Great friendly staff. The campground is near an airport and aircraft fly overhead going to the airport. I only heard them during waking hours but not overnight hours. No different than if your were in a city with an airport. We would return again if we were in the area.

They went above and beyond under extremely poor weather conditions to make sure we were taken care of in the best possible way.

My husband and I got into some car trouble and we were routed to San Angelo. We stayed two nights in this KOA and it was wonderful. We were going through freezing weather and everyone was so nice and helpful. The bathrooms were clean and the showers were amazing. Because we didn't have water from the freezing weather, she kept the bathrooms very warm for everyone. I would stay here again!

We were there during The Great Deep Freeze of 2022. There were some issues with the park’s water lines but I wouldn’t hold that against the park owners. No one can control the weather. The sites are wide and level, pea gravel. We had a patio with privacy fence. Very nice. Faced the park where the deer show up each day around mid-afternoon. Saw them in the park late at night, too. Delightful!

This is the best place we have stayed at in our 19 years of camping. They have the greatest hosts that really went out of there way to help. The place is well maintained and rules are inforced so all can enjoy there stay. On a scale of 1 to 10 the hosts should get a 100.

One of the best stays we have had. It is the best most organized cleanest places we have stayed. Diana and Troy were great hosts. They work VERY hard to make sure you are a happy guest.

The nicest people we have ever encountered on the road. Managers Diana and Troy were terrific. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. If we come through again we will definitely stay here. Park was clean, quiet, showers and laundry facilities were clean. Loved this place. We didn't even mind the airplanes occasionally

We were in one of the patio spots and we enjoyed the space and not having to share the area with others. We understand the buddy system but it’s hard when you have a pet that is social. We don’t use any of the amenities except the dog run. It’s a very clean park and it’s right next to another city park. It’s close to shoping and town. Easy to get around. We like San Angelo!

My only issue with the KOA is that you guys don't allow dog enclosures next to the camper. We have two large dogs that had to spend way too much time locked in the camper while we were sitting outside and cooking. You should re-evaluate this policy.

It was nice at night after the planes stop flying overhead. Well lite at night,the staff was wonderful and friendly. Very clean and quiet.

Diane & Troy were the best hosts ever. Enjoyed every minute of the stay. They bent over backwards to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. Will definitely be back!!

Wonderful staff. Had an issue with my online reservation on additional KOA award points. Where I purchased another $33 point system by mistake. He helped me cancel that transaction. Very professional

We stayed for 5 months as my husband worked a contract in the area. Very close to the city but with a remoter feel. The staff and management are always friendly, and helpful. You can see the care they put into this campground. They are always out working and trying to improve the campground. I believe all the sites work are pull thru which can be nice. Very clean facilities and park. They have 2 nice walking paths next to them. They offer site trash pick up, so convenient. The one thing I would say they could do is invest in some new dryers. There essentially is only 2 dryers that work properly. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend and if we are ever in the area again we will most definitely stay here!!

This was the best KOA we stayed at, they have a lot of activities for the family. We enjoyed the games, fire pits and the hot tub was so relaxing. We met some new friend's we will keep in touch with. Staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you for an amazing stay we will be back soon.

We stayed at this campground and had a great time! It was clean and the staff was very friendly. The kids enjoyed swimming and had lots of fun. It's downtown so it's close to everything and was very convenient. The showers were nice and warm. The bathrooms were very clean as well. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!
