Two nights in our 5th wheel to visit family locally. We were disappointed the pool was out of service, otherwise our stay was fine and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

The owners were very rude to our guest who came to visit us. I understand campgrounds get busy but when it isn't and you have guest willing to pay the day fee you need to be polite.

We spent the final night of our vacation with you. We needed a place where we could empty our holding tanks thoroughly prior to storing our camper till it's next trip. We chose the San Angelo KOA strictly on the basis of it's location. Even though we only stayed 1 night, we were impressed with the the quality of this KOA. We will definitely stay at your park again.

We stay at a number of KOAs in our travels and this one was great. Bathrooms and laundry room were clean. The RV sites are all on gravel, but there is plenty of grass for dogs, including a small fenced-in area where they can be off leash. Dianna and Troy were fantastic. Troy even helped us get our trailer set perfectly so that we didn’t have to unhook for the night. We would stay again!

Arrived after 5pm closing, however as a courtesy the Kamp called with bathroom code! Site was VERY nice, faced a field, divider/privacy fence between spaces, metal patio furniture. Easy hook-ups! HOWEVER, cable was snowy (?) and internet nonexistent.

e needed a late arrival, -- everything was perfect when we arrived. My wife said it was the nicest place we have stayed for a long time. Pleasant pet area & access to a really nice walking path. All facilities -- laundry, bath house, etc. were clean, neat, and tidy. The camp spots have a nicely furnished patios with picnic table and bbq. Good work, y'all. We highly recommend staying.

Stayed for over 20 years. New manager lady talks down to people and on occasion is downright rude. Charged lower price to two different folks than I was charged Place is not as clean as when Marshall owned. I’ll find another campground!!

Troy and Diane are horrible managers. If you have kids stay as far away as you can. They are extremely rude to kids keep everything locked up so they can’t use anything. I have a video of how they act and the way they talk to people. We have asked for names and numbers and they refuse to give it out to file a complaint. Troy claims he’s the man have it recorded on video. My Number is 405-612

Mother’s Day weekend in our 5th wheel. Plenty of space for us. Nice walking trails nearby. Sites seem to drain well, even with the 2+ inch deluge we got Friday night. With family close by, we will certainly be back to visit.

Everything was great! Everyone is very nice and the park is kept very nice. The only thing I wish was a little different is the pool hours. By time we got back from our event, the kids were ready to swim and they were not able to but there were adults in the pool. We were with them as well so it wasn’t an issue of not having an adult. To only have it open during office hours is not enough time

Short overnight stay. Unfortunately storms did not allow us to make use of campground facilities. We took a walk in the morning in the Christian Church property next door. There is an access gate on West side of property.

Overall, nice campground with good proximity to highway & town amenities. Lower score due to overly officious staff. Check in, new hire being trained. Senior staff doing training stood in front of me barking orders at the newbie & spoke about me in 3rd person w/o even saying hello. That night, driving back from town, golf cart chased down & chastised us for 10 MPH v. posted 5 MPH. Overzealous.

Stayed 3 nights for some personal business in a travel trailer. Pull thru site was short [had to unhook] but level and shady and very handy access to all hook-ups. Park is quiet and clean with excellent well taken care of restroom/shower area. Friendly folks doing a good job at their park made this a pleasant stay.

Friendly escort to site even helped me line up RV door with the patio. Welcome stop for overnight, would have been OK for longer stay. Shade trees, even a few flowers, privacy shade between sites.

Your people (Park Mgr & her husband) were so very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and the use of the BBQ grill at the pavilion! We will be back in 6 - 8 weeks and stay with you again! Great Experience!

The folks running the place are very nice. The camp is very clean and the dog park is great.

We stayed for 5 months as my husband worked a contract in the area. Very close to the city but with a remoter feel. The staff and management are always friendly, and helpful. You can see the care they put into this campground. They are always out working and trying to improve the campground. I believe all the sites work are pull thru which can be nice. Very clean facilities and park. They have 2 nice walking paths next to them. They offer site trash pick up, so convenient. The one thing I would say they could do is invest in some new dryers. There essentially is only 2 dryers that work properly. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend and if we are ever in the area again we will most definitely stay here!!

This was the best KOA we stayed at, they have a lot of activities for the family. We enjoyed the games, fire pits and the hot tub was so relaxing. We met some new friend's we will keep in touch with. Staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you for an amazing stay we will be back soon.

We stayed at this campground and had a great time! It was clean and the staff was very friendly. The kids enjoyed swimming and had lots of fun. It's downtown so it's close to everything and was very convenient. The showers were nice and warm. The bathrooms were very clean as well. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!
