It’s a nice campground. It’s just so expensive. For one night and we don’t use any of the amenities. But we probably will be back when in the area. The folks that run it are very nice.

My issue is the value at this campsite. We paid 81.00 for an overnight stay at a “holiday KOA.” This campground is in the flight path for the airport/military planes. Every 10 minutes there are plane’s landing overhead. Worn open lattice wood that separates small campsites with a small bistro set. This felt like KOA journey and for half the price, I would give it 5 stars. Not worth 81.00. So

Even though I was cranky due to being sick the staff were still very nice to me. The staff is always nice to all of their customers.

This was the first place we stayed when we first got our camper one year ago we’ve been back several times. Now I’m spoiled expecting every rv park to be this way. �������thank you for always making it a great experience �

We were traveling with our dogs and needed a quiet campground to set up an xpen to exercise our dogs. We were told upon arrival that no xpens were allowed. At that point it was late in the day to go further. It would be nice to know this at the time of booking, we would not have stayed there. FYI there were 2 dogs a couple trailers down from us that were out on a camping matt with no leashes.

We were crammed in a spot with no outside table to use. The pool sign stated it was open from 10 am until dusk and we were told it was closing at 4 pm. We could not have water at the pool. The sites are so close together, you hear your neighbor talking on his cell phone. This is not a HOLIDAY KOA.

Our pool is officially closed on 10/01/23 for the season, this is posted on our website. We do however open our pool at a guests request, we will open the pool during office business hours only 9 to 5 only for our guests.

We stayed 3 nights at a patio site, a nice level site. All staff members were kind from the time we checked in to the time we left. We were there for the eclipse! We will return one day!

Very friendly office staff and immaculately clean cabins. There is also a great two mile loop to walk with lots of natural beauty, wildlife, and a section on the lakeshore.

Stayed in one of the cabins overnight. Expensive-$90 for a night. Had to remind them to apply my reward points at check-in, despite it being clearly listed on my reservation. Got charged a $75 cleaning deposit. Six days later, and I am still awaiting my refund. I cannot remember the last time I was charged a deposit anywhere. Maybe a hold placed on the credit card, but not actually charged.

Our security deposits are stated on our website, at the time of your reservation you were informed of the security deposit charge, you signed the agreement at check-in, we always verify that a guest is requesting to use their points.

The internet is terrible, very poor reception, the people working the front desk aren’t very friendly, my grandson came over to visit us, had to pay 5 dollars for him to swim,We were parked in a spot , that one nighter should have been parked in ,They got the good ones.We stayed 5 days

Facilities. 3 star. Pump station closed and cable not working during entire stay. Nice to have dog park available. Staff. 1 star. Two male employees, one named Troy, were very aggressive and verbally abusive to me and other members of my family. Be aware tent sites are $40/day and any guest coming to visit must pay $5/person per day.

Our speed limit is strictly enforced that is explained at check-in it is 5 mph. Visitors are charged which is also explained at check-in. If rules are not followed a guest will be told to leave the property - this is to insure safety for all concerned.

Lots of encounters with staff. They were overbearing and extremely rude to several members in our party. Several encounters that we left feeling off-put. Would not recommend.

We stayed for 5 months as my husband worked a contract in the area. Very close to the city but with a remoter feel. The staff and management are always friendly, and helpful. You can see the care they put into this campground. They are always out working and trying to improve the campground. I believe all the sites work are pull thru which can be nice. Very clean facilities and park. They have 2 nice walking paths next to them. They offer site trash pick up, so convenient. The one thing I would say they could do is invest in some new dryers. There essentially is only 2 dryers that work properly. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend and if we are ever in the area again we will most definitely stay here!!

This was the best KOA we stayed at, they have a lot of activities for the family. We enjoyed the games, fire pits and the hot tub was so relaxing. We met some new friend's we will keep in touch with. Staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you for an amazing stay we will be back soon.

We stayed at this campground and had a great time! It was clean and the staff was very friendly. The kids enjoyed swimming and had lots of fun. It's downtown so it's close to everything and was very convenient. The showers were nice and warm. The bathrooms were very clean as well. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!
