Riverfront sites should be able to see the riverfront. Site 431 should not be considered a riverfront site.

This is a great place for kids. There are so many things for them to do, that we never saw any kids sitting in front of a screen! They were all outside enjoying some physical activity. It is a bit tricky to find your way into the park so double check your directions. There's a nice camp store and everyone we came in contact with were friendly and helpful.

check in was quick and easy. LeeAnn was a great help and very professional . A young worker at the campgrounds named Calvin was so thoughtful and a noticeable hard worker. great to see this in anyone .

Great place if it doesn't rain. Recommend a better drainage system as there was A LOT of flooding. I would also suggest a later checkout time, like 12pm as it takes a lot of time to get packed up.

Because of the heavy rains during the season, some of the sites were flooded. We are working on upgrading our drainage system for the campground for next season. We have checkout at 11am and we cannot change that.

Unlevel site, even though we had a patio we could part no where near it, as there was a big hump right next to it. plenty of other sites were available. beware of the $10 day Resort charge I was not told about. They refunded it. Wifi only worked if you were at the store. Cable had several connections at site and never did work consistently. great place for kids but we have none.

The site is level, pull through and has a concrete pad. The resort fee is standard. There were issues with the cable during that time and we refunded the resort fee of $9.99. It is advertised on the webpage that wifi available in the main office and arcade.

I paid more money for a waterfront site. Did not have that. Even though I was charged. I was told I just have to walk through the woods.well that's not what I paid for. They should have refunded me and charged me a regular site fee. I discussed it with the women at the desk but apparently she couldn't do anything about it. Won't be going back there.

425 is a site that next to the river, we are not able to cut any undergrowth.

A big shout out to Scott!!! I was just staying the night, passing through the area heading north. I thought that had reserved a pull-through but ended up with a back in. With a smile on his face, Scott escorted me to the site and expertly backed up my trailer with ease, making sure the it stayed hitched to the truck. He returned in the morning to help me a get me safely out of the site.

We stayed in one of your deluxe river cabins and had an amazing visit The cabin was perfect!! And there was so much to do every day on the campground . KOA employees were wonderful!! They were so friendly and welcoming during our entire stay .

Very pricey, roads are real hot. Holy hours to the store closes too early There was a worker there that was so sweet and accommodating and because of her what’s her name was Tabatha I would definitely come back again.

Campsites are competitive in this area. Store closes at 6pm on Sun, Mon,Tue, Wed, on Thu, Fri, Sat at 8pm.

Sewer tanks overflowed every time we emptied out tanks. This happened in our site and our friends site. Reported to office manger multiple times. Nothing was ever done about it.

sewer did overflow in this site due to the heavy rains that we received. We pumped as much water as we could and continued to pump the water.

We were disappointed that the activities seemed geared to boys. The 2 12 year old girls had no interest in any of them. The ice cream social was anything but social. A line to wait for 2 choices of ice cream flavors, one topping and nowhere to sit. The details outlining these restrictions should have been posted before ticket purchase.

The location and cleanliness of the park is always great. The staff did not seem nice to one another. When the lady checking us in was berated for a simple error after our check-in. The issue was resolved, but the matter was handled with chaos and disrespect, even to my family. This is our third year at the park and last year the staff were short-handed so you understood the 'unkind chaos'.

We had a wonderful 5 days ! So many activities for everyone! The dog park was a big hit with Dozer. Definitely will return in a few years.

We gave it a second chance for 1 nite. Had a great site but as last visit power is bad and when we pumped out the sewer overflowed all over ground. So many golf carts the dust is terrible. Could be wonderful. It has a lot to offer and is a fun place with kids. Needs to stop adding cabins and remember it’s a campground. Maybe we’ll try again on our way to another KOA!

Love the golf cart rentals since you are such a big place makes it much more enjoyable. Kids loved the pools. Need a shaded area to eat over at the deeper pool.

Nice place for kids - lots of activities. 5 mph speed limit (for cars and golf carts) is not at all enforced; especially bad are the campground workers driving golf carts. Dust from roads is bad. At @ $110 a night for a full hookup campsite, it is very overpriced.

