Our stay was short, just needed safe stopping point on our travels; staff were friendly & helpful. Thanks! Unfortunate construction going on next door: noisy, but understand it has to get done. Still enjoyed being there.

You certainly don’t feel like you’re in the city and felt safe during our stay. The shade trees provided relief from the sun as well as the rain. Staff were awesome and the convenient store proved very useful. The KOA is a great central point for the outdoorsman’s as well as the city site seer. Would definitely stay again.

The campground itself is very nice with many amenities. The location is the issue. There were homeless everywhere, panhandling, walking the streets, and sleeping. Although they have 24/7 security, there is quite a bit of perimeter of the campground that allows access. I was concerned with my property while there.

Terrible. We wanted to stay for 2 nights but after one night we left. You put us in the camping section near 25 german young persons. They made a lot of noise and they had many places around us. Further there was one working toilet in our section. (men) No shuttlebus to temple square like we had 67 years ago. And the people at the reception con do with a little more kindness. I never come back.

The issue I have is that I paid for a premium spot which included a patio and table. When we arrived we found the table full of bird poop and it was obvious that the patio hadn’t been hosed off for a long time.

We stayed for two nights (in Salt Lake City for a medical emergency). The park is incredibly peaceful, attractive and clean. I would stay there in a minute again if necessary.

Clean - large and easy entry. Well-staffed office. Friendly. Love the dog wash station with dryer. Absolutely love walking to the large public off-leash park. Nico's mexican "restaurant" had suprisingly good/authentic food. Thanks

Crowded and noisy. Office staff not helpful after loosing money in laundromat. They stated that an outside vendor was responsible for laundry mat and I would have to “catch” them when they were there. No number or hours posted.

It was a place to stay convenient to the city but in a high CRIME area- the park was VERY VERY dirty dog feces everywhere and the campers around us had tables and sites littered with trash--it seemed to get better when the fair that was in town was over - sadly I think many where workers of the fair. The site next to us had dirty dog pads laying all over the place is was so gross

The sites are too close together. Landscaping is in need of updates. Bathrooms were not kept up with cleanings. We requested a pull through to accommodate 70 ft. We had to disconnect our vehicle, tow dolly had to be placed under coach and car parked sideways. Not a 70' space. Overpriced and over crowded.

We enjoyed our stay. It was in a perfect location for quick trips into town and it’s located near really great services and things to see/do. - The campsites were very clean and the staff was very professional and very resourceful!

The staff members we came in contact with during our two nights were very unfriendly, a couple were downright rude. The grounds were clean and great amenities, just felt uncomfortable because of the staff.

SLC KOA is one of the best we have ever stayed at. We love the continued improvements and the store is perfect! Angie was extremely wonderful in helping me navigate my elderly mom and dads cabin reservation! Kudos to all at this great KOA!

This place is right in town. Very noisy. Did not feel safe at all here even though they had staff patrolling 24/7. Bathroom facilities were clean. Outdoor dish washing station left a lot to be desired. Tent sites were nice and big though.

Scalding hot water in Men’s shower when toilets flush. Very clean bathrooms. Staff very helpful with tire air hose. Nice laundry.

My husband had a doctors appointment at the Huntsman Cancer Center. This trip was a joke! His doctors appointment was at 10:30 and we needed a later checkout, which of course we pay for. BUT the young lady checking us in said we couldn't do a later checkout, (I'm talking a checkout of 11:45). She told me the site was already reserved for someone else even though there checkin would be until 1.

Overcrowded, overpriced and run by people who are more interested in their own socializing than they are the customers. Food service and the tavern which made visiting pleasant are now all gone. I am going to write to the mayor of SLC and ask them if they could put in a competitive park. They are capable, they fixed the taxi to airport problems, and they ran bad businesses out of downtown.

My BIG black poodle got out during the night. The two night watchmen helped us find him. Thank goodness for bright flashlights! He is a poodle. He opened the door! I slept with him the rest of the night in our truck.

We stayed 2 nights. It was convenient to downtown. The campground is very well run, clean, and staff were great! We would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly staff. Asked for an escort to site and they did with a smile. Lots of nice shade at this campground, established trees that are trimmed back to avoid any branches or leaves touching the rig. Trees did cause a problem using Starlink internet, but able to use campground internet and it worked really well.

Love the camping park. We definitely enjoyed our stay there, sadly it was for one day. Not bad for our first time camping. definitely going back there again!

• Staff are excellent. • Site was level. • Good cable TV. • Showers are clean and decent water pressure, no shortage of hot water. • WIFI is great, but I prefer to use my Rogers Hot Spot then I can watch my home cable TV. • They have propane on site. • 2 carwashes on the property, 1 is 11' clearance, the other 13' clearance and long enough for most RV's. • BBQ and Pizza restaurants on the property. • Great laundry room, plus another laundromat on the property. • Only 1 negative and that is the outlying neighborhood, but the KOA and VIP parks have 24 hour security. • I would stay here again.
