We stay here often because it is close to our son. The staff is always so helpful & courteous. The spaces are large with good grass & picnic tables at each site. Good internet. We arrived late but didn’t have a reservation. We were able to choose a campsite easily with after hours checkin procedures. There is some highway noise from busy I35 and some train traffic in the distance. Great KOA!

Was extremely happy with our site! Nice long pull though cement pad! We only stayed for one night. Very clean RV park and close to I-35. You can't hear the traffic tho. I would stay again! December 2022

Bathroom was too far away from our site we were traveling thru and our motor home was still winterized made it difficult to use the restroom because we couldn’t use ours I don’t think it was worth the 60 dollars we paid for our stay because your facility was redoing one of your restrooms I think you should adjust your pricing when you’re facility is not at 100 percent

Registration staff very friendly and welcoming Manager even came out and discussed local restaurants for the evening also excellent customer service trying to get us closer the the bathrooms since we were dry camping Great place

Probably the nicest, cleanest JOURNEY I've stayed at in the last 4 years. I'll definitely be back. Great PET exercise areas. Concrete pull throughs - LAWNS, picnic tables at sites.

This RV park has been our Winnebago NorTex Travelers spot for our Thanksgiving rally for many, many years. Jacquie and her staff are great, facilities are excellant. We have already booked our 2023 November rally there.

The Sanger / Denton North KOA team is the best we have ever seen ... and we have traveled across the United States. Jacquie and Gloria always go above and beyond to serve their guests, and are truly a joyful delight! Daron and Tim ensure that the grounds and facilities are in excellent order. The entire team genuinely cares for their guests! They are repeatedly the Founder's Award recipient!

I was impressed when I first checked in at the level of professionalism courtesy and just the way the staff made you feel like you have just arrived home and I wrote on a review that if there is a book out there that explains and shows how to be a top-notch customer service professional, that the people at this campground have read it , I have changed my mind I believe they wrote it.

Clean, very well kept nice clean facilities and extremely friendly and helpful staff. OK, that's a highlight summation, I'm a work camper in the summer so I know what it takes to keep a camp looking like this one does. I'm for 2 months for back surgery, it would be pretty hard to find a better place to stay.

Our stay was good. $60.00 was higher than we like to pay just to park and sleep. We didn’t use a pool, laundry, bathrooms.etc. Parked, electric, water, sewer for 13 hours. It is a nice park, but when we are only there to sleep, make breakfast, eat and leave, $60.00 is pricey for folks on a fixed income.

If your staying in a tent it's noisey,with the frwy very close ,and maintenance building with air compressor always running..it's a nice koa

This is a huge KOA, concrete pads, a little patch of grass. Very clean. The sites are large. You get a picnic table, no fire pit or grill. The bathrooms and showers are extremely clean, roomy. It's like you get your own personal bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet I loved it! Lots of hooks, shelves and benches to put your stuff. The laundry room was clean. My only complaint was no money changer, so we had to go back the next day when the office was open to get quarters. The outdoor pool was closed for the season. There's not a lot to do. I didn't see a playground, I did see a basketball hoop. It's kind of like a big flat field with concrete slabs..Which was fine. We were there to see the eclipse. The campground was packed, but very quiet. The office, the bathrooms are a bit of a walk from the campsites. We had to drive. I would stay here again.

Love staying here in our fifth wheel when traveling through. The park is bigger, very clean, and peaceful scenery. Wide concrete roads and lanes. A brand new Valero across the highway has all amenities - truck pumps are wide and front pumps large enough to accommodate RVs as well. Traildust steakhouse is 3 miles away for an excellent meal after a day of travelling.
