A very well maintained facility, sites are well shaded by evergreen trees. The Staff is friendly and helpful. Anytime I’m in the area this will be my destination �

We had a great time for Halloween weekend and were very happy to hear that the festivities are every weekend in October! I really appreciate how much work and fun campers go to to deck out their sites and make it so fun and safe for kids! We definitely ran out of candy. We were bumped from our site lock and that was very disappointing as we had a birthday weekend to celebrate (Hoping a glitch)

Too much dirt and noise from the workers ! Asked 3 times in 2 days for someone to check out my cable TV and no one ever came. NO HAY RIDES. Someone at a site by the kids park had a Pit Bull out front of their trailer that was not suppose to be their !

We had a wonderful time for our second stay for Halloween. We booked again for next year already. We have really enjoyed having Steve there over her past several stays. I hear he may not be back next year. We really hope he comes back because he always makes the stay here more enjoyable. Especially when it comes to tie dye and the hay rides .

A true nature setting. Numerous mature trees. many kid activities. New gift store. Nice pool. Very tight roadways. Difficult to level for large rigs. Upon exiting, we scraped the side of our coach on a "decorative" boulder. Entrance road was very narrow with a steep drop off. Need to widen road. Actually, would not visit again.

The campsite we had seemed to be an afterthought, like a road that they just added utilities to. The sewer was higher than our hose so we couldn’t use it. Noisy campers swearing. The pool wasn’t warm enough to swim in since it got cold and breezy. The showers were great. Far nicer spots down by the redwoods. I would select a spot there next time. Employees very nice.

Always enjoy staying in Petaluma KOA. I am sorry to see that the Flashlight candy hunts are no longer as well as the train cars. We did get ants in our RV this stay from the pad we were on, had to go buy some home defense to stop them...

It was not for us. Too crowded and too many trees. There was a Halloween decor/trick or treat thing going on that we knew nothing about. So it was even more crowded. Just not a place for us.

I wanted to like the stay more, but considering that I paid a premium price I shouldn't have to spend so much time trying to get level. I used every leveling I had, a new first. Not what I expect for the price.

Good things: Mgmt works hard in efficiency, organization, nice shower rooms, access to laundry, request for site with privacy was met, beautiful landscaped patio site. Not great things: packed in party atmosphere on weekend (different strokes), country music blasting from speakers, site looked out over cow field which was lovely except for the flies that were a big problem, fly swatter a must.

I've been camping at your KOA for close to 10 years. The only reason I rated 4 out of 5, is because of the recently added "Bright" LED lights that seem to be all over the campground. For example near site Q228, it was like having a bright car headlight shining directly into our space, our eyes, and trailer windows (bedrooms) with no escape. Also it makes for unpleasant campfire hangouts.

The vineyard terrace sites should not be listed as full hookups. You cannot dump grey or black water at site. You have to wait for someone to dump it for you in the mornings. This was a hassle because we had a baby and once the tank was full we could not use any more water. It should be more clearer in the booking process so there are no surprises upon arrival.

Our stay was awesome and I want to give a special thanks to Steve. He was the best!! From his patience of helping all the kids make amazing tie dye to answering all our questions and making sure we always knew what was going on. We look forward to seeing him on our future trips!! What a great employee!

Great people at reception and staff delivering wood. Septic guys were nice also. The site was shaded and we really enjoyed the privacy of it. The only problem is when people went into the storage lot, they raised a lot of dust into our site and this was more often than not. Maybe hosing down the driveway would help this. It was a really nice time. Thank you.

Stayed in Grove, with 40 ft tag axle towing SUV. Exit from site too narrow for this size rig, plus landscaping across from the site & at the site is too close to turn. Damaged my two bay doors on passenger side badly on large rock while navigating exit easily $6K paint & body work! New landscaping nice, but should consider navigating issues!

We were in #229 and someone was supposed to come by daily and pump for us. Did not happen and the next morning we needed to leave by 7am.NO one in office and the pump station was locked. Around 8:30AM the girl came by and unlocked it for us. Another person was there to complain about same thing. Finally 8:30am we got to leave. Not a good thing at all.

Staff was very friendly and check in was effortless. Spaces were well kept and clean. They have a “scary” pet policy that says they’ll fine you $50 if your pet poops anywhere outside the pet runs. Really? Come on!

The facility is lovely, very clean, staff very friendly. Our complaint is the pervasive livestock smell when ever you go outside, very unpleasant and we were in the A loop A13 and right behind us are full time residents walking through the fence and through our campground, they were polite but it startled me everytime, plus their dog barks. If we return I hope the top A spots are available,

Nice area, good people, construction ongoing but that how a park gets better! They have clean amenities and friendly staff. No sewer hookups in the pull thru but they will pump you out. Internet was inop when I was there and no cable worked. But they are making improvements and I wont complain. All in all and nice place!

We really like this KOA but we’re disappointed with our site, which was supposed to be one of the best, Site 100… Daily pumping of our tanks was nice until we realized there is no way to thoroughly clean the tanks since there is no hose at the dump station to connect to flush tanks. Also while some site have 30+ stations, we and our neighbors only had 3…

Our stay was fantastic! We are still talking about it weeks after we left. My husband and I do not have children, but if we did--we would bring them to the Petaluma KOA just for the activities. Our dog and cat loved the area--and the cows didn't mind them much either. We would and will recommend anyone looking for a KOA to visit here.

Facility was very nice and well maintained. Our space, A011, however was unsatisfactory due to not being anywhere near level. Our travel companions were in space D010 which was enen worse. We would request different sites for our next visit.

It was great. There was trick or treating on Saturday. We had well over 100 probally 200 trick or treaters come to our site. It was so fun to see the kids so excited. We'll done in advertising it this year. We will be back next year again. We don't get many trick or treaters at our home.

It’s a beautiful and clean park. Out of all the sites to stay in, I believe the meadow was NOT where I would want to stay in again or recommend to stay. The cow field and the flies were overwhelming! There are so many beautiful sites to stay, of course they cost a little more, but way worth a couple more $$. We definitely will be coming back. � a great place to stay.

Wir haben mit unserem Wohnmobil die letzten 3 Tage unseres Urlaubes dort verbracht. Es war phantastisch, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Saubere und schöne Badezimmer. Toller Service, vor allem beim Full Hook Up und beim Liefern des Feuerholzes. Auch im Office waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Platz liefert viel Ruhe und Erholung, das Schwimmbad mit Whirlpool sind super. Die Aussicht auf die Berge und die Weide waren wirklich toll. Danke für alles.
