The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Our space was tight and not in any shade which made it very hot. Being on a gravel surface and no shade in 100 degree heat made for an uncomfortable stay. The heat is not the fault of the KOA but being on gravel with no shade made the heat even more unbearable. We would stay again if the site was better.

Also I put a rating on Facebook I will be contacting corporate as well!! cabin next door DK2 had occupancy of 9 people , And I know this because we befriended each other during our stay.The entire stay we were watched like a hawk’s we did not enjoy ourselves at all we will not be coming back

Upset due to the fact that I thought I would be able to book a cabin and have family come hangout outside to bbq or just hangout even if your not hanging in the cabin you still have to treat the outside like it has capacity??? I will just stay at a hotel next time for much cheaper and family will be able to get together

Well maintained campsite. Only our 2nd KOA site after joining. Our first one was bad, so never joined till this site.

The KOA has an easy layout to get around. Very clean and great sitting pad next to each sight. Staff was friendly and helpful. My only problem that occurred at KOA. I fueled up the evening before we were leaving and truck showed full 518 range. The next morning, hooked up and showed 510 miles as my range. 12 miles down the road, still in town, it recalculated to 365; 10 gallons of fuel missing.

Front host and camp host were very friendly and welcoming. I stayed at KOA for one night as I needed to fix my van locally since I was traveling from California. The camp host whose name I can’t remember helped me find my spot and helped me plugged my phones to charge. Thank you for making me and my grandson feel at home.

Everything is great people very friendly great trail to walk dog park. We were pretty far from office so internet was not good but cable was great. We would stay again.

I arrived and discovered I had confirmed the wrong date. It was Saturday late and I panicked. The crew took care of my mistake and got us settled in. My thanks to KOA San Angelo's staff, first rate. The facilities were beautiful and immaculate, but the staff made it an enjoyable experience.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed there and will keep coming back when we travel in that direction. Staff is excellent and the site is so well maintained. Definitely in our top 2 of all the KOAs we have been at.

This was the first time we have stayed at any KOA, boy were we pleased! We chose to rent the rustic cabin with no bathroom. Their community bathrooms are top notch. Very clean, spacious, and air conditioned. Also as a person that has to use the restroom facilities through the night I really appreciated how well lit it was. The cabin was tiny but the bed was comfortable. We will go back.

They need to have trash cans on the pull through spots. I had space 69 and there was no trash can there as well as the other spits beside me.

When I plugged in my motorhome into 30 amp outlet, the breaker kept tripping and then it sparked and I have no 110V power at all in my RV. I had to leave immediately because of the heat.

We stayed for 5 months as my husband worked a contract in the area. Very close to the city but with a remoter feel. The staff and management are always friendly, and helpful. You can see the care they put into this campground. They are always out working and trying to improve the campground. I believe all the sites work are pull thru which can be nice. Very clean facilities and park. They have 2 nice walking paths next to them. They offer site trash pick up, so convenient. The one thing I would say they could do is invest in some new dryers. There essentially is only 2 dryers that work properly. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend and if we are ever in the area again we will most definitely stay here!!

This was the best KOA we stayed at, they have a lot of activities for the family. We enjoyed the games, fire pits and the hot tub was so relaxing. We met some new friend's we will keep in touch with. Staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you for an amazing stay we will be back soon.

We stayed at this campground and had a great time! It was clean and the staff was very friendly. The kids enjoyed swimming and had lots of fun. It's downtown so it's close to everything and was very convenient. The showers were nice and warm. The bathrooms were very clean as well. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!
