Parking spot for my tv was not very level

We have been traveling for 8 months, been to many KOA's. What we like is we can rely on good facilities, and this one was no different, good facilities. However little things here impacted our rating: the front desk staff probably don't understand what it is like to drive a truck and trailer. They routed us on arrival toward construction that was impassible. Similar issue on departure.

The campground is beautiful, but they water it so much that the grass is wet and soggy all of the time. Our site had a lot of water standing in it the entire week of our stay, so there was constant mud. It made it so you could not enjoy your campsite at all.

No reservations just pulled in and very accommodating. Nice staff, clean well maintained and loved the peacock that walked though our site.

We LOVE this place! Only request is to add more doggie bag stations. And plz refill the one that is empty. Everyone is friendly & genuinely concerned about your stay and experience. Family owned and operated. The entire property is clean and updated.

Need to cut back trees and foliage, rigs are getting bigger, it’s getting hard to maneuver a large RV. Staff very friendly and helpful. We will return.

Lower rating for: restroom/showers. So why would they be piping in cold air into the bathroom and shower rooms in the middle of winter, when it's cold and rainy? They don't have a heat thing you can turn to get heat for the period you are showering or in the bathroom. And once the first toilet paper runs out the 2nd one you can only turn and get a piece at a time of the roll, so you are stuck. Fix

Beautiful grounds and it's clear the owners areaking investments to keep the place 1st class. We were there off-season and there was lots of capital upgrades happening. Unfortunately, it meant some inconvenience getting to and from site. t rained a lot and there were some wash-outs. Bathrooms were warm, clean and well ventilated. Lots of spaces available in winter time, clean restrooms, could not link to internet so support person came to RV right away and helped with issue.

We have been enjoying KOA membership for years. My wife is nick-named the KOA Queen. The Petaluma KOA is one of the most beautiful, well located, and best communicating units. The irony is that we have traveled to many locations around the USA, and this one is almost in our own backyard. So to have an enjoyable getaway we don't need to spend a lot on gas anymore.

We had an amazing time. First time at any KOA and first time with our travel trailer. We had a great experience. All staff was friendly and very helpful.

My site was not clean with tree dropping and mud everywhere and on a hill. It would have been better to have the vacant site adjacent flat site . Lots of construction going on. Only stayed 1 night so no big deal. The roads in the park were confusing with no marking other then provided map and highlighted route. On a good note, it’s located away from freeway noise and the staff were friendly.

Wir haben mit unserem Wohnmobil die letzten 3 Tage unseres Urlaubes dort verbracht. Es war phantastisch, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Saubere und schöne Badezimmer. Toller Service, vor allem beim Full Hook Up und beim Liefern des Feuerholzes. Auch im Office waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Platz liefert viel Ruhe und Erholung, das Schwimmbad mit Whirlpool sind super. Die Aussicht auf die Berge und die Weide waren wirklich toll. Danke für alles.
