It's a great family park with many amenities for all ages. We celebrated a family birthday on this visit. Every employee was very cordial and made it an enjoyable stay. The variety of campsites is awesome. We'll be back! The Rileys

My wife has much more experience with RV type campgrounds than I do and she thought that the Petaluma KOA one is a 'deluxe' one. It was clean, well laid-out and lots of staff to help. I appreciated the Redwood tree area we were in. I was afraid we'd be out in the open and full sun.

We stayed for just one night and enjoyed it a lot. Our patio site was better than expected with a patio, swing, and grass. Staff was super friendly and helpful! I'd rate 5 stars, but the prices are getting too high for us to make the Petaluma KOA a frequent destination.

We had SO much fun with 2 year old. Stayed in a cabin with no bathroom. Really enjoyed the pool, tie dye shirt making, and easier interactions order things with Cabin # like food and wood.

Wonderful staff! Chad & Ken were amazing. This is a great campground for families especially on the summer weekends. Lots of activities led by enthusiastic staff members. Clean grounds & restrooms. We stayed in a deluxe patio end space. Beautiful park like camp sites. This is the best RV park in the SF area, and there are very few available. Very safe area

As always, the stay here was amazing. The staff is so helpful and friendly. Makes you feel like you are staying with family. Shout out to Mike who helped with my trailer hitch issue. He saved the day!!! Thank you very much.

We had a wonderful time at the Petaluma KOA. Our first visit was not dissappinting. Staff was friendly and attentive. Grounds were neat and tended to. Amenities were plentiful.

Friday/Saturday night stay. Amenities and overall campgrounds were pretty good. Our site was along a pasture fence and full of mowed sticker brush so we spent a good length of time picking stickers from our socks/clothes and dog. There was zero shade anywhere near our area and we had a tent up for outdoor shade & an employee came by telling us we couldn’t have a tent. Driveway security was rude.

Ce n'est pas un camping. C'est un stationnement pour les grosses roulottes et autres véhicules récréatifs de luxe. Par définition, le camping se pratique en plein air, dans la nature. On est loin du compte dans les KOA.

We are full-time RVers. We’ve stayed at many KOAs. This one was very disappointing. We were chastised for taking too long to set up, blocking one road. We have a 45-foot toyhauler. Our site, F58, was very unlevel. Had to use many leveling blocks; took about 15 min. Very few machines work in laundry. Cutting trees down by our trailer. Would not recommend. Will not return.

We had a great time and experience. Andrea was awesome at check-in and very warm, friendly and helpful, which made our first stay experience even better. We can't wait to return for another fun time.

The young man at the desk gave us the worst site, (RV) we had 2 young children with bikes and he put us on a corner spot where 3 roads met. We went back to office and the lady gave us our choice of sites (our entire lane was empty). We had a great time although the cost of the sites is high.

Was just supposed to be me and my husband and our dog, visiting our adult son, but we ended up taking our grandchildren ages 3 & 5. Everyone has a blast. Activities for everyone. Great staff, clean bathrooms. FYI: This is not a place to get away from people, people everywhere and all around you ♥��

Sites are way too close. We bought firewood but had to put our fire out immediately because the site next to us had their windows open and the smoke from our fire was going right towards their open windows. It did not feel like a camping atmosphere at all, we are just not used to camping on top of other people.

As usual, we had a lovely time. I do miss the old Saturday pool DJ, though (from pre-2020). The “new“ one is kind've a dud. My family has done memories of whirlpools, hula contests, and dancing around the pool. The newer DJ half-heartedly asked people if they would like to do a whirlpool, then never followed up. He didn't really do anything else the whole time. The magician was a lot of fun!

Location fantastic to everything around the area. Lady who helped us move from crappy site to fantastic site wonderful. Other staff were rude. Prices for ice and wood sky high. Very family orientated koa. Noisy very early in the morning. Despite pros and cons had a great stay.

Lovely clean facility..dont care for the country music blasting around the pool but ive gotten used to it camping these days. Surprised and pleased at how many kids there were, they were delightful and seemed happy and having a blast. Lots to do. Close to Petaluma and its restaurants and shopping. Nice bathrooms, kind and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time. My only feedback which I forgot to tell the front desk when we left was that we were in cabin 267 and we had really bad ants. They got into our cooler inside of our cabin and in our closing bags.

We spent the weekend in one of the cabins. Everything about the property is excellent, with one exception - the exterior of the building is covered in spider webs. I would think that housekeeping could bring a brush and knock down the spider webs periodically before they get out of hand. Otherwise the interiors are clean all of the amenities are thoughtful and useful. Magic Weekend was a blast.

Great activities. We LOVED the tye-dye guy! He was hilarious and the shirts came out beautiful. Clean, nice facilities, very responsive and friendly staff. Would have loved a little less slow/country music by the pool and maybe a bit more of a party vibe and more games, but it was a fabulous experience all around. THANK YOU!

Lovely camp ground. Feel very safe there. Good security. Lots of things to do- loved the magic show. The cabins are wonderful. Planning on going back next summer for a longer stay. Grandkids had a great time.

We stayed for one night during a road trip. The staff was friendly and the campground was nice and clean. The kids liked the pool very much.

Nowhere on the website when I was booking did I see that these were concierge honey bucket sites. If I had known I would have booked a different site. The tent site to the north of us. Used the water spicket between 193 and 194 to brush their teeth and spit right there at the pedestal. Getting water would have been ok, standing there brush and spitting is not. 193 is not worth the price.

We booked a premium site with full hookups, the most expensive available. When we arrived, we found out there was no sewer. We complained and were moved to a smaller site around mostly full-timers. It didn't have a holiday feel at all.

Wir haben mit unserem Wohnmobil die letzten 3 Tage unseres Urlaubes dort verbracht. Es war phantastisch, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Saubere und schöne Badezimmer. Toller Service, vor allem beim Full Hook Up und beim Liefern des Feuerholzes. Auch im Office waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Platz liefert viel Ruhe und Erholung, das Schwimmbad mit Whirlpool sind super. Die Aussicht auf die Berge und die Weide waren wirklich toll. Danke für alles.
