I think the cost should be less for off season since less services are offered.

The grounds are very nice and well kept. Although there seemed to be an over policing of the area that made it uncomfortable. Extra charges for visitors cars and early check charges in a completely empty facility seemed aggressive. Also my friend was questioned at the gate about his RV, allowed to come in then questioned by a employee a day later if it were legal. Too many petty issues.

We loved it! We’ll be back soon. Thx

Great site. Restaurant was disappointing this time.

A beautiful campground and already booked for next year. The staff was especially wonderful to work with.

Our stay was a nice quiet getaway for me and my wife. One negative thing to say is that our RV site had no water only to find out that the next site over had control over our water. In my book….that’s not very smart. To make matters worse, when I reported it the man seemed irritated. The problem was fixed within 20 minutes. I just wished this man would’ve told me. Not a good set up f

Beautiful location with beautiful, clean grounds and amenities. Perfect weather! We loved it and definitely will be coming back

While your RV park is beautiful, it’s a bit pricey. We were put in site C46, even with 3 sewer hoses we were not able to have a full hookup site, good thing we left on a Monday and we’re able to back into the empty site next to us. We enjoyed the beach and riding our bikes through the campground. In general we do not go to KOA’s, do to not being able to take our fur baby, her breed is banned

We all loved the spacious and clean site. Friendly staffs and well maintained facility

Stay was great, but disappointed that I did not receive the 10% KOA membership discount. No one has been able to provide me with an explanation why I did not receive the discount.

Gorgeous facility wish the Pine Tent was open for food and drinks. Stag was very helpful. Exceptional RV park will definitely be back.

It is a beautiful campground. The people who work there are very friendly. Our site was perfect and the park is kept clean. We have no complaints. We are already planning out next trip. Thank you.

We love coming here! The staff is friendly and helpful and the Cascade resturant was delicious! We only wish we could have stayed longer.

Amazing place to camp and talk with fellow campers/staff. Good vibes everywhere you go!
Feb 27, 2022
Everything was good except no wifi or ATT cell service at or near our campsite. The fire pit was pretty lame!

We celebrated my birthday there and absolutely loved it.

Beautiful location. Staff pleasant and helpful.

The campground is fabulous! The grounds are well maintained. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Loved every minute. Was sad to leave. The only criticism would be the lack of wifi throughout the campground. People are working remotely and cannot get online while I’m their trailer/camper. Having to go to a hotspot isn’t always convenient for the rates you pay per night.

Le problème est le wifi , impossible d’avoir de signalement

This is the nicest KOA I've ever been to, highly recommend!

We Had a great time ,we will defiantly be returning and bringing the family

It is a lovely campground. Beautiful location and sites. The issue I have, as do others, is that the Wi-Fi is horrible. At the prices being charged, some money needs to be spent to provide a reliable Wi-Fi to your customers. The only other thing we noticed this time is that there were dogs there that are on the prohibited list. We saw a pit bull and two German Shepards.

This was my wife and I first time here. We had an amazing time. I’ve been camping for over 30 years and this was the nicest place I’ve been. The only down fall with this place was trying to book a reservation at the restaurant. My wife and I both called on several occasions and they did not return our call for 3 days.

We absolutely enjoyed our trip. We did so much that while we were there we booked 2 more trips there. Bathrooms were clean. Security was out at night actively driving around. Only downfall was the internet. It was spotty with Verizon and the WiFi was pretty bad. Employees did say they were hopeful of fiber optics coming soon. But hey, you’re there to camp not surf the web. Very dog friendly too.

It was very nice. Would love to see more to do during the winter months, especially when the weather is so nice and would love to see the Pine Tent open more! I’ve come twice since January and both times the sun was shining and it would have been so nice to sit out at the pine tent

We had a wonderful stay. Being so close to the ocean was beautiful. The staff was very nice. We loved the live band. One suggestion - Put a "no dog" sign on the back side where the band plays. We walked in thru the back with our dogs & got rudely confronted by a general store staff member. We had no clue. We would not have broken that rule if we saw the sign. We are respectful people. Thanks!

Very beautiful atmosphere, the only thing I would not agree with is you wanting to charge for moving the fire pit or picnic table, they are not always in the best location for practical use. Other than that it was great!

The campgrounds were clean, but spots were tight. My family ate at the restaurant & they enjoyed there meal, but to expensive. If you're coming to work and need internet, for us, there was no service. The #1 difficulty was the lack of light at night. Especially coming up the road. Horrible! No lines to view where you are. At least get reflectors up & down the road and on the sign on the 1.

Very nice campground, great location and the staff we encountered were ll very nice. We were very disappointed it the wi-fi or lack of wi-fi as some of us need to work while we are camping.

It was a beautiful atmosphere, the showers were a bit dirty, I don’t agree with it being allowed to move the fire pit, they are not always in the best place, same with the picnic table. Other than that the place was great!

We love this camp ground. It's gorgeous and so relaxing. We loved how clean the sites and camp ground were. We only wish we were told at check in that the restaurant is reservation only. We were there one night and made plans to eat there but had to drive to find dinner. Other than that a great experience. We will be back!

Another great stay at the Costanoa KOA. Beautiful grounds, clean, level pads and centrally located. Full hook ups, plenty of space in the pull-thru and you can hear the waves crashing along the shore. We needed propane and it was convenient to get a refill next to the general store. All staff we interacted with were friendly. It’s a good place to fly solo or with a group of friends.

Stayed four nights, weather was not the best but still enjoyed our stay. Grounds are very nice. Could have been better Wi-Fi

One of the best KOA I have been too. They even have a tarvren that has a delivery cart awesome! They have rules like no smoking. People still smoke even though it says no smoking. There are lots of screaming kids there but alot of activities for them todo.

The Costanoa/Santa Cruz North KOA is the 64th stop and we stayed for 7 nights. If you are on a tight budget or looking to save money, this is not the place for you and is the most expensive park for us to date. But I have to say that this is one of the best KOAs we have stayed so far. Just over an hour from San Francisco and 25 minutes from Santa Cruz, you are in an idyllic setting about a quarter mile off the Pacific Coast Highway and have views and sounds of the ocean from the park. Older growth pine and eucalyptus trees, great landscaping, coastal trails, light houses, and a myriad of activities for families (on the weekend off-season). Sites are nicely laid out and there is space between you and your neighbor. Some nice grass areas including the dog park. Initially, leveling was an issue as it was off 4 degrees to the front of the rig. Have not used the facilities other than the washer/dryers – only knock is how few there are. Have not interacted with many of the staff but the registration couple is friendly and the maintenance staff and house keeping always smile and wave. Would recommend this park and rate it a 4.5. The public wifi was weak except mid-day. During peak times, it was a struggle to pull up emails and basic social media. There is no T-Mobile service at all. Verizon 3.4 down/0.1 up at 5:45 pm. WiFi 0.74 down 0.14 up. For streaming, used a Verizon jet pack with an antennae booster and worked adequately.
