Great RV site and amenities. Very much enjoyed and appreciated the arcade with free video games. Loved the complimentary pancake breakfast. The dryers at 7 minutes for .25 cents was too short of a time. Please make them longer and price accordingly.

There was night construction right outside the tent area that the koa staff did not advise us of. We were not able to get any sleep.

This is a nicely kept park with a high tree canopy that shades most rvs. And it is right in the downtown area. The Wi-Fi is poor. Plus ATT cell service for data is poor at the park and many areas of the city.

Clean park nice grass areas at every site. The park was great but I have dogs and I would go to another Koa that is not in a major city. Too many sites and a lot of dogs. No fault of the Koa.

The showed were so disappointing. It’s the only reason we stopped so the family could take showers. There was no water pressure and either hot or cold water not warm. $100 for one night. Not worth it.

Convenient to Salt Lake City. Had all of the amenities that one could want from a KOA. Had a well stocked store with free pancakes and coffee (pancakes were really good). Cable was good, and where we parked had some shade from the unusually warm days we spent there. Close to trains and lots of horns blaring at all hours. But that was a small distraction to a good park,

The campsite was an end unit, barely fit our 34’ travel trailer in it. There was dog poop all over the grassy area next to our patio. Tried to use the showers, dirty and didn't drain! The faucet for the showers messed up! You either had cold water or really hot water. The staff wasn’t friendly and there were people walking around the campsites like they were casing! Staff was friendly and helpful. Facility was clean. Definitely had city noise so that was annoying in our tent. Probably wouldn’t notice in an RV or trailer. It was centrally located near many restaurants and places downtown. Would stay there again.

Great location. $5 all day Trax ticket will get you downtown in four green line stops ro Temple Square and City Center mall. Tent camping spot had ample shade from the 100 degree heat, Facilities were all serviceable. Camp store had plenty of necessary supplies.

There is a definite problem with homeless people inside the area. We had four situations involving homeless people and two involved kids. Not only are we never going to stay there, we will probably ever stay at a KOA again

One of the very best!! Giant shade trees everywhere. Our motorhome stays cool even on the hottest days! Well groomed grounds, huge sites, great laundry/bathrooms, wonderful amenities. Perfect location. Safe even with its location in the city. Been coming here for over 40 years and never disappointed. Close to cathedral of the Madeline.

We stayed for two nights at the KOA in Salt Lake City and loved everything about our experience. The check in was swift, the grounds are very well maintained, the pool was great, the sites are beautifully level, and we especially loved the shade trees throughout the park. The temperature was up there so having the beautiful trees shading our rig was so appreciated. Definitely recommended!!

Spectacularly clean, beautiful and organized. We love that the rules are adhered to/enforced. Staff is exceptionally helpful and polite. Only complaint is the women’s showers. In the handicap shower, there is only scorching hot or icy cold. The push/pull knob is broken. (And yes, I needed that shower stall.) And the area is stifling hot in there.

Cable spotty. Neighbor cable ok. Not so much for our site. OTA brought in local channels. Lots of trees-good for shade. No satellite. Would stay here again if wife agreed to limitations. Close to downtown. Paperwork warned to lock up anything outside but listed night watchman as well.

We have stayed here many times, however this time we had some issues with cable not working. Lots of trees so no satelite. The site was so dry the grass dead and bushes limp from lack of water. The price for site was costly and not to have cable. However positive the site was plenty big for 42 ft with tow, level site, good WiFi. Lots of noise, from vehicles, and the train horns going thru there.

The stay in a campsite was fine. However, I rented a cabin for our adult sons to stay in. The a/c unit was old, only blew hot air, and had a horrible electrical smell. We had to send them off to a hotel as it was in the high 90s and was unbearable to sleep in. Wouldn’t ever try to rent one again.

Easy reservations, nice staff, very pleasant front desk people who answered all my questions and provided your and transit details!! On the other hand the maintenance of the grounds was very shoddy. Dead grass, weeds, and litter everywhere. I hand to pick up trash from my space and the water faucet leaked and spewed water everywhere so I had to turn the water on and off every time I used it. Bad.

Always a welcoming and pleasant front desk staff. Although I only use the KOA Salt Lake as a one night passing through situation, it has always been my go to because of the location and great folks running the desk !

This is a very nice park, convenient to the public train to the city which was a big plus. The facilities are very nice and the sites are well done - we appreciated the shade. The office staff is very helpful and friendly. Overall, a great park. The park was very full, and as such I would have expected to see more staff out and about. Also, the restrooms were not cleaned during our 2 night stay.

Our impression of this campground was it was like a Walmart parking lot and dirty. It was good for our purpose as we spent all day away from the campground, but when we were there, it was very noisy from people and vehicles turning down your street late at night. The sites were on top of one another and I would only recommend it if you were not going to spend time at the campground.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I felt the price per night was very high for the location and amenities at a tent site. There was also a concert and fireworks nearby that went on until midnight. It would be nice to notify guests if something like that were going on. We stopped here to sleep and hit the road again. It was difficult to get sleep with all the noise.

We liked the fact there are a lot of trees that provide shade at the sites. Convenient to the city and other attractions. This is a family friendly resort and kids have a great time here. There were so many kids jumping in and out, splashing and yelling, I couldn't enjoy it. They should consider adults only pool time 4p.m.-close like some other resorts.

The good: awesome staff, great pool and playground, wonderful shade trees, and activities for the kids. The bad: every night we were there (8 days) someone in the park had something stolen. The people beside us had all their bikes stolen and a kayak off the back of their trailer. The homeless wandered through the park all night. The other: dog poo everywhere you step. Lots of good! Lots of bad!!

While this appeared to be a pretty nice park when checking in, I was not provided with a receipt. Then I was shocked to get an email to discover that even with my rewards, it was almost $100.00! This is the most expensive KOA we have ever stayed in! We didn't even pay that much for a much nicer KOA in Kissimmee FL. Then when the power went out for almost 2 hours and we could reach no one!

• Staff are excellent. • Site was level. • Good cable TV. • Showers are clean and decent water pressure, no shortage of hot water. • WIFI is great, but I prefer to use my Rogers Hot Spot then I can watch my home cable TV. • They have propane on site. • 2 carwashes on the property, 1 is 11' clearance, the other 13' clearance and long enough for most RV's. • BBQ and Pizza restaurants on the property. • Great laundry room, plus another laundromat on the property. • Only 1 negative and that is the outlying neighborhood, but the KOA and VIP parks have 24 hour security. • I would stay here again.

Best campground ever. We have stayed here 3 times. What I love most is that you can fly in to SLC and take the light rail 2 stops from the airport. The KOA is literally across the street. We meet my mother here who has an RV. We go skiing at Alta without having to rent a car or drive a RV on a mountain road. You can take the light rail to a park and ride and then take a bus up to the resort. Incredibly convenient and safe. The campground staff obviously takes great pride in their place. Bathrooms are clean and modern, there are many activities for kids (basketball, and other outdoor games, game room, swimming pool, calm roads for riding bikes). Gas fire pits for gathering around in the evening. Free coffee and pancakes. Quiet campsites. I hope the family never gives up its property here in the city. Wish more cities had something like this for travelers.
