San Angelo KOA Holiday General Information

We are still experiencing Cable TV Loss on some of our Patio Sites - these sites are Satellite Friendly and Antenna Friendly.

We are in the process of upgrading our Wi-Fi system. Our current system will only allow the checking of emails and simple banking and we are not yet able to stream--it will buffer your signal. Thank you for your patience!!!

We only allow one vehicle per site parking - all other vehicles will need to be parked in overflow parking and will require a parking tag.  See staff for assistance.

RV Sites - Check-in 2:00 pm - Check-out 11:00 am
Cabins - Check-in 3:00 pm - Check-out is 11:00 am

CABIN RENTAL AGREEMENT WILL BE SIGNED AND COMPLETED BEFORE OCCUPANCY OF ANY CABIN

We want to be sure that everyone has a safe, enjoyable and relaxing time here with us. If there are any questions regarding these guidelines, please ask for clarification. If at any time during your stay should you need anything, please let us know and we will accommodate you to the best of our ability.  Incidental fee for Deluxe Cabin $150.00 / Camping Cabin $75.00

• All cabins are non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed outside and off of the deck. Any indication of smoking, such as odors, ashes, etc. will result in a $100 charge. Please appropriately discard of cigarette butts.
  
• Pets of any kind are not allowed in the cabins. EXCEPTIONS Cabin #3, 4, 5. There will be a $200 charge for violating this rule.
  
• You will report any damage and/or missing items within one hour of registration. After one hour, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for any and all damage, lost or missing items. (cost list located in office)
  
• Check out time is 11:00am. We do not allow for late departures.   Late checkouts may incur a $50 per hour fee. A $100 charge for any missing TV or A/C remotes.   
  
• Excessive cleaning/odors will result in a fee starting at $50. This includes, but not limited to: dishes not cleaned/put away, trash left in the cabin, excessive dirt/crumbs/trash, strong odors preventing us from renting the cabin.
  

Guests are to leave the property in the same neat and orderly condition as when they arrived including:

• Sweep the cabin out & clean up any spills.
  
• Dishes, pots, silverware, utensils, etc. should be washed and put away.
  
• Bag all trash and place by the edge of the road for pick up
  
• All KOA belongings (linens, blankets, pillows, towels, dishes, utensils, appliances, etc.) should remain inside the cabin.  Towels are not to be used at the pool. Linen Replacement: Sheets T/D/Q $25.00ea; Blankets T/D $35.00ea; Queen Blankets $70.00ea; Towels $15.00ea; Wash Cloths $10.00ea.  
  
• San Angelo KOA management shall be the sole judge as to the condition of said cabin and facilities after you depart. Abuse, neglect, damage of any kind, including abnormal wear, is my sole responsibility.
  

• Camping Cabins - 7 day cancelation notice required.  Please notify San Angelo KOA Holiday one week before your scheduled arrival date.
  
• Deluxe Cabins - 30 cancelation noticed required.  Please notify San Angelo KOA Holiday 30 days before your scheduled arrival date.
  

Holiday and special event cancelations will result in forfeiture of all deposit.

Due to the current water situation in San Angelo we wanted to let everyone know the water at the campground has been cleared and approved!  We have no water issues or concerns.

Please remember that we do not allow window air conditioners, portable air conditioning units, or heaters to be plugged into our pedestals - we only allow your RV to be plugged into the power source of the park.

Rents nor deposits will be refunded for leaving early or not making your reservation.  No exceptions.

Here at San Angelo KOA we do not allow the charging of any electric vehicles - please see office for directions to local EV Charging locations.

Our swimming pool is open from 10:00am to dusk for your enjoyment.  Please remember that there is no lifeguard on duty - you will swim at your own risk. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult (over 18) while using the pool.  NO pets, food, or any drinks are allowed in the pool area.  Patio next to the pool area has tables and trashcans for your convenience.  Please read all Pool Rules located in the pool area.  If we are having thunderstorms and lightning, the pool will be closed until Management feels that it is safe for your return.   Pool is for registered guests only. Pool is Open from June 1 to October 1.

Daily 10:00 pm - 8:00 am. Please limit loud and offensive noises out of respect for others camping in the park. Please do not operate generators. No operation of ATV (All Terrain Vehicles) permitted in the park.

Please sack and tie your garbage, place it at the end of your campsite and we will be glad to pick it up and dispose of it for you. Trash is picked up periodically during the day until around 4:00 pm.

Your site must be maintained to remain free of litter or clutter - cigarette butts, bottle caps, misc debris must be picked up by you and disposed of in the trash.  No outside storage, appliances (freezer, refrigerators, window or portable air conditioners, washers or dryers), junk, clotheslines or the like are permitted.  No tents or shelters are allowed in the RV spaces without written approval from the management.  All sewer hoses must be elevated off of the ground by a RV Sewer Hose support.

The laundry room is located in the back of the office. It is open 24 hours a day and may be accessed from the back of the main building and will require a code for the doors after office is closed.

Health Department regulations do not allow cooking in the camping cabins. Please use the outside grills and tables for food preparation and consumption.

We love our pets at KOA. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times. Please clean up after your pet and deposit waste in the pet stations. We have 3 pet stations with bags and trash cans located in the park. Pets must not be left unattended outside at any time. Do not leave pets in a hot RV or car. Pets are not allowed in any buildings, pool area and playground area. No outdoor pens, kennels, or pets tied up outside are permitted. Pets are allowed in Pet-Friendly Cabins only. Please do not allow your pet to disturb other guests. If your dog displays aggressive behavior, the Management of this KOA will ask you to find other camping accommodations. Please contact the office for additional questions you may have. Service dogs of any breed are welcome at our KOA. However, service animals must follow leash restraints and pet policies and may not exhibit aggressive behavior.

All visitors will be charged $5.00 per day.  All visitors must check in at the front desk before entering the park.  All visitors must vacate the park by 10:00pm, when quiet time begins.  Number of visitors per site are not to exceed the number of individuals per site, this includes the original reservation guests.  Please ask at the office to ensure these rules are followed.

PARK SPEED LIMIT IS 5MPH.   NO EXCEPTIONS.   Please observe the speed limit as there are children present in the campground.  Please inform your guests that you may invite to your site of this policy.  Motorized vehicle joyriding in the park is prohibited and may result in eviction from the property.  NO ATV's are permitted in the campground.

RV Dumps and Water are for the registered guests of the park only.

No electric or gas powered golf carts are allowed in the park.
