The people behind our tent were drinking and talking until 4 a.m., but no one stopped them. Also, in the afternoon, our neighboring campers blocked the road, played games, and passed through our land as they pleased, and were very rude. We booked for 2 days but checked out and left immediately after 1 day. I will never book and go camping there again.

Very nice place. Wonderful staff. After an issue with a neighbor in the park, they handled it professionally and promptly. We would definitely come back again. Such a good time with our family.

The crows were really loud both mornings we were there starting at 6:30am. The last night we were there there was loud music playing throughout the night. At 2:45am I finally decided to find the source - supposedly it was coming from a house outside of the campground on a hill. There are several things that I would consider contributed to my poor rating of our stay. My main problem was that quiet hours are not enforced in any way. I was really annoys to have people yelling screaming and drunk until 12-1am. I was impressed that most of the facilities were well kept however I found it a little off putting that vomit was left in a pretty transient road way.

Been coming to KOA in Chula Vista for over 10 years always enjoy are stay everything very clean well kept up, except for noisy crows early in the morning.

What a beautiful KOA fantastic location clean family oriented with plenty of activities to keep everyone occupied. Great spot to find your way around the greater SanDeago metropolitan area beautiful Southern California.

All hours of the day and night very noisy. Extremely over crowded. A lot of miss information regarding camp sites and access to Wi-Fi.

My family and I had a wonderful time. The pool, Showers and bathrooms were always clean. My children had fun at all the activities. Your employees were kind and helpful. The only complaint I have is when we arrive to our campsite which was the group campsite (tent site) there was trash on the floor and we had to call someone to come pick up.

We loved it there. So many fun things for the kids to do. Wonderful customer service. The 2 things I wish weren’t there are the mosquitoes coming from the drainage system and the Little Rock’s at the pool.

Staff were friendly. My kids enjoyed the activities provided. Restroom for the most part was cleaned but after a staff member cleaned it, it didn’t seem that it was completely cleaned. Would come back again

Loved the basketball game you guys put together. That was the highlight of our trip. Our kids loved it! We did have dog poop on our site when we checked in, and saw a lot of it around the campgrounds. I realize this is irresponsible pet owners, and don’t fault the staff. Just unfortunate and thought to mention we encountered this quite a bit. Great stay. Bathrooms were always spotless.

We stayed from Sunday to Friday. This 2nd and final visit was very disappointing. The pool water was disgusting. With googles I couldn’t see 10ft in front of me and noticed so much hair. Also, the quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Which is not enforced and respected by the locals. We drove from AZ and didn’t get any sleep due to noise. Not worth the drive and money.

So many activities and amenities, bathrooms are super clean and plentiful, salt-water pool is refreshing! Beware of the gift shop, there are lots of fun things in there! Not exactly "roughing it", but a great middle-ground for inexperienced campers if you want to show your kids what sleeping in a tent is like :) Well be back!

We were visiting our son and ended up staying with him 2 out of the 3 nights we booked. Though someone was on our site when we arrived (appeared site would be vacant so people "overflowed" into our site), the staff cleared it and blocked our spot with cones so no problem when we came back. Liked the "campground" feel of the grounds. Was our first time staying here and would stay again.

We had the site we requested as we have been coming to stay at your campground every year. Staff was very friendly as usually. Bathrooms and showers were clean. Other campers were courteous by observing the quiet hours which has been an issue at times during previous stays. The only negative I can say is the grounds did not seem as well maintained as in the pasted.

Our stay was great! Our family enjoyed the activities the camp provides and night swimming. We love that KOA made everything so easy, check in and check out process. We will definitely be going back, Thank you!

I've seen this place for years and watched it grow into a great place for campers, RV'ers, and travelers of all kind. They have plenty of activity for guests. Full size cabins, or tent size cabins. Places you can hook up your trailer and RV, and storage facility too. The staff is great and the fun you have is second to none. So glad my family and I can enjoy this place.

We went to San Diego Metro KOA for the first time in October 2023. We had an amazing time with Bobbi leading the Halloween activities. The bathrooms in the common areas were always clean. We saw Alicia cleaning repeatedly and she always had a smile on her face. Thank you!!!
