly welcoming. The events and activities in October were awesome. Even with so many people being there the facilities and grounds stayed clean and nice. Can’t wait to come back.

When I booked in advance I did not realize the end of Sept. u guys would be celebrating Halloween. I’m not a fan and neither was my 2 & 10 yr old The corner walkway site to get to the jump pillow had the ugliest evil demons that jump out at you. I saw other littles ones crying n scared at the decorations KOA had too. Also u knew u we’re going to be busy and only had 1 hour a day for train/clim

Best place to stay with kids! The staff is fantastic. We love to stay by the jumping pad and our kids can play all day and we can see them from our site. We always rent some bikes and try to participate in all the activities. We have already booked for Christmas time and can't wait to see the decorations and special activities.

We stayed for a week [M-F] great place centrally located and the new Wi-Fi is the best Wi-Fi we have had in any RV park. Thank you.

My family visited in the beginning of October and it was perfect. Weather was great, and the park was basically empty. My family had a blast climbing the palm tree rock climbing.. thanks to Cody he was awesome

Had an awesome and wonderful time. My family enjoyed all the fun and activities. I especially would like mention that Courtney and Cory were amazing, friendly. They ran the train and the palm tree climbing area.

Stayed here for a few days in early October. Weather was great, RV sites clean, showers/restrooms nice and clean, great KOA for kids (lots to do), friendly/helpful staff.

We have stayed here numerous times in every cabin type. All have been great. We love how clean and well maintained the property is and how dog friendly the accommodations are. When our children were younger this was a safe haven, that has provided endless memories. We always leave -looking forward to our next return.

Loved the campground. Had fun with all amenities, sites were nice and staff was great. This was our second stay, did not like the site assignment, was next to a busy path and small. I Would like to pick my own spot instead of getting assigned.

Love the property. The pool was super warm. Playground was fun and so was the jumping pillow. Wish the bike rentals were open. Cabin 111 was a little worse for wear. Lots of broken cabinets. Bathroom door doesn't close or latch. Bbq was dirty was maintenence came quickly to remedy. Sheets on the queen bed look like they have foot prints on them and some hair. Super gross! Regardless we had fun!

Very nice rv park..great amenities..site well appointed, plenty of room..good location. Customer service could be improved..over 10 min wait at check-in, just standing there, NO acknowledgment..worker slowly dealt with another family...camper buying snacks asked if someone could come help.."no, she's on the phone". I let that person go before me. No problem at all waiting if acknowledged.

Clean, more spacious campsite options. Great amenities for kids! Excellent staff; especially Jeff, who found a hex tool to raise the seat on my granddaughter's bike!!
