Didn't get a chance to see all the amenities during our overnight stay, the campground was very clean with lots of shade trees, nice pull through sites, and super friendly staff, I will definitely put this location on my return-to list. Thank You

There were 2 issues: 1 was out of your control & 1 is fixable. The 4 a.m. wakeups from the construction next door were irritating but out of your control - it will likely be ongoing for the entire season or longer. The Internet didn't work for most of the week and I had to spend hours on the phone with your vendor. Monitoring and fixing the Internet should be your responsibility.

We loved the pool and the showers. We did not love the lights on our tents all night, and we really did not like the empty hot chocolate machine and lack of pancakes in the morning. We had a group of people very excited about pancakes, and we did not get any- we asked the lady at the counter multiple times to help us with the pancakes. she was not kind or helpful

Laundry room is pitiful. Had to speak to 2 different staff members to get a refund for a washing machine that ate my coins. Wasn't too impressed with the transients/homeless/drug users having access to the shower and restrooms. I couldn't utilize those accommodations that I paid for because security could not or would not keep them out. Front gate to entrance full of druggies. BEEF up SECURITY !!

The location is excellent right next to local transportation and airport. Pool and jacuzzi are nice add ons. They have pancakes and coffee in the morning. My only con with this place is that their water was not really drinkable in my opinion. Their price for a tent site was also a bit high at over $60/night! I would stay there again but they need to adjust their prices a bit.

Nice, clean site. We were by the play area which my husband and daughter found too noisy. But there are plenty of sites farther away. It is in town, so not great if you are looking for a nature break.

At check in told both 5G and regular KOA wifi. 5G did not even register originally so connected to KOA which said no internet access later 5G appeared and same think. I called the office and they told me to contact the provider via the info on the checkin sheet. I provided feedback that this isn’t right for the customer to have to spend time to chase this down on vacation. calls and text no wor

First off,the woman that works the front office and the bar is a dynamo. She makes a good margarita and really efficient. We loved the cute bar. Downside is showers have a hot water problem and are slippery..it’s the tile. They were clean but you have to make them safe. The other thing that is unacceptable we had a so called budget spot with no picnic table. A table is inexpensive and basic.

In todays world WIFI is more than an amenity it is a necessity and the WIFI in this park was terrible. My rig ( 1ton truck and 43ft 5th wheel measure 55ft bumper to bumper. On the website these spaces are supposed to be 60ft but my rig stuck out in the roadway on both ends. The cost to benefit at this park is not good for the customer and we will look elsewhere.

I only stayed one night as I was travelling home. I camped right next to the pool area. It sounded like a very fun place for families to camp. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

We were very impressed with the cleanliness and facilities. We will be going full time traveling within the year and will keep this campground in mind for periodic stays to do laundry and tidy up!

When you have check out at 11:00 and you arrive later and then are woken up to landscaping before 7:00am . If you are going to landscape or matinance at least wait till 11:00 to mow and weed wack around campers We travelled from Vancouver island and camped the whole way along in magical places and never once paid over a 100.00 It was a very disappointing stay for the price we paid.

The cleanest, most friendly KOA park we have ever been or for that matter any park we have ever stayed at! Loved the dog park , little shop in office and staff. 2 RVs together and we were parked facing each other. That was above and beyond!!!!

Our campsite was dirty; wine bottles in fire pit, blue chalk all over patio, weeds coming out of patio cracks. We were in a long pull thru that we had to back out of because of narrow road, trees and the way people park in defrost of their campsites. All this for $121 a night. Disgraceful!

The women at the front desk were not friendly and offered no help on locations of places to eat nearby. Not what I expect from a KOA. The sight is well maintained but location had much to be desired.

We enjoyed the location and the pool. It was very well maintained. Prices are bit high, but I guess that is the sign of the times. We normally camp forest service campgrounds which is our preference.

There was a power outage at the entire campsite, started close to nightfall, no one was in the office, there was no communication or announcements. The outage was still going on when we checked out the next morning. Good thing the temp wasn't too high to require AC, but nevertheless the lack of communication and information was not pleasant. I would not stay there again.

Stay here several times a year. Perfect location to downtown and other activities/hospitals/in area. Beautifully maintained, many amenities, secure, great bathrooms and showers. Sites are wide and long with concrete pads and concrete patios in most. Trax mass transit train right across the street to downtown area in minutes. Cathedral of the Madeleine within 15 minutes for Mass. Great!

Great spot for an overnight as well as an extended visit. Great location for sightseeing in the area. Sites are a little tight, however serviceable. Excellent Kamp K9 for dogs.

Great location and staff is great. Lots of trees so satellite is not an a likely option. OTA reception was exceptional. Grounds are well maintained.

• Staff are excellent. • Site was level. • Good cable TV. • Showers are clean and decent water pressure, no shortage of hot water. • WIFI is great, but I prefer to use my Rogers Hot Spot then I can watch my home cable TV. • They have propane on site. • 2 carwashes on the property, 1 is 11' clearance, the other 13' clearance and long enough for most RV's. • BBQ and Pizza restaurants on the property. • Great laundry room, plus another laundromat on the property. • Only 1 negative and that is the outlying neighborhood, but the KOA and VIP parks have 24 hour security. • I would stay here again.

Best campground ever. We have stayed here 3 times. What I love most is that you can fly in to SLC and take the light rail 2 stops from the airport. The KOA is literally across the street. We meet my mother here who has an RV. We go skiing at Alta without having to rent a car or drive a RV on a mountain road. You can take the light rail to a park and ride and then take a bus up to the resort. Incredibly convenient and safe. The campground staff obviously takes great pride in their place. Bathrooms are clean and modern, there are many activities for kids (basketball, and other outdoor games, game room, swimming pool, calm roads for riding bikes). Gas fire pits for gathering around in the evening. Free coffee and pancakes. Quiet campsites. I hope the family never gives up its property here in the city. Wish more cities had something like this for travelers.
