I love the staff!! Every staff member was so nice that I came in contact with. No disgruntled employees. Everyone was so helpful doing everything they could to make our stay enjoyable.

Friendly staff. Fish and chips were great. Good beers on tap. Clean park well maintained trained. Probably the most kids I have seen in a campground on our street. No chance for adults to use the pool or hot tub. Fun place if your a kid, not for someone that is looking for a quiet place for adults to relax.

We didn't spend much time at the property and we didn't use any of the amenities because we were at Sea World and we spent most of our time at the theme park. The only things I didn't like is how narrow the rows were and all the sites are too short. We don't have a huge RV and we didn't fit. If we weren't at the end of our row, it would have been very hard to get in and out. Character limit.......

Stayed this past MLK weekend with friends who also camped there. We all had a great time, clean campground and heated pool. Highly recommended!

Stay was great. Clean restrooms and showers. Only issue I had was with the firewood you sold me. I bought 2 bundles but none of the wood was burnable because it was too wet. I informed the front desk and they brought me 2 more bundles but that wood also wouldn't burn. I went thru half a bottle of lighter fluid but couldn't get a decent fire going. Waste of $18 but other than that stay was great.

First time here and we are in love The amenities, activities and the relaxing ambiance with the established tree line was just perfect!!! We look forward to coming back if I can get reservations :( everything I have tried this year is all booked up

You sold the campsite as having WiFi it was nonexistent. If you’re going to base your price on WiFi then you need to have it.

Great campground. Wonderful pool area, great activities. Good location. Only issue was we stayed 2 nights on Wed and Thursday, campground not crowded and our site was right next to dumpsters? Why? We had booked months in advance….disappointed by this.

Supposed to be quiet between 10-7...kids and dogs out then ...kids riding noisy electric bikes, playing in the streets ..dogs out barking

Great KOA with nice features. Staff were professional and responsive. We would have rated this KOA a 10 but the hundreds of squawking crows that show up in the early morning and late evening leaving their deposits was annoying and this KOA has trees right at the end of each of many of their sites and it makes it very difficult to enter or exit your site with your RV.

We had a great time pool temperature was great for the weather the kids had fun as usual the only thing they missed was the train. Please bring it back. But always a good time at the KOA.

Would have been perfect except laundry room opened 30 minutes late when I wanted to use it. Showers didn't seem to be as clean as in the past.

We love this KOA location, and the activities are GREAT! Loved the friendly staff, especially the activities director. The holiday decorations were awesome also. We have been going there for many years and will continue to do so.

There should be a no smoking policy which includes marijuana on the property, the bounce mat shoe box area needs to be cleaned of trash, every time my kids used the pool, they threw up afterwards, staff who worked there were nice and friendly, we liked the holiday decorations

This place is absolutely beautiful, it's very well kept and taken care of. I just wished the staff at the front desk were a little nicer, I came in super excited to be there and they were a little short when giving the inf. about the park. Everyone else the security man was super nice

San Diego is our favorite KOA! Everything is perfect! The staff work very hard to keep this KOA as great as it is. Will be return this next summer!

The activities this trip were out of this world. Bobbi and her team were so incredibly friendly and involved every day! The increase and variety of activities that were available this year was amazing! I personally talked to Bobbi and her leads multiple times and you can tell they all care very much about what they do. We have been coming at this time for 5 years and this was by far the best year

I couldn't check in at 4pm because the cabin wasn't ready and was told I will get a call in a very short mins. We waited 1hr outside while others were checking in. Second, our TV in the living room was not working. Called to fix. Couldn't fix and told me someone will comeback in the morning. Nobody showed up til the entire stay. No TV at all. too much stained towels. Did not enjoy recent trip.

Facilities were very clean. I like all the amenities you offer: swimming pool, basketball courts, dog parks, restaurant, bike rentals. I especially liked that the campground was decorated for Christmas. It made our Christmas Eve memorable.

Check in time was at 4pm shortly after it was dark they should change the check in time accordingly to the time change restrooms were really dirty and out of supply we order wood 2 different nights and we did not receive it un till we had to call and complain about it over all not the experience we were hoping to get

The best KOA experience we have ever had. The amenities were awesome, and open. Loved the cafe. They were well staffed, and the staff was courteous and helpful. We will definitely stay there again.

I’m a full-timer and have stayed at a dozen KOAs and countless other campgrounds over the last six months, and this was the nicest campground I’ve experienced. Friendly staff, plentiful amenities, and a festive holiday atmosphere really made it a great stay. I’d request next time a different site as the trees overhead meant lots of debris and bird droppings all over, but otherwise it was gre

Grounds, facilities, cafe, and staff are all great. In my opinion overall, it is overpriced and noisy. Understandably they cannot control freeway noise, but the constant landscaping maintenance impacts the stay. When looking for future RV spaces or cabin rentals, I will choose somewhere that is a better value/quieter.

Wonderful facilities - very well maintained. VERY family-friendly with activities for the kiddos. They even had train rides, with music blaring (not so pleasant for grumpy old folks)!!

I always fill up our gas tanks here. They have great prices and friendly staff. Never actually stayed at their beautiful establishment but I plan to in the future.

I've seen this place for years and watched it grow into a great place for campers, RV'ers, and travelers of all kind. They have plenty of activity for guests. Full size cabins, or tent size cabins. Places you can hook up your trailer and RV, and storage facility too. The staff is great and the fun you have is second to none. So glad my family and I can enjoy this place.

We went to San Diego Metro KOA for the first time in October 2023. We had an amazing time with Bobbi leading the Halloween activities. The bathrooms in the common areas were always clean. We saw Alicia cleaning repeatedly and she always had a smile on her face. Thank you!!!
