AMAZING staff! Everyone from the gate staff, guys who escort you to your site and the office staff are fantastic!! It's a well organized, clean campground. We'll be back for sure!!

Enjoyed great hospitality and service. The escort to our site made sure we were well set. The office kept us well informed of events and staff were all very friendly and helpful. Appreciated the very clean washrooms. Was easy to get downtown and in/out of the campground.

This was a very nice RV Resort. It was easy to access from the interstate. The staff was very friendly, always. We had good neighbors and enjoyed the proximity to the Alamo and other attractions. Our only negative was that we had no cable or internet. We reported it to 2 different staff members and it was never fixed. The good news is we don't rely on either to have a good stay.

The best RV experience so far. The grounds and amenities are spotless always! The staff is accommodating, gracious and work hard to make our experience a good one. The location is fabulous. Perfect place to bring your bikes and your pooch. We will be back!

Greeted by friendly staff and the yummy smell of pizza, which we ordered for supper. Very tasty, great campground, lots of amenities, walking trail. In town, but not. And the city bus will pick you up, it’s a hop on , hop off bus to go in town. Great experience!

Typical KOA, overpriced and very small spots! However this is one of only a few campgrounds in the area, so it may be the best near San Antonio. Our spot (S5) was VERY muddy due to the rain. The tight spot that has a small stip of grass/dirt by the utilities. It rained the night before and turned the area to mud. The elelctrical cable, hose and sewer hose stand all needed to be washed.

I was really impressed with your campground. Everything was clean, I loved the communication about meals and activities. The people were friendly, both who worked there as well as other guests. The dog park was clean and there was lots of green area to walk the dog besides the dog park. This was a really really nice park. Thank you.

Staff is friendly & helpful. Spot-on advice on riding the bus. Clean grounds, good security, lots of on-site activities. Nice playground & places to walk the dog. Cafe, c-store, & pizza too.

Very clean campground with an EXTREMELY friendly staff. After driving, arriving and setting up in the rain the Hunt Brother's Pizza that was available in the office what an awesome unexpected bonus. We just stopped over for two nights on our way from Florida to New Mexico but I would very much like to return and spend a little more time in the area.

WIFI couldn't connect. Needed to check email and 2 iphones and 1 android would not connect. Got into Wi-Fi KOA Guest but it stated no internet connection server error. Called office and they stated working on system. 3 day stay and no internet connection.

We loved everything about this park. It had all the amenities one expects from a KOA, and then some! The location is perfect, the on-site cafe serves a great breakfast, the sites are very spacious and level. But the outstanding feature is the staff. So welcoming, so helpful, and so anxious to make certain your stay is perfect. We were there over Christmas and there were lots of activities for all

Pulled in Christmas Eve 2023, stayed only 1 night on our way to South Padre. Stayed there last year as well. Very nice campground. Staff is wonderful, ordered a pizza and had it delivered to our site.

Love the games and ping pong table that are provided. Facilities are super clean. A pickleball court would be the cherry on top.

This is one of the nicest KOA's we've stayed at! Staff was absolutely great!! The campground is very well maintained. The sites have good separation. Very convenient to the Alamo...we used the city bus, and it was easy to use and no worries with parking.

Enjoyed our stay. Everything was easy and clean. Night guard was very nice. I wasn’t sure if I should tip him though. Only complaint. The dang train comes thru blowing the horn every night around 2:30 am.

Nicest KOA I’ve ever stayed at! From the site to the staff to the showers we’re just top notch! I wished I could have stayed longer.

Excellent Campground. Only issue we returned in an Uber from Grocery Shopping. Had to wait for an escort to our site which was 200 yards maybe. Once escort arrived and we followed her to our site. She promptly departed and left Urber Driver with us. That made absolutely no sense.

Arrived late due to traffic issues and the staff was very accommodating, had a staff member take me to my site and help get situated with a flashlight. decided in morning to change spots and this was no problem showed me available sites for me to pick from. Picked new spot got completely set up, anything i needed they were there. Only drawback Wi-Fi was weak and wouldnt connect to TV.

Really nice KOA right next to a walking/biking trail. City bus to The Alamo/Riverwalk pick you up right outside their gates. They do have a security and security code if you're getting home after hours. Very clean facilities and a very convenient cafe. They serve pizza and hot wings after 4 pm and breakfast from Thursday to Sunday, I believe

Can totally tell why this location won KOA Campground of the year. Truly top notch - super friendly staff, immaculately kept grounds, clean restrooms, great amenities.
