Stay was good disappointed that firewood pricing went up but, all in all was a good stay and will probably return. I was very unhappy with NO refund...I had to leave our KOA stay a day early and checked out by 11:30 but was told NO refund for leaving a day early...It was bad enough that we had to leave a day early due to a family emergency but NO REFUND was extremely disappointing.

Costanoa is one of a kind. It's a beautiful location and the staff are exceptional. We appreciate the friendly and helpful security at the entrance. Appreciated the email ahead of time alerting us of the need for a water regular for our travel trailer. Took advantage of a birding class and participated in a yoga class. The store has a wonderful variety of camping items, books, games and snacks.

We loved this park, especially how expansive it is so we can walk the dog. We like how there are options so our friends can rent a cabin while we stay in our RV for future stays. The only drawback is the weak WiFi, otherwise it'd be a perfect place! The staff is super friendly.

We were very disappointed in especially the campsites at least where we were. We paid for full hookups- could not even utilize that. The way the site was set up- to not stick out the back of our site to block road traffic we had to pull forward which meant our water hose barely reached the water outlet and we could not even use the dump. Also bought firewood at the store that wouldn't burn

The campground was extremely smokey, it seemed like the campers to the east of us were burning railroad ties, their fire was acrid, I wound up with a headache from all the smoke, our CO detector went off in the middle of the night from all the smoke and woke us up, the wifi didn't work, and the sewer connections were all on the high side of the site, which made DWV impossible

Liked the setting and view we had. Site was clean with patio area fire pit and Webber bbq too. Neighbors not too close. We were close to General Store and Restaurant which was convenient too. Weather was cool and overcast but still had fun. Great Band at the “Tent” for July 4th Celebration. All staff very friendly, especially Patsy who works everywhere. A great asset to your organization.

We enjoy Costanoa. Usually quite full but still a nice enjoyable stay. Kids have lots to do here and it’s fun to see them having a blast. Very well maintained property.

Costañoa has to be my favorite spot for camping. It's clean and relatively quiet even though it gets full on holiday weekends. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

The staff, activities, and food were excellent. The grounds were kept up very well and we enjoyed the bands. It seemed like the food tent was a little unorganized, but they were trying hard. We were also not expecting such a tick problem, which I know they cannot control, but it would be nice know about. Functioning Wi-Fi would also be nice. Overall, great time and would definitely go back.

Super great folks that work there. Beautiful location. Very clean. Only constructive feedback would to invest in good reliable wi-fi. We'd love to stay longer and work from our RV but can't because the wifi is really bad. We had to go to the store to be able to get online.

Campsite rules and policies were not enforced and therefore pointless. Supposed to be a smokefree environment, yet people were smoking and vaping everywhere. Supposed quiet hours of 10pm - 9am, were completely ignored with people playing music and partying until after midnight, and others up as early as 5:30 am. Called security twice yet nothing was done. Dissapointed. Usally our favorite place.

My family has stayed at Costanoa annually since 2014 (minus the pandemic years). We had our 1st and only encounter w/ a rude employee this year -- an older (white bearded) men at the "welcome" hut. We JUST arrived Sat. and he bit our heads off for running a stop sign rather than politely pointing out our error and then welcoming us. Terrible ambassador. Please consider reprimanding him.

Love the setting. Location location location. BUT at the prices we pay for the campsite - the actual site is is terrible. 2 years in a row and no improvement on the deteriorating asphalt filled with holes, dips, and unevenness. We have booked for next year and bet we won't see any improvement then either.

Love the restaurants and grounds, and while this is a unique campground, it's not worth the cost for a small piece of asphalt. (Very expensive!) An extra $50 to park our EV car seemed excessive when we take up a very small footprint compared to the giant RVs surrounding us. We won't be back to the KOA, but will probably stay at the lodge in the future.

The space tight and narrow. Could gave been cleaned better. The store should carry vegetables it would have been nice.The space had a good 4-6 inch sloop on the ocean side to much for a trailer. Everyone was very hospitable and looking forward to our next visit.

Enjoyed being able to relax and have a large area for the kids to play. Kids loved being close to the beach. I would like to see better Wi-Fi and phone service on the location. Need to empty the garbage cans throughout the day, they are always full. Would be nice for the Pine Tent to be open more during the week

This is the poshest KOA I have ever stayed at and boy do they have rules. They told me if my dog was off leash they would immediately throw me out. The people next door were making all kinds of noise at 10:00 PM and nothing happened to them. We were told that all out lights had to be off at 10:00 PM yet the same neighbors left their big strings of lights on all night long. We left early.

We had a very nice time. Beautiful scenery and very quiet. My only issue is that I was charged for 2 hours early check-in when I believe 1 hour would have been more appropriate. We checked in at 12:46. That 14 minutes was pretty expensive. It did not detract from our enjoyment but I found it kind of petty and would have waited the additional 14 minutes had I known it would cost me $10 extra.

The park has limited cellular coverage and the Wifi should be extended throughout the park. A few boosters would do this. Otherwise it is a nice park and landscape is beautiful.

My recent stay at Costanoa KOA was fantastic. Despite some negative reviews, the staff made our experience truly memorable.Tammy at check-in was humorous and welcoming. Dale, the head of security, proved to be genuinely nice when he visited us. Allan, the Facilities Manager, went above and beyond, allowing us to bring our furry companion into the grocery store.The campground was well-maintained.

we had a great time! hiked the trail to the tide pools, explored the park, our 4 year old loved exploring at the GENERAL store ,we rented a pedal cart and laughed the whole time! it’s a beautiful park, the restrooms were clean and the whole park was fun. loved the farm garden too!

The entire site was amazing. Kids loved the giant chess/checker board. We didn't get a chance to do the craft activities but would love to come back and try it. We loved the Pine Hut and the main restaurant and the store for things missed in packing. Campsite was clean, had a great grill and firepit. The bathrooms were clean and nice. We will return in the future!

The tent area needs to have at least 1 partition between tent sites to help identify campsites. Hard to tell where one begins and ends.
