Great place, nice improvements. The tv reception not very good, most of the channels where sports. Two movie channels didn’t come in very well. I would be nice to have a variety, especially when the weather is bad.

It was a beautiful campground but they have a problem with bike thefts. Our bike was stolen along with someone's motorized scooter. Lock everything up! It was so frustrating.

We booked and paid the night before our stay on line and were told on arrival that there was no water service the following morning between 6am & 11am. We have a camper with no washroom facilities and so if we knew there would be no water, we would have gone somewhere else. We should have been told that. We are actually in the same business - this was not handled well.

When we arrived, the full hookup site we paid for was taken, but the security staff found us another spot. The site had security staff and security gate. Unfortunately we had laundry to do, and the laundry facility was locked after 9 when we arrived. Security staff was unable to open the laundry.

The campground has a nice layout and good location. The pad was on a incline and was not long enough and/or room for our 42’ 5th wheel and park our truck. The site had nice Redwood trees, wood picnic table, fire pit, some grass and lots of dirt which turned to a very mucky area when it rained, Price we paid per night was very expensive $$$$ (most we have ever paid) for the actual site assigne

Cashless...NO!! Wristbands...NO!! There are a lot of things to like here. Location was key for us. The two items listed above will leave us looking for other options next time.

We like the campground but out site was a mud pit. We reserved this specific site and close by was a pile of gravel that could have been laid down. We did have a “gravel” site but it was straight mud that our jacks sunk a little bit. Other sites that are premium had plenty of gravel. Disappointed….

The team was very welcoming and helpful, and the facilities were very well maintained and updated. The only reason I am giving 7 out of 10 and 3 out of 5 is that I had a last minute issue arise and had to leave the campground at 4pm on the second day of stay. The team charged me for a full day/night and could not provide even a partial refund, which was a bummer.

We have stayed at the KOA in Petaluma at least 4 or 5 times and each time are very pleased with the staff, the grounds and the overall cleanliness along with access to various venues including Tomales Bay, great restaurants and a quick drive to visit our family in Marin County. Our girls love the play equipment and the pool and the farm animals are a cute addition.

Booked w/lg # of campers to celebrate New Years Eve together. On NYE, we gathered under the lg tent. At 10pm were told music had to be turned off & quiet hr was enforced. On NYE?! Who stops NYE at 10pm? It should be understood that celebration goes to midnight. We should have been told prior to booking that we would not be able to have loud gathering past 10pm on NYE. We may have booked elsewhere.

After all of the remodeling, it’s unfortunate there is so much light pollution from all of the bright LED street lights. This campground at one time was quaint , now the blue / white spectrum LED lights everywhere are harsh now. The large street light behind A13 is quite intense. It makes sitting by the campfires less enjoyable. Other than the lights it’s still a top notch KOA.

I paid for full hookups and told the clerk I had a class B Motorhome. When I arrived in space 146 I discovered the sewer hole was very elevated. It was actually higher than my sewer outlet. I could not use the hook up. Also, the wifi was insufficient. It was not suitable for streaming video, unlike all other RV Parks I have stayed at this year in California.

Our stay was great! The patio sites are clean and great when the weather is a little wet! The only thing that is a little weak, is the internet connection. I know we are supposed to be outside enjoying, but when it rains, watching TV is good option. The rates are little high for not having all the facilities open.

Our stay at the Petaluma KOA is always a 10! We love the staff and the property. Can't wait to go back in the spring!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy. The facilities are nice, however, we only visited the store/office and did not use the bathrooms. The pull thru site was easy to access and depart. I have issue with charging for visitors to come to the campground. I understand the need to control the amount of visitors, but charging for people to come seems excessive.

Thank you for the great service and cleanliness and preparation of the cabins. We all had a wonderful time this weekend. We are planning on a bigger get together so we might have like 25 or more people but KOA will be the place. Thank you so much.

I had great service. The park is lovely, and I loved staying there. I loved the hot tub and was happy it did not have jets. I also talked with the manager and he was very nice too. I have already recommended the KOA to others and will stay there again but probably in the winter when the rates are lowest5.

You put me in a recently remodeled site B22. The lower area around B22 smelled like sewage. The site itself needs to have gravel added to the parking area as the area was really wet and extremely muddy due to lack of gravel.

everything was great, weather, going to Dillon Beach & Bodega bay, nice walks now the cons - your WiFi is the worst - constantly had to re-connect the signal just finally gave up and watched on my phone -

Very nice park although very pricey. But the park, facilities & roads are clean, well maintained, & safe. It is convenient to tourist destinations. Although fees are high, we will pay the high price & stay again.

This campground is very, very large. The campsites are on the smaller side and close together. Other than that, it is great. Showers and restrooms are clean. The campground it is extremely clean as well. We had a very relaxing stay.

On receipt we were suppose to be in the Redwood Grove area area A1-A14. When we arrived we were put in the valley view area next to the bathroom and propane tank. Luckily it being Thanksgiving there was 1 spot across the way from us that we were switched to switch to but can't understand why the area we paid for was changed.

The new end sites in the redwoods are fantastic! Lots of room with a cool swing and firepit! Seemed like there were a lot of full-timers, but none caused any issues. We like KOA Petaluma so much we booked our next stay before we left the park!

Stayed 5 nights for Thanksgiving with friends and family. We had a great time. We booked it again for next year. This is a great campground!

Great place. Besides for the jumping pillow being down for maintance " which is understandable" just had to keep the kids occupied a bit more lol. Cant wait to make a trip back.

The cabin 199 had ant infestation in bedroom, restroom and kitchen. Management responded immediately by having maintenance come over to spray. The ants were still there in the evening and management offered me to change cabin. I really appreciated it.

Had a great time at Thanksgiving, but it was cold and gets dark really early. Staff was great when I decided to stay two more days. The workers are friendly. Will be back soon.

We paid to dollar to camp in a great location. I was very disappointed that the cable didn’t work as promised in the brochure. Internet was extremely weak. No assistance from staff to remedy the issue

Wir haben mit unserem Wohnmobil die letzten 3 Tage unseres Urlaubes dort verbracht. Es war phantastisch, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Saubere und schöne Badezimmer. Toller Service, vor allem beim Full Hook Up und beim Liefern des Feuerholzes. Auch im Office waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Platz liefert viel Ruhe und Erholung, das Schwimmbad mit Whirlpool sind super. Die Aussicht auf die Berge und die Weide waren wirklich toll. Danke für alles.
