Beautiful campground with all the amenities. Well kept and very clean. We will be back for sure! The deluxe cabin we rented was so clean and very beautiful inside. Couldn’t ask for better!

This is one of those koa spots where you spend your entire vacation. Loved our spot under the trees. Excellent showers. Beautiful pool. Lots of family friendly events especially on weekends. You have to stay here at least two nights so not for passing through, but staying to enjoy.

I’ve never been to any other KOA. There were a few ants on the counter by the stove. The dead electrical circuit issue was resolved. I loved the available activities: playground, tie dye, petting zoo… It was easy for our 3 families to interact, staying at 3 different campsites/cabins. The campground layout gave us enough privacy. The people were so friendly and eager to help.

The sites are very clean. Staff could be more friendly. Lots of young employee's and need to be more happy and friendly. Slow them down in the golf carts.

It would be a 5+ if the internet was stronger & consistent. Every employee we encountered was so friendly & helpful. Every common area we went to was very clean. We are excited to visit again.

Staff was very nice, bathrooms and entire place is well maintained. I’d like to especially thank the gentleman who ran the climbing wall and opened early on Tuesday so my grandkids could climb. He was so encouraging and went out of his way for them to have a good time. Please ask younger staff to slow down on golf carts especially around the playground. Great experience for family campers!

Frustrating, we don't have a seware hook-up, with 2 boys and extra adults uses more gray water our gray tank during the day is full already, I'm a handicap person It's hard for me to go to your public restroom to take shower. Wash our pots n pans, shower, toothbrush in the morning. I 'll never get reservation unless it's a full hook-up, seware, electricity, and water. I don't like our site#97.

We love this campground. One of our most favorite places to stay. The Lux cabins are perfect and all the activities make it the perfect stay.

While we were sad the arcade never came back after covid, the campground has had a major face-lift. The new store is great. The grounds are well kept. Clean bathrooms. Fun activities for the kids. Movies every night! My 7 year old and 17 year old both had a blast. Can't wait to return.

The spots feel like you're in the forest, the pool is big, the showers are clean and private. I do wish it were clearer that the food truck was really a reheat frozen food truck. Otherwise A+

Wonderful location for our family reunion. Lots of cool activities for kids and families. We all loved Steve, the tie dye guy who provided expert guidance on the different tie dye designs, set us up and answered all our questions with a smile! You can bring your own shirt or buy one from Steve.

Tie die, hay ride, movie night, bounce house, climbing, pool - all excellent. Especially Tie dye guy (I think his name is Steve) so friendly, knowledgeable and handled multiple big groups well very!!!! We stayed in B030 and our WiFi wasn’t great, two rows over it was better. Only improvement suggestion (minor) everyone in our group of 20 said the campsite was the nicest we’ve ever stayed.

My family just returned from Petaluma KOA and had an amazing time. We had a cozy cabin and it was perfect for 2 adults and 3 children. The cabin was super clean and the site worked well. The kids loved swimming in the pool all day and we also enjoyed the rock wall and petting zoo. One of the highlights was the tie dye shirt making. A real treat. We're already planning for next year.

All the employees were very helpful and communicative. I appreciated being able to text or call with any requests. For some of the deliveries/service calls, it would be nice if the employees let us know the ETA for delivery or time that someone would come out. Overall, an amazing KOA that we've been to over the years and highly recommend to others. The kids enjoyed ALL the activities!

I would recommend having more trash cans throughout the campground. My spot, R255, was nice but needs to be level. I had to use all my leveling blocks.

We were not told that we could not use cash. We do not have credit cards,so this was a very hard stay for us. Thankfully,we had relatives in the area that could shop for us.

Great experience once I was checked in. The service in the camp is really good and is mostly clean. The recycling trash bins were not sufficient or not cleaned as often as needed and the experience as I arrived was a little rude from the guy asking us to park. There could be signs as you enter or more friendly people guiding you. Same with the check-in staff. Other than that, it’s a great ca

We had a party of 6 families who were tent camping and had an amazing time. The check in process was seamless and the staff very friendly even though it was a full and busy weekend there. Steve was so patient and kind as our huge group bombarded him with questions about how tie dye. We all enjoyed the movies at night, hay ride, pool and jumping pillow. We can't wait to come back!