Security enforces the 5 mph speed limit consistently for carts and cars. There was an issue with 1 staff member speeding and we revoked their driving privileges. We are a competitively priced campground in our location.

Paid for patio site $139 plus "resort fee" of 9.99 and got a site so muddy I had to use 4 wheel drive to get out. How about a little gravel? Site next door kept us awake partying until after midnight. No quiet hours here. Roads were rutted and dusty. Bathroom stall doors locked from inside by kids so unusable. This place is out of control. Will never stay here again.

site 210 has no soil as it is in the field, its on one of the most booked sites an full grass with a concrete pad. There were no disturbances located in or around site 210. Due to heavy rain the roads did have some ruts and the roads were leveled the next day. security works constantly with kids

We were put in Site 161. It rained most of the night. We woke up to 4-6 inches of water around our fifth wheel. There were several sites around us not filled. We were only there 1 night. This was obviously NOT a new issue. No other sites were flooded. Why were we scheduled into a known "MUDHOLE"? The young man I reported it to said he was aware of the issue. I had to hitch up in 4" of water.

there is no mud on site 161, this is a grass site. There were heavy rains and some of the sites did have water in them, shortly after the rain everything dried out.

We really loved the facilities at the campground! The splash park was wonderful for the kids! The river is beautiful. The only thing I wish we had gotten was some kind of printed handout of the weeks events and for the store to be open till 7pm. Otherwise what a beautiful little spot! Thank you we look forward to visiting again!

enjoyed the setting and friendliness of the staff, great place to stay The cement patio pad really added an extra plus to being outside and keeping the camper cleaner. The grounds were well maintained and clean. Thanks for a great week.

Our campsite was spacious and shady but it backed up to a well traveled road. They had very large, private bathrooms but you couldn't use the showers because the showerheads were capped off. The teenagers working the pool areas were rude. Positive side-close to Salem, and the river was nice.

site 213 is a very nice and safe site, this site is 30' from the road in a great section. The shower heads in the pool bathrooms were being replaced with new shower heads. The teenagers at the pool have to explain to the guests the rules and regulations of the pool. No alcohol and they dont like tha

Was very disappointed that the store closed at 6pm. No time for after dinner ice cream. Had to go back to get the wood we ordered to be delivered, but had to get it ourselves. It was 5:50 and the first thhing mentioned was that they were closing for the night.

The front office can be a little chaotic but they are all very pleasant. Unfortunately every time I called there was no one to pick up; and when I left a message, as it prompts you to do, I never received a call back. Other than that our stay was great! The grounds are clean, the staff friendly, and there is so much to do with the kids. We has a blast! Thank you!

Overall, great campground! Waterslide, pools, river tubing and ropes course were awesome. The KOA staff don't all enforce the same rules. Most of the staff are young teens. Children were in hot tub and driving golf carts. Restrooms are clean, but many people litter around campground. Drivers are very noisy on nearby road. We will definitely return as our family had fun!

We do have a young and management do our best to ensure that they enforce all the rules and regulations. Security does their best to remove the minors from the golf carts.

We were lucky with the weather on our weekend. The staff were so helpful and tried to be accommodating to our large group. We needed several cabins and rv sites and they were able to get us all close together. The layout of sites were a little confusing and the electrical and sewer connections were in strange location. The overall campground was very nice and the facilities were very clean.

We had an amazing time! We had the whole family there on four different site and we all relatively close to each other! We will definitely be back!

This place is beyond perfect. Visited this campsite for a solo get away, stayed in one of the deluxe cabins. Everything from the employees to the rooms, the trails, the pools, etc, was great. This campsite is huge and there is so much to do! The general Manager Steve was Fantastic. Being a solo female traveler, Steve made sure I was well taken care of to ensure my safety. They met all of my needs, I will 100% be recommending this campsite to friends and family. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much!

We rented a trailer from them at one of their site. Trailer was very clean and well maintained. Bathroom was very small but that's expected from this small trailer. The kitchen was good with almost everything you need for the stay. The full bed was spacious for two. They also have two bunker beds good enough for 2 kids. The platform outside was very good, the awning was very useful when it rained during our stay.
