We were lucky to find an open pull-through RV spot close to the ocean view on Thanksgiving weekend. We were amazed at the friendliness of the staff and convenience of having a store and wonderful restaurant on the property. We will return for another stay.

We enjoyed our annual stay. The staff at checkin is always friendly. We were disappointed the Pine aren’t was closed for the season. We planned on enjoying the pizza Friday for dinner. In years past it was still open the weekend before Thanksgiving. So disappointing the bar golf cart wasn’t running.

The facilities are beautiful however the staff is lacking in kindness, tact, and professionalism. Overall I felt like our group was targeted and harassed and your rules were applied arbitrarily. We were a group of police officers, fire fighters, nurses, teachers, attorney, business owners, active military and we were treated like hooligans. Any fun we had was diminished by the poor treatment.

While the campground was beautiful the “security staff” was extremely rude and passive aggressive. While I understand keeping the noise down after 10pm, harassing us during the day was uncalled for. We also experienced a power outage and no sort of compensation was offered just further harassment for using generators. I wonder if these “security” had guard cards had guard cards… I’ll h

Absolutely worst camping trip ever, we have been going to Costonoa for years for Friendsgiving.This year the older gentleman at the 1st check point-in came by our camp site daily and complained that we were bugging him.told us our kids can not sign along with music.we couldn't play our washer game that's on carpet.Told my wife to shut up!He ruined our vacation! The campgrounds are very nice and clean. The problem is with their security team. If you’re trying to enjoy time with friends and family during the day, be sure to not laugh too loud or play music. Apparently it is not allowed at anytime. I would never recommend anyone to stay there unless you’re alone and don’t plan on leaving your trailer. Their team was very unprofessional and disrespectf

Beautiful place. Only downside was that there was no power for almost 24hrs due to the wind/rain. Would be nice if staff came around and checked on the campers to see if they needed anything since there was no WiFi or ability to make calls. Otherwise it was an amazing stay and we will definitely be back!

Our family had a great time staying in our fifth wheel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds were kept clean and the environment was beautiful! We will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful grounds! Very friendly staff. Their water main was down for a day because of ATT construction so they refunded one day of our stay.

We spent one night to check it out for future gatherings with family and friends. Nice amenities, clean, friendly staff, and a nice walk to the beach to catch a beautiful sunset. We will definitely be back.

It is such a beautiful campground. Maintenance staff is always working hard! The staff at the kiosk, running Bingo, working at the general store were all kind and fun! I really appreciate that rules are enforced-quiet time, excess lighting, etc. we can’t wait to go back in June! Thank you!

The hosts and couple that run the kiosk are just wonderful people. I hope that they stay on with KOA! Folks like that are hard to find. Great place! Only negative is the disregard by other campers in keeping their dogs out of the preserve across the street. There must be some places set aside for wildlife yet I noticed several of my KOA Neighbors bring their dogs over there - sad and selfish.

Costanoa KOA is the nicest RV park and campground is the greatest facility l have ever stayed at in 40 years of camping and RVing.

Although the location was perfect and beautiful, I doubt we will go back. The staff (besides activity people) were very rude. We go camping so our kids can run around and be kids, and apparently that’s not allowed here. My kids were playing cards and the old man driving the golf cart told them to shut their mouths at not even 9pm. A great place to go if you’re retired and like to go to bed at

The campground is beautiful the activities were fun and staff were friendly, except for the overbearing “security” on the golf cart. We understand rules and are happy to abide by them but as first time campers at this site it would be nice to be greeted and corrected with kindness instead of hostility.

We got harassed pretty much from the time we got there on A Thursday evening by the “security guards”. First thing in the morn they said we had complaints about us, lights on outside of trailer, to them telling our kids to shut their mouth (it was 9 and they were playing cards) to settin up big screen for a family movie (anyone was invited) and told to turn it down at 7:30 (both nights)

Great customer service from the employees. The sites are clean and nice. The food/ drinks/ entertainment and activities are on par with the nature vibes of the area. Great trails right out of the campground. I would highly recommend Costanoa to others.
