Reserved 2 nights. Did not stay the 1st night but upon returning to the KOA all our items were gone from our site. After contacting the office, there was no manager on duty to resolve the problem, no one knew where our items went, I was told there are no security cameras. They checked us out because we did not stay the 1st night and refused a refund for the 2nd because no manager. Sketchy!

A super kid and dog friendly, finely shaded park right next to the tram line to temple square. Couldn't be better!

Beautiful campground with old growth shade at every site - very clean bathrooms and very quiet. Helpful staff also

Bathrooms could be a little cleaner. Only negative thing I have to say. Other than bathrooms, great place. (I'm kind of picky when it comes to bathrooms)

Great staff. Very big place, very busy!!! But comfortable and quiet when it counts!

Very good campground, but rather noisy because of passing railroad and highway Toiletts are not clean, it seams that doors and walls never become washed. Otherwise the equipment is very good

Great place to stay. Location so convenient to downtown and nice spots with lots of shade.

We could not have been happier with our stay. Wendy was very accommodating when we extended our stay twice! We would definitely stay here again.

Only stayed one night. Very nice and friendly staff

We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The kids loved the free arcade and the firepits for smores. There was good shade and the dog park was helpful to let the dogs get their exercise.

Kids had a great time and the park is very quiet and well kept

Honestly the only positive things about our stay was the shade from the trees. The staff was very unfriendly and unaccomadating. The only nice staff member is Karen. The hot tub was about as big as a bath tub and the pool was very small for how big the campground is. The worst part is we felt very unsafe. There’s a lot of homeless and the campground isn’t gated and it needs to be. Don’t reco

This was our first stay at any KOA campground and we will definately return. The women's showers with locking doors (rather than just a curtain) was a huge plus for me!! Everyone we had contact with at the office were helpful and friendly. We look forward to our next visit.

Very scary. Didn't feel comfortable. Poor upkeep. Tight spaces. No one to give directions to your spot. The only highlight was the young lady who checked me in was pleasant. Sorry I'm unable to give a great rating.

The bathroom was so dirty. Showers did not work well. Water was not appropriate distribute it was really hot or really cold. One bathroom was broke and garbage can was full. Paper Towels not available.

The Salt Lake City KOA was a quick overnight stay for us. Unfortunately, we did not arrive in time to utilize the pool area, game center, or any other of the KOA's ammenities. The Salt Lake City KOA was very large, had great sites to accommodate larger RV units, and was very quiet and comfortable. It was a great place to stay!

A beautiful RV Park right in Salt Lake City! It was quite quite and lovely place to stay in our motorhome while visiting family in the areas nearby.

Very nice site. Location was great as we were close to everything we wanted in Salt Lake City.

We stayed at for 4 days. I'm not too picky about campground bathrooms and showers but would not use the showers while at the SLC KOA. Although children were not supposed to be allowed in the hot tube I frequently saw children under the age or 4 in the hot tube. The overall cleanliness of the facility was below normal KOA campground standards.

Prices in your store are way too high Five dollars for a quart of milk is expensive

We liked to stay at your campsite. The showers and restrooms are not so clean. The TRAX nearby was great. Frendly and helpful staff.

Sites facing neighbors door side instead of dump side. Which is a nice. They were wide enough to not feel like they were in your space.

We really enjoyed our stay, the site was perfect for what we needed and the campground staff and hosts were awesome and very accommodating.

Too close to airport and very busy road.
Jul 06, 2023
Showers dirty don't drain have to stand in the gross water. Not enough dog parks for size of park.

This trip I enjoyed ♥I felt better about this trip then our first visit

Spaces too close together and for $90 per night, the asphalt trailer parking should be level.

Great location, sheltered spacious sites, helpful staff.

We were treated with courtesy and felt well taken care of. My only reservation is the size of the hot pool. The old one was much larger, and this one was always full with people all day and evening. We missed that opportunity.

Although it's in an urban area, once you enter the campground, it's an oasis!! Totally fenced in with complete privacy to the city beyond. In between our sites were bushes/greenery too! Nice big sites. Great lighting throughout at night. A canopy of trees filters the sun, and honestly made it one of the prettiest KOAs I've ever stayed in. Lots of staff keeping things going smoothly.

A wonderful stay for two nights. Perfect you located and easy to get off the interstate. Staff is very friendly and the kids loved the free morning pancakes. Site does have a great RV/Car wash but height restriction is 11’6”. I stayed at a deluxe site with a dining table and chairs and firepit. Overall a wonderful experience!

It’s more like a “journey” than a “holiday” but has a pool and hot tub which were very nice. The clerk warned us of theft on the property but there was no indication of the owners preventing the theft, so lock up your belongings, especially chairs. Showers were clean, water was hot. Although it is close to the airport not very noisy. Spaces are very small if you have a long rig.

A fabulous stay for urban Salt Lake City! Clean laundry with lots of machines. Clean bathrooms. Security was never a concern. Close to downtown and walkable to train. Staff was always friendly, courteous and helpful!

Excellent site, service, amenities. Pretty spendy, though

Nice place, dog park has Astro turf which is way better than rock but could be hosed off more often. Area between camping sites had fox tails so if you have dog a concern - we had an outdoor area rug which helped. Wi-Fi is good - bathrooms could have been more consistent cleaned. Definitely kid oriented with outdoor games -lovely sitting area with several propane fire. Will stay again

• Staff are excellent. • Site was level. • Good cable TV. • Showers are clean and decent water pressure, no shortage of hot water. • WIFI is great, but I prefer to use my Rogers Hot Spot then I can watch my home cable TV. • They have propane on site. • 2 carwashes on the property, 1 is 11' clearance, the other 13' clearance and long enough for most RV's. • BBQ and Pizza restaurants on the property. • Great laundry room, plus another laundromat on the property. • Only 1 negative and that is the outlying neighborhood, but the KOA and VIP parks have 24 hour security. • I would stay here again.

Best campground ever. We have stayed here 3 times. What I love most is that you can fly in to SLC and take the light rail 2 stops from the airport. The KOA is literally across the street. We meet my mother here who has an RV. We go skiing at Alta without having to rent a car or drive a RV on a mountain road. You can take the light rail to a park and ride and then take a bus up to the resort. Incredibly convenient and safe. The campground staff obviously takes great pride in their place. Bathrooms are clean and modern, there are many activities for kids (basketball, and other outdoor games, game room, swimming pool, calm roads for riding bikes). Gas fire pits for gathering around in the evening. Free coffee and pancakes. Quiet campsites. I hope the family never gives up its property here in the city. Wish more cities had something like this for travelers.
