Park management was rude from the second we walked in the door. I asked them if I needed an additional parking permit for my boat and Diane (I think) said oh that's a problem. She was upset I had a boat, made me park under a mesquite tree. I later that evening paid extra to spring creek marina to park my truck and boat. Pool closed at dusk and you can't sit in front of your camper after 10. Awful!

We only stayed 1 night but the facility was clean and well maintained and the staff were very friendly.

It was clean and nice and the staff was great. This was my first "solo" trip in my motorhome and they were very encouraging. The walking loop and lake nearby were nice and clean.

Overnight visit. Loose connection caused my a/c to not work but it was fixed immediately. Sure was happy about that because temp was 100! Nice place. Have stayed there several times.

Always a pleasure to stay here. Close to everything we wanted to see. The park is very clean and the showers and bathrooms are extremely well kept. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful when our trailer lost power. I highly recommend this KOA to anyone passing through or wanting to stay for a length of time.

We were there for my Moms medical stay. The girls in the office were so kind in working with us not knowing how long our stay would be. They were amazing. The one guy that drove a cart the last 2 days we were there needs to learn some people skills and not talk to adults like they are 10 years old. The girls made up for were he was lacking though.

Great Park. Nice helpfull and friendly hosts. Very clean amenities. Strict rules, which is what we appreciate a lot. One comment tho. The poolrules say ‘no drinks’ but on a hot day (112 f) we were not allowed to take a small plastic bottle of drinking water into the pool area. I know, rules have to be enforced but on hot days you must stay hydrated. Keep kamping fun!

Quick overnight stay. Quiet, clean and roomy! we had a premium patio pull thru and enjoyed grilled burgers on the provided BBQ pit.

Unfortunately the extreme heat wave, lack of camp site shade, and restrictions on portable A/C’s caused us to end our stay after 2 days when our RV could not maintain safe temperatures for occupants. And we had to forfeit our full 1 month payment of $625. Saddened by the lack of empathy for the heat crisis. Be cautious when agreeing to long-term stays!!

No Wi-Fi signal at our site, seems like KOA is more expensive than most campgrounds and has the worst WiFi, nice well maintained campground but it would be nice to have WiFi

Roy & Diane are very nice & help me a lot, I’ve camped all my life but always had my husband to hook up & unhook. When I was having a problem, Roy & Jeff found the problem—the valve was broken, they gave me a name of someone who could fix it & the next Monday, I was on my way. A clean & friendly park. Thank you

The managers have a very negative attitude when you are checking in! Definitely not customer friendly!! The campground itself is very clean and nice. I have a low score because of management!!

Such a touching concession for me and my granddaughter. With 113 degree weather we were upgraded at no additional cost to a shade covered patio so that we could spend time together comfortably before she shipped out to far away duty station. The pool was so nice to hang out in. Everything and everybody were just as nice as could possibly be. Thank you for this memorable time together. Priceless!

I had an extended stay. The park was very quiet, the grounds are kept up very well. The staff was friendly. My only issue was the internet was spotty. It made it very difficult to do important things on my computer. Other than that, great place.

The facilities were top notch, then there was the Staff. The Staff at the KOA are so AMAZING it honestly feels like family. I’m not just saying this to be nice. I honestly and telling, anyone who is reading this, as of 6/25/2023 this is a statement of fact. I have already recommended this KOA to several people.

Diana & Troy have gone well above all expectations to accommodate our unexpected trip to San Angelo for a family emergency. They have been both gracious & hospitable, we are so very thankful! All KOAs should be run this way! Kudos to Diana & Troy!

The pads are gravel and not level,my little dog was full of tiny stickers after I let her on the grass.It took us about an hour to pull most of the stickers,two days later we still finding stickers on her foot.We were charged another day for not living at 11:00 for having rv trouble Diana does not care about our problem she just wants the money,what a scummer.

Driving home from vacation and noticed weather alerts that warned of severe weather at our original destination, the KOA in Kerrville Tx, called the San Angelo facility and was able to make a quick reservation. The person who made the arrangements was both extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

We stayed for 5 months as my husband worked a contract in the area. Very close to the city but with a remoter feel. The staff and management are always friendly, and helpful. You can see the care they put into this campground. They are always out working and trying to improve the campground. I believe all the sites work are pull thru which can be nice. Very clean facilities and park. They have 2 nice walking paths next to them. They offer site trash pick up, so convenient. The one thing I would say they could do is invest in some new dryers. There essentially is only 2 dryers that work properly. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend and if we are ever in the area again we will most definitely stay here!!

This was the best KOA we stayed at, they have a lot of activities for the family. We enjoyed the games, fire pits and the hot tub was so relaxing. We met some new friend's we will keep in touch with. Staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you for an amazing stay we will be back soon.

We stayed at this campground and had a great time! It was clean and the staff was very friendly. The kids enjoyed swimming and had lots of fun. It's downtown so it's close to everything and was very convenient. The showers were nice and warm. The bathrooms were very clean as well. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!