We love stay at the Petaluma KOA, the staff is friendly, welcoming, the park is always clean, and for families, there are always tons of kids running around playing, so maki f friends is easy for the young ones! The amenities are great, giant pool, bounce pad, petting zoo, playgrounds, etc.

This KOA was one of our first experiences in RV’ing and we always enjoy our stay. It is obvious they care about the families, the owners are constantly upgrading sites and adding new amenities! Thank you and keep up the great work!

Our kids had the time of their lives. From swimming, to face-painting, to rock climbing to riding bikes and playing at the park they enjoyed every second of it. What a great first experience at a KOA!

San Francisco North/Petaluma KOA is one of our favorite places to camp. The campground staff is very kind and helpful!! The campground itself is very well maintained! There are lots of fun activities to do for the kids and we always have a great time!! We will definitely be back!!

Very nice, however, this time the big Family Reunion in the cabins, with large grass area, 258, we're very loud. Friday night the worker in golf cart told them to turn music down at 10:45 and Saturday at 10:30. Saturday after he left, turned back on just not as loud. Both nights though talking and kids yelling and playing. Fun weekend, just didn't relax like we wanted.

Very nice stay. As a full time RV'er traveling with dogs we look for a few key things. 1. Internet good internet in the area for work. 2. Dog park and areas to walk them. 4. Things to due in the area (San Fransico Day trip). 5. Park was clean, and the staff was friendly, and the site were a size. 5 Price was very good price for this KOA.

This is our first KOA experience and it was good. Facilities and sites were clean, more than we expected. A few things not as good: dog poo on the grass outside our lodge, no consistent hot water for showering so some of us didn't get to shower, dog park had a lot of poo and big potholes, exposed nails in lodge, almost stabbed my son's foot, would love more activities

We had an awesome site - 100. We were surprised that instead of sewer hookups a person came every morning to pump out our tanks. This was great until we realized we couldn’t do a final flush… They do have a dump station but no way to connect a hose to do a flush… When we got home a had to flush with our hose and then haul in 20 gallons of effluent into our toilet…yuck. Amazing ! kids loved it and Mr. Steve is a gem. Couple issues: the ladies rest room near playground was never accesible (code never worked) and one of the bathrooms near office never had soap whole time. Store was very limited with food. That said - we had great time and all your staff are amazing!

Clean, Nice Place, Nice staff, Near the city… If people wants a quick getaway, this is very nice to be with the family. They have pools and others. One thing that is not there are lakes or rivers. Other than this, perfect getaway!

Overall it was a great stay but there were a few things that would have made it better. The sewer openings were so tall that it is difficult to dump when the hose has to be uphill. Also, some definition about what/where each area is. When booking online I could t find descriptions and just picked an area. We ended up right next to the playground and screaming kids. I was very appreciative of the staff being available and willing to assist and handle questions. They were very friendly and I never felt that I was bothering them. The sites were also excellent and spacious. I have already booked another stay since everything was handled so well.

Generally good. Loud gatherings in the nearby cabins. The staff were busy but focused. I appreciated that maintenance came by when my power went out and reset the outlet.

As always, the staff was extremely nice and friendly. When we needed a propane tank switched out, it was done immediately. When we need an external outlet on one of the lodges fixed it was done very quickly. The lodges were clean and nice.

Wir haben mit unserem Wohnmobil die letzten 3 Tage unseres Urlaubes dort verbracht. Es war phantastisch, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Saubere und schöne Badezimmer. Toller Service, vor allem beim Full Hook Up und beim Liefern des Feuerholzes. Auch im Office waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Platz liefert viel Ruhe und Erholung, das Schwimmbad mit Whirlpool sind super. Die Aussicht auf die Berge und die Weide waren wirklich toll. Danke für alles.
